My Lash Tech was Victoria she was very patient even tho I was 12mins late. She helped me picked out my lashes and what would give me a more Natural look. Her hands were soft and delicate. The time was about an hour 1/2. When she was done I was amazed at her work, how lovely and natural my lashes looked. I will definitely be going back to her for my refills. She deserves every tip!

I had an appointment with ZZ on December 31. I am so in love with my Lashes!!! She was so patient so knowledgeable as to the Lashes/styles because I was unsure of what I wanted. All I can say is she did an amazing job. I even fell asleep during the lash appointment lol but yeah, definitely five star and I will be back for my fill!!!!

Yesterday I got my brows laminated and tinted and a full set of lashes. This was my first experience with lamination and lashes and I couldn’t be happier. I’m not a ‘fancy’ girl so I chose the TrueExpress and they’re perfectly natural looking. The staff was amazing and walked me through the process from beginning to end including making the right decision for my ‘style’ to talking me through the process. Plus the chairs are super cozy! I totally could have fallen asleep.

Sydney is the absolute best. She’s such a sweet girl and my lashes always look AMAZING! Either we’re chatting the whole time, or she lets me nap. She exceeds all of my lash wants and expectations, and never disappoints! I used to bounce all over looking for a lash artist I was satisfied with. After seeing Sydney, I can’t foresee myself ever getting my lashes done by another artist who isn’t her.

I was treated promptly with smiles and much-appreciated small talk; I was politely made aware that using the restroom before a lash service is highly recommended. My master lash artist Bethany greeted me with pleasure and had such an upbeat, soft-spoken, kind-hearted personality. You can tell she loves what she does, and she truly admires her customers. Bethany went over every step and process of what I was asking for, even going so far as showing me examples/pictures and explaining pricing. I ultimately left all trust in her hands, and I am not disappointed! Bethany has a forever client! I was ecstatic to book with her again.

I am very dissatisfied with my last past lash extensions. This past weekend I went and I got my lashes done for me and my daughter. I believe that the tech that did my daughters lashes and mines had very limited experience as she did my daughters lashes are beautiful but she also did do on her the true Express lashes. Ask for me she did the classic lashes, the whole time she did the lashes and she kept asking me if I wanted the true Express since they are quicker to install. this was not my first time getting my lashes done and normally I am very satisfiedI do not write complaints and I do not do reviews.The manager reached out and assisted me with a fix and amazing customer service. She always asks for any updates or changes that I may need and is attentive to my requests! Although the location is a little far from where I live, it’s totally worth it!

Ailsa did an excellent job on my lashes! They looked realistic for lash extensions, which is exactly what I wanted. I wear glasses, so I wouldve looked silly with anything more. I recommend sleeping on a silk pillow case or wearing a silk eye mask, especially if youre a side sleeper.

I’ve been visiting Deka religiously for well over a year. Always clean, always timely. Definitely the most comfortable extensions I’ve had. I’ve been to some salons where the tape and pads they put on prior to the lashes is very uncomfortable. I’ve never had that happen here with any of the lash artists. Selena has been great! My lashes are light and very hard to isolate. Selena has been able to make it happen and with great retention. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.The only thing I don’t love is the scheduling calendar. Sometimes it’s glitchy and I have to use their text based system. Which is also glitchy. What you see on one calendar is not always what you’ll be offered through the text system. It’s a little goofy and could certainly be more user friendly.

I have been going to the carrollwood deka lash location & seeing jazzy for a few years now & i refuse to go anywhere else !! she is the absolute best & does everything in her power to make time for me & my crazy work schedule. whether that be her staying late at work or or coming in super early, she always does the best lashes & is super sweet. when i was away at school, i would literally wait until i could plan a trip to come back to tampa to see jazzy for a new set instead of getting them done at school. 5/5 recommend jazzy & deka lash !!!

I’ve had eye Lash extensions before but never had an experience like this! This time was the best. Heather was my technician the chaise lounges are sooo comfortable and classy Heather asked me the look I wanted she asked me very detailed questions before she got started so at first I was like oh no does she not know what she is doing but it was because she wanted to give me exactly the look and what I wanted. Not like other lash tech who just ask you the length and get started no she is my favorite. She was very very nice she made sure I was comfortable we made small talk and got to know each other a little, we talked about life etc and she was quick she was done in no time I’ve been to lash technicians who couldn’t do 2 things at once they either talked and stopped or couldn’t talk bcuz they would go to slow. Heather, she is now my new lash queen and I thank Deka lash for introducing us.

Everyone has been super nice and super great but lately it felt like my lashes weren’t coming out how I like them. The last lash artist said “I don’t know why they aren’t curling up, you might need to get a whole new set”. Well I went to Bethany for the first time last night and I am amazed. My lashes have honestly never looked better. Like I mean they are AMAZING AND SO CURLY. She took the time and really perfected them and I couldn’t be happier. I was going to cancel my membership and now I will stay and only go to Bethany! Thank you so much!

I get the Mega Volumn and I am pretty picky so I am thrilled that after a couple of years searching for the right person I have found her. My lashed look just as good day 14 as they do day 1. They dont fall out and I get so many compliments. I highly highly recommend Selena. You wont regret it.
