    Beautiful salon, and wonderful stylist! I have been a client for 6 years never really had any issues! I only go to the salon once or twice a year to get a Keratin treatment. The base treatment is $165. However due to the length of hair the charged is by the ounce, fine! Welp, I decided I would treat myself, and got my hair done yesterday. I was not told unit checkout that my hair was $350!! Sheesh!! My last visit was 9/8 the price was $250, but, I was told before anything was done to my hair, how much it would be. I agreed!Again, Judy has a wonderful team! I paid $300 thank you Judy!! PLEASE inform the client of the price before the style is started. I was definitely in a mood when I left!

    I am very satisfied with my experience here the owner was very helpful she paired me with Robert. Since I have course hair he was very gentle with washing my hair, blow, drying and flat ironed it. My scalp feels wonderful and I love the products they use they have natural products if u like your curls and want to keep them. Anyone who has had a bad experience with dominican salons give them a try you wont regret it. Thank you again Robert 💓

    Very skilled stylists! I was a walk-in today and was in and out in an hour. A plus when you have things to do. I had a male stylist who gave a very nice shampoo. My scalp and hair feel great and I appreciate the quick but professional service.

    It was my first time here and I will probably be back! The biggest worry about going to dominican salons is that they sneak relaxer into the conditioner but that did not happen! I had a bad experience at another salon and my hair was severely heat damaged. Here, Nadia took her time to ensure my hair was detangled and blowdried with the correct amount of heat. I got a conditioning treatment too because I came with a silk press and I knew my hair had to be moisturized. The next test will be making sure my curls revert back but Im hopeful!

    First time here and I am so happy with my hair and Isabel was great and so nice to me. She was gentle with my hair and gave me exactly what I needed. I had a Botox treatment and a haircut.

    Visiting from out of town and came here for a silk press before a wedding. The ladies were quick! The moment I came in, they were ready to wash my hair and everything. The owner was very welcoming. Would definitely be coming back whenever I’m in Tampa.

    Normally iDont leave reviews but iDef had to give a just-due complement. I signed up for just a 20min consult for a blowout, iron and cut (Im just a guy tryna take care of his hair 😅) and wound up being squeezed in immediately! Their price for for whole thing was REALLY reasonable and include a wash and deep condition. Robert was my stylist and when iTell yall this man is proficient and quick! My hair is right at my chin and is definitely 4C material. Robert went through my hair with ease and was even gentle on my thinning area. The trim was on point and he def didnt go over board. The atmosphere here was clean and refreshing. The customer service and team work there Brought a brutha peace of mind. My experience overall is a 10/10 for price, courtesy, cleanliness and time efficiency! Will def be going back

    First off the atmosphere of the place was very welcoming, the clientel is very diverse , there was lots of people of my color and hair type (4c) getting services. I received 2 services because they have a nail salon across the street with an also very diverse clientel , the people over there were great and my design for my toes came out absolutely perfect , I revived a Botox hair treatment which came with blow out and flat iron. The person who did my hair was Ms.Nadia she did an amazing job and was a very sweet lady. The only thing I can say is this place is pretty expensive , I got a 10$ dollar discount on my hair so I paid 240 for my hair and 65$ for my gel toes but they did such a good job I would pay it again , This is my honest review and I have zero complaints.

    In town for a wedding and needed my hair done. I googled salon’s near me, and found Diamond Dominican Cuts, a short drive from my hotel. It was after hours, but I was able to conveniently book my same-day appointment online. After a brief consultation, Nadia went to work and gave me an expert shampoo, deep condition, trim, and style. She spoke very little English, but with every motion it was clear she had a deep understanding of my needs. The staff was super helpful in translating and also recommended products for me to try at home. Price was beyond reasonable and I gave a hefty tip because I was so pleased. Thank you Nadia and the entire team at Diamond Dominican Hair Salon. I highly recommend this business, and I am thoughtfully leaving this positive google review because the testimony of others convinced me to give them a try!

    After a year of searching reviews I finally found a salon that isn’t scissor happy or unaffordable. I have very long and full hair which I love especially at my young age of 51. Judith the owner did exactly what I asked for. She made sure to keep my length and still gave me a lot of layers. I did have her take off 3 inches from the length to get rid of extremely dry ends. I received a wash, deep conditioning treatment, haircut and blow dry all for a reasonable and affordable price. Thank you so much to Judith and her wonderful staff.

    Yami did a phenomenal job on my hair!!! I was in the area having lunch and decided to stop in this shop to get my hair done because I was in desperate emergency need.     This is my second time coming to this salon and first thing I will say is the service and atmosphere is top notch! I recently moved to FL and hadn’t found a hair place. Well now not only did I marry this hair salon but they have a nail salon across the way too! Both places are clean and staff is amazing! Met the owner today and she was wonderful, not only did she give me good service but I watched her treat everyone so nice that it felt like I was back at home.     I’ve been getting natural hair blowouts here for the past six months and they do an amazing job! I’ve had several people ask me where I get my hair done. I’ve only lived in Florida for a short time so I’m glad I found them. I never used to wear my natural hair out but it’s so healthy now. Suleyka is amazing! She has made my hair so healthy and soft. I don’t need to hide it under wigs anymore. They are like a well oiled machine, as a black woman I’m used to spending countless hours in the salon. From the first time I went there they move so efficiently. When you walk in someone is washing your hair within five minutes and you’re ready and styled before you know it. All the ladies work wonderfully as a team and are very sweet.

