I did an 8-week series of Red-Light Treatment with Body Contourz with great results! The Red-Light Treatments essentially make the fat cells in your body release the toxins they’re surrounding, which shrinks them - immediately. Since it’s basically a detoxification treatment, I chose to simultaneously do a 21-day “purification” program through Standard Process to support the elimination of toxins released during the Red-Light treatments.My results doing this combination of programs was great! I lost over 16 pounds (over 12 of which was fat) and lost a combined 14 inches across my “problem areas”. I’m down 3-4 dress sizes and feeling great!At each treatment, you get a digital body scan and are provided all the associated biometric data, including graphs that help visualize your progress. This was really motivating to help stay on track. The before and after photos also really showed me how much I had transformed!While the company says you don’t have to do a restrictive diet or exercise program to get results, in order to get GREAT results you actually DO need to pair the treatments consistently with positive nutritional choices and daily activity. The Standard Process Purification “diet” I chose to do exceeded the dietary protocols recommended by Body Contours, and worked extremely well for me. I also think that having the Red-Light Treatments accelerated the fat loss/size change in my problem areas so that I saw the greatest changes in areas that are usually more stubborn and may not have responded as well to dieting alone.Carla-Beth and Ashley were extremely supportive, professional, transparent, and encouraging throughout the program. I actually enjoyed going to the treatments (you lay under a warm red light, then get hugged in a full-body lymphatic-massage suit). The office is clean and professional- scheduling and re-scheduling were always easy.

Ashley was my main contact and she made me feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. She explained the options and treatments in great detail and showed me photos of previous clients results as well. She also made the awkwardness of being mostly naked for measurements less awkward than it could have been! They used the UltraSlim Light on me as well as the lymphatic massage.I saw Ashley on each visit but two, when I finally met Clarabeth who was equally delightful and pleasant! My sessions were not for weight loss and yet I lost several inches through the treatments, which they told me I most likely would. I was there for tightening some loose skin from previous weight loss and I can definitely see less of those after these treatments! I also did have to cancel an appointment at the last moment once and they were very accommodating and understanding when that happened. When she had the time, Ashley kept me company during my visits, and we talked about many topics - which was a lot of fun. I will miss her sweet disposition and her laugh. I stumbled across Body Contourz on Facebook last week. I was very curious to see if I could really lose 2 inches in my first visit as guaranteed! I spoke with CarlaBeth prior to my visit. Weight, BMI, Body fat..etc... It was very truth telling.. Next was my before pictures and measurements taken by Ashley. After that it was time for my Ultra Slim treatments.. it was painless and easy. After my treatment, my measurements were taken and lastly was the Lymphatic massage. Before I went into the massage room, I went to the bathroom and pulling down my shorts was actually easier with the 2 1/8inches lost. Success!!! I am beyond very pleased with my results.
