I’ve seen Libby at Bloom Beauty Lab multiple times for lash and brow tinting, lifting, and extensions, and she always does an amazing job. Her manner is professional and soothing, and she always lets you know what she’s doing next and why. I’ve had lash tinting and lash extensions from other spas before moving to Tampa, and no one takes as much care for my eyes as Libby has.Her spa is gorgeous, cozy and chic; you’ll want to retreat for a long weekend there! I highly recommend Libby and Bloom Beauty Lab, I won’t go anywhere else for my lash and brow services!

Ive seen Libby a few times for waxing and am amazed at how she turned what I used to think of as a necessary evil, into a pain free spa indulgence! Ive never worked with a more detail-oriented professional.Her space is intimate, soothing, and beautiful, not to mention spotless! I also recently had the Lash Lift and the results are gorgeous! I dont even need mascara. The experience was pleasant, easy, and comparatively priced. Im definitely planning to continue to see Libby for my beauty treatments in the future.

Luxury spa service at a fair price. Libby is a true professional, providing excellent customer care. I get my lashes and have treatments done - always happy when I leave! Not wheel chair accessible since shes on the second floor of an old renovated building. Great salon on the first level. I havent tried them yet however its got a great vibe.

I saw Libby for a spa pedicure and lash lift and tint. She was so sweet and professional. I really got to feel pampered. My toenails look so shiny and summer-y and my short, straight, light lashes are now darker and curled (but still natural looking). Highly recommend!

I have had monthly facials at Bloom Beauty Lab for the past 5 months. As a result, my skin is glowing, healthy and more beautiful than ever. The owner, Libby, has a personal style that is welcoming and she shares her knowledge of beauty with all her clients. I highly recommend her to everyone I know.
