    I went here for the first time to get eyebrow threading because my usual place was closed. It was a very quick (threading was done in less than two minutes) and the threading was more aggressive than I was used to. I did end up with one scratch mark on the end of my eyebrow but not a huge deal.

    I’ve been going to Alaa ever since I met her back at the Brandon mall and it’s been 5 years! I have not let anyone else touch my brows but her. She has the skills and leaves everyone happy. She’s very professional and friendly and makes sure you’re happy with the results. Wherever she goes, I follow because I don’t trust anyone else.

    Hadnt been here in a couple of years since my eyebrow lady left but decided to give it a try last week on short notice. Sree did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did not disappoint! I highly recommend catching her if shes working while youre at the mall. Ill be making her my regular stylist moving forward 😌

    We went in to get our eyebrows threaded but I was upset that Alaa wasnt there. I went and had my eyebrows done with the new girl and she totally messed up my Eyebrows!! I am very upset!! Alaa always knew exactly how to do my eyebrows perfect. She was very nice, respectful and courteous to me and my sisters everytime we went. Where is Alaa?? Does anybody know where she is?? The new girl wasnt nice, very rude and messed up all 3 of our eyebrows. The 2 female employees they messed up mine and my sisters eyebrows. I wish I knew where Alaa is?? If anybody knows please let me know. I am very upset and will never go back there. The employees made our experience unpleasant and we need to find out where Alaa is?? If anybody knows where she is please notify me. I have never in my life dealt with the rudest women ever. If they didnt like their job they should quit cuz they made our experience awful. We will not go back to that store ever. Alaa was doing our eyebrows and tinting for over a year. She will be missed and hopefully someone will contact us. My sister all the time did full face done with Alaa but didnt want to throw that money away cuz they couldnt handle doing our eyebrows. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WESTSHORE BROW BAR AGAIN!!

    Since I moved to the area I’ve been to a lot of eyebrow techs, until I found Alaa.I am beyond impressed with the service I receive every visit. From the moment I walk in I am always greeted with smile& warm welcome! The threading artist, Alaa, listens carefully to my desired shape and takes her time to carefully thread my brows to perfection. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to maintain my brows in between visits.The threading technique is always so quick and painless, and I leave with perfectly shaped brows that lasted for weeks every single time. The salon is always so clean and well-maintained, and the prices are very reasonable. I have been to other threading places in the past, but this one exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend Alaa at Brow Bar at Westshore for anyone looking for a great threading experience. Thank you, Alaa, for giving me beautiful brows every single time!

    Just came in for brow cleaning, but I love how neat and precise Sree did my brows! She kept their natural shape without thinning them out - exactly how I like them. Service was professional and friendly, and didnt take too long at all - maybe 10 to 15 minutes.Glad I gave this place a try.

    I have been getting my eye brows done at this location for over 5 years now to get my eye brows threaded and today, 04/01/2021 topped off how much I love them. I went to the mall to find out power was out throughout the mall and it would take more 3 hours till it came back on. So, guess who did my eye brows in the dark. They did! Excellent service!!! Thanks for making me look beautiful. My eyebrows are on fleek!

    Best of the Best!! Been to a lot of Eyebrow techs and no one other then Alaa keeps my eyebrows looking clean and natural which was a big issue for me! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a new brow tech very quick and efficient! Shoutout to Alaa again!

    Price is right for eyebrow threading and normally the wait isnt that bad. Only reason for deducting a star is what seems to be a high turnover. Every time I find an employee that can shape my brows the way I like without hurting me seem to no longer be employed there upon my next return (or the one thereafter). I hate doing the whole trial and error thing with new people to figure out if they are the brow artist for me or not.
