I went to Chateau Blanc with a lash extensions emergency after another salon frustrated me for the last time. I had extensions for 8 years prior to the pandemic, during which time my regular lash person retired, and I guess I was spoiled, because I was astounded by the inconsistent application I received. It was as if the technician didnt listen or didnt care about my concerns.Ivana at Chateau Blanc, on the other hand, took the time to explain the different types of lash extensions available, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that, unlike the other salon, Chateau Blanc carries all of them.Ivana gently removed the offensive lash extensions, and I experienced no discomfort or lash loss. She really listened to my concerns, and applied the extensions exactly to my specifications. But the real test was approval by my Husband.My Husband dislikes for my lashes to be too bold or obviously fake, and after he saw Ivanas work said that my lashes looked understated and elegant. Approved! I have had four refills since that time, and each one has been as consistently perfect as the last.I have not yet used the other available services, but I highly recommend Chateau Blanc for lash extensions!

Ivana is amazing! I had bad cystic acne when I came in. After the first visit, I could already see improvements. She took the time to ask me about my routine, skincare and offered advice apart from the facial. I’ve been seeing her for few months now and my skin is completely different. No other professional has been able to do what she did!

Honestly, after experiencing many like services around the Bay Area, I will never go elsewhere. My last facial left me feeling energized, revitalized and centered. Ivana has the best technique in town. I’ve been going to Ivana for about four years now and I outright refuse to let ANYONE else give me a Brazilian wax. Ivana is extremely efficient and quick. With the way my pain tolerance is set uppp (-100), her technique is incredible. She is gentle and patient while getting the job done quickly. She is low pain tolerance friendly! In addition to her foolproof method, she is an amazing person to be around and she makes an unpleasant chore so much more bearable. Once you’ve been waxed by Ivana, you will not want to be waxed by anyone else. You will have the best experience at Chateau Blanc Lash and Beauty Lounge!

If you’re wondering of this is the place for you IT IS! By far my favorite place in Tampa. This place really put all my anxiety about hair removal to rest!! The owner Ivana, is so awesome. She personally did my session. She is super professional, sweet, and truly cares about each of her customer’s experience. I will absolutely be returning for all of my waxing needs. Super happy with the services I got, way less painful than other places I’ve been and a beautiful through result. 🥰 10/10 !!!

I am so glad I found this place .I have had one other microdermabrasion and now I know that was sub par.Carli was amazing. She explained the process and was very attentive. She is skilled in using the wand and did a great job with the deep pore cleansing treatment. I also really enjoyed the face and shoulder massage.She even applies a vitamin C mask when she is done.I will be going back to this location to see Carli.I think they will honor the Groupon price for your first visit if you call and ask, or buy it on Groupon.

Ivanna is fantastic! Client privacy is of the upmosy priority here as every treatment room has a door. I have been in 2 of the 3 rooms and they are both well organized and super clean. The reception area is very clean. The restroom is always clean. My waxing experience has always amazing. The atmosphere is very calming to me.

THE BEST PLACE IN TAMPA. Ivana genuinely cares for her clients and makes awesome recommendations to her clients based on your needs. I was complaining for so long to her about my mask acne and she suggested a facial with the peel and it COMPLETELY CLEARED my skin. All the awful cystic acne I’ve been having, gone. It was my first Facial too so I was hesitant...but as always I trusted Ivana and she was right! Also, the extreme level of cleanliness during the service makes the experience that much more safe and worth the money. Do yourself a favor and go get this months pumpkin facial and peel special!! I can’t say enough great things about Ivana and her business.

For years I have chosen eyebrow threading over waxing due to a bad experience, that caused my eye to break out and burn.However; Ivana at Chateau Blanc changed my entire outlook. She talked me through the entire procedure, and explained everything there was to know about different waxes. She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and gentle. She convinced me to give waxing another try and to my surprise, it was amazing. I have been going here for YEARS and recommend this spot to anyone and everyone! After a terrible experience getting a Brazilian at the European Wax Center, I never wanted to wax again. I told Ivana (the owner), about my previous awful experience and she reassured me that she was a professional and that her hard wax was gentle and calming. YES SHE MAKES HER OWN HARD WAX! The process was amazing and though I was a little hesitant at first, I took a chance on it and would you have it— I fell in love! Waxing should not be painful! I’m so happy I found this place. So let me start by saying I have been to many lash studios in Tampa and this is by far the best one and I won’t ever look around again. Ivana is amazing. She sat down and actually talked to me about what I wanted. After three weeks I still have most of my lashes and I didn’t even attempt to take care of them properly. Usually lashes fall off within two weeks when I’ve gone other places to get a fill. Thank you guys!!