    I love the professionalism Julie brings to her business. She has managed to blend her big corporate mindset with her small business, uniquely elevating the customer service you receive. It’s not your typical Latin hair salon, where you sit for hours waiting. But you still get the great quality hair results. Her knowledge with hair and products for maintenance is very helpful. The minute you walk in someone greets you and gets you started- wether is a wash or a cut or die… you get seated quickly. I have never had to wait. All of her staff are competent and helpful.     I have been going here for about a year now. This place is amazing. Judy takes her time, listens to her clients and actually tells you about your hair.     I had an appointment on Christmas Eve last year. They were nice enough to schedule me an appointment. It was packed, but the wait was definitely worth it. Yamilka did my very 1st Keratin treatment and full head highlights. She did an amazing job! I had never seen my hair so long straight, shiny and healthy! I learned a lot about my hair since that day. I have been natural for about 5 years now and this was my 1st time having experienced my hair so manageable and easy to do. Its now been a breeze to just wake up and style it under 20 minutes.     The stylist are all good at what they do. Maria did my brows and still getting compliments. Jameka does my hair and always deliver. If you want a make over a hydrating facial or a massage Lucy is the one to see. Judith owns the salon but allows her staff to be. Appointments are on time and its beautifully decorated. Love being there. Full service salon.

    This was my first time ever getting a blowout and it was great! I have natural hair and hadn’t put heat in my hair in 4 years so I was a bit nervous. The ladies all had an upbeat energy and they played good music in the salon which made the whole experience awesome sauce. It was affordable as well.     I met Judith at her last place and I am so happy to see that she was able to get a place of her own. She always gives everything to each client she has, no matter how busy she is. I texted her this morning and was able to see her that morning. Leaving 1.5 hours later, I felt so much better and my hair looked amazing. I went in not know what exactly I wanted, but knew I was taking maternity pictures this weekend and wanted to look my best, even if I dont feel it.     I needed to get my hair done ASAP for a last minute event I was attending. I contacted Judy through FB and was able to schedule an appointment on Friday after work for a Dominican blowout. I was worried that: A. the salon would be super busy, B. I would have a longer wait to get started on my services and C. the length of time in the salon would make me late to my event. I worried for no reason! I walked in 20 mins earlier (thanks to no traffic) than my appt time and was sent right to get my hair washed. I also liked that I had the option to sit under the dryer or just get my hair blown out. Since I was pressed for time, I opted not to sit under the dryer. Lastly, Judy and her sister-in-law did a great job on my hair. It was kinda of a tag team thing. Again, absolutely great service and teamwork. I was out in about an hr and 15 mins with plenty to time to spare to go home to get dressed without a rush. Definitely would recommend this salon to my friends!

    Ive been going to Diamond Beauty Salon for a while now. I loved the place and how my hair stylish Yamirka, did my hair from day one. The atmosphere is great, the place is glamorous and inviting. I live 15min away driving and with traffic is sometimes worse but I dont mind.Everybody is really nice, professional and knowledgeable about what they do. They do all types of hair, and when I said all hair types, I mean it. Yamirka is great at what shes doing. My hair last for almost two weeks if cared afterwards properly. She takes her time but Im normally in and out in less than 2hours (normally 1h sometimes 45 minutes). She only works on Saturday but I wish she were there Monday through Friday, because I love how she does my hair.The owner is also very friendly and you can see she cares about the clients. I cant recomend this place enough. 🌸💙❤ Ten stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I am posting this for my sister. I went for a haircut and I love it! This is my second time coming here. I love how the stylist asked before she washed my hair what I wanted. She was nice and very understanding and knows what she is doing, and you can tell she has a passion for what she does, I love that. I hope this is right, it says on my receipt that the service was done by Jannifer, I highly recommend her! The only thing I did not like was when I first walked into the salon there was a different lady who worked there sitting in one of the salon chairs and if I remember correctly she greeted me with “what do you want” but not friendly in my opinion, it was pretty unwelcoming, if I was a new client I probably would have walked out. Other than that, I loved the service and will be coming back. One tip I do have though is to always confirm the prices before you get anything done. My aunt did come here once because I told her about it, and she only wanted a haircut and no blow dry, she made it clear. That day there was only one stylist and she only spoke Spanish, but the guy at the receptionist desk was translating for us. My aunt got the haircut and the lady made it seem like she was going to blow dry my aunts hair for free because we told her in the beginning no blow dry and made it clear. But she did it anyways and my aunt ended up having to spend $25 more which was $50 in total with the haircut, not including tip. That is how they get you. What if my aunt didn’t have the extra $25 to spend on the blow dry? And on top of that my aunt has very thin hair, like very thin hair and it was short and not even curly. She should have at least cut down the price down for her. So be very clear on the price, and be very clear on the service or services you want because nothing is free. But it was very wrong of that lady to do what she did, she made it seem like she was doing it on the side. But overall, I do recommend this salon.

    Second time coming to Diamond and this place really is a gem. I was very impressed with the welcoming staff and intensive knowledge they have for curly hair. Judy (the owner) has a very good one on one session with clients with full detail into treating their hair and Reem the stylist who is very friendly and informative did a wonderful job alongside Judy in styling my curls. I specifically came knowing they were a DevaCurl salon and LOVE their devacurl treatments. They tell you step by step what needs to be done and what products to use for your hair. I used deva curl for the past 3 months and when i cam here i learned the RIGHT way to use them. WILL come back :)
