It had been 9 years since I had had my hair cut by Fran at Artistic Hair and Makeup. Why do I always wait so long to take a little time to treat myself? Shes done my hair off and on since I was 15 years old and I am now 39. I was long overdue for a great haircut, color, updated look, and new style. My hair had been over dyed, had tons of split ends, and was in lots of need of some TLC. I dont have a lot of time to get pretty, as I am a full-time nanny to 3 young children and a full-time mom to my own 3 children. So my before photos are the results of a very tired, aging person, that was in desperate need of a makeover. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves, as you can see Fran did an amazing job! In short, performing nothing less than a miracle. She is an amazing hairdresser and person and I highly recommend going to her. Clearly she knows what shes doing and she takes her time working, stepping back, reviewing the quality of her work constantly, always questioning that you like what youre seeing. Fran knows hair! Coming here is like visiting a friend, one who gives you 100% of her attention and making you feel like a million dollars before you walk out the door. Her store is absolutely beautiful. Its got a very comforting, relaxing, cozy, classy, personal feel and atmosphere about it. Fran always takes pride in her work and it shows. 😁💇👌👍👏👏❤

Wife had her hair and makeup done for the wedding two years ago and been going here since. This is the only place she gets her hair done. Fran, Christina and Jenny always do an amazing job! They are professionals! They are booked solid during the wedding season, so schedule an appointment early! You will love the way you look!

Ms Carmen w and Miss Becky b the instructors were amazing the students Sasha Williams and zaimarai Luna. Help make me look amazing Sasha Williams is going to go far shes already very knowledgeable and zaimarai is going to be great too she just needs to become a little bit more confident because she can absolutely do it. they have me feeling like a movie star before I left it was great so if you want your hair done for a good quality and a cheap price please try artistic hair and makeup

Always an amazing experience. Fran, Christina and Jenny are kind, thoughtful, professional and have a great attention to detail. Love the small, intimate atmosphere of this salon. Great services, would highly recommend.
