    Iā€™ve been booking services with Eyes On You Salon for about 7 years now. The staff is so welcoming and talented to say the least. The salon is always so clean and a beautiful environment to walk into. Iā€™m not local to the area so I have a little bit of a drive but itā€™s totally worth my time. Thank you so much ladies!

    I am extremely happy with my hair and Iā€™m so happy I found Caroline! I wanted a balayage and was apprehensive to color my hair but Iā€™m sooo happy I did! Caroline is very thorough, and explained the process very well. She acknowledged my hairā€™s integrity, and made it a point to acknowledge my personal budget as well.I love love love my hair and I canā€™t wait for my next appt! This place has the most cleanest, friendliest team, and ambiance in South Tampa!

    I cannot express enough how happy I am with my k-tip extensions. I have had all kinds of them over the past 15 or so years, and the hair is light, beautiful, soft and feels amazing! The place is so pretty, and they even have a boutique to shop in. I came to see Tamara from Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area, and it was 1000% worth the drive to Tampa. I already have people asking and inquiring about her and her work. She is a perfectionist! I love love love my new hair!

    I am so thankful I found this salon and Tamara!! I do platinum hair color so it can be very damaging if not done carefully.. not only has Tamara perfected the color I wanted to achieve she has also fixed the damage caused by a previous stylist at a different salon. My hair is getting healthier with every visit to Eyes On You :) Canā€™t say enough about Tamara and the team here!! I feel so good coming here and always leave feeling even better!!     I would give them 20 stars! It has been years since I had my hair done and my hair was very damaged. Teresa really took her time with my hair and took the time to listen to what I wanted. I had a head full of foils, a cut and blow dry done today. Very very happy with the outcome! I have a ton of hair so I know it wasnt a quick and easy job. I Will definitely be back!

    Eyes on you is amazing! Iā€™ve had my hair done by just about everyone and they all do a wonderful job. I canā€™t say enough wonderful things about Heather. She was a big part of my journey growing my hair back after it was damaged badly. It was SO short (well above my shoulders and break off) and has come a long way. I trust her more with my hair than I have ever trusted anyone and she always makes my hair look so beautiful and takes her time to keep it healthy. I would travel from anywhere to get my highlights done and hair taken care of by her. šŸ„° Of course, she did my hair for my wedding day just perfectly.I canā€™t tell you how often I get asked if I have extensions. No!! Just an awesome lady who takes care of my hair and knows what sheā€™s doing. Appreciate them all! If you are thinking about trying them out, do yourself a favor and do it!     This was my first visit, my friend has her eyelash extensions done here and highly recommended it for all services. Tamara, the owner touched up my roots and Viviana gave me a fabulous blowout with bouncy curls! I canā€™t wait for my next appointment. Beautiful salon with a friendly, elegant atmosphere and great natural lighting from the large front ceiling to floor windows!

    I have gone to a lot of different hairdressers over the years but have never encountered someone as compassionate and talented as Caroline. She was kind enough to make time for me in her very busy schedule when I was having a hair crisis and saved my hair. My hair has never looked better and I am so thankful to have met her!     I have very thin, long, straight, flat black hair and left with full, caramel highlight, gorgeous keratin bond extensions by Caroline. The salon is upscale, relaxing and clean. The staff is so nice and pleasant. Caroline is very professional and talked me through the whole process. She understood what I was looking for and made sure to deliver. She also has such a good soul and spending hours chatting with her made time go by faster. This is my first time doing extensions and I know I will be coming back.     I got my hair done by Carissa and its the best it has ever looked! Carissa took the time to make sure that everything was perfect and exactly how I wanted it. The salon is really nice inside and the chairs are super comfy. They always offer you water coffee or wine when you come in and they do whatever they can to make you comfortable and make sure youre getting exactly what you want for a reasonable price.My only criticism is that the cute robes they let you wear dont protect you from dye in any way so definitely wear clothes you dont care about ruining. My shirt got ruined and I had dye splotches all over my arms where it leaked through the robe. The traditional capes work much better even if they arent as cute.

    Vivien is absolutely the most amazing beautiful inspiring person Iā€™ve met here in Tampa Florida. And May I just say that she is the best colorist, and hair stylist. When I moved down from NYC I feared not finding comparable salons and I have tried many and was really disappointed UNTIL I found eyes on you salon and especially Vivien a fellow European friend and neighbor.     Nicole was the very first person I ever let color my hair and sheā€™s done multiple balayage sessions on my hair. She takes the time to listen and try to understand what YOU as the client wants, not just what she thinks would look good. She is an artist and has a big passion for this industry!

    I purchased my halo hair extensions from Eyes On You a couple of years ago. They are gorgeous and match my color perfectly. They have changed my life, without the commitment of permanent extensions. Two months ago, I got a keratin express treatment. It has lasted wonderfully, and my hair is still smooth and frizz-free. The owner and stylists are delightful, and the service is attentive. Recommend!

    Absolutely love this place. After a hard search since moving here 5 years ago I finally found myself a great salon. I have had many services done by Amber Lea and I am always impressed from highlights to spray tans to purple hair. Her positivity and welcoming manner makes every experience a great one. She pays great attention to every detail and I am confident leaving the salon that all eyes are on me walking out that door. Definitely found my hair stylist here in sunny Florida. Ask for Amber Lea!!

    This is the only place I will get my lashes done. Tamara and Yasmin both do an amazing, meticulous job, placing each lash. If you are considering to going to either one of them, just give them a try, you will be pleased with the results.

    Such a beautiful salon with experienced stylists! Tamara does beautiful lashes! I also went in for a Malibu treatment with Jacqueline because my blonde hair was looking dull from all the product and toners I was putting on my hair. My hair almost looked brown! After the treatment my blonde is bright and pretty again! Thanks for the suggestion, Tamara!

    I scheduled an appointment for a haircut and color with Shayla. She is a very kind person! She listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my hair and allowed me to ask the questions I needed in order to feel comfortable with the changes I wanted to make. It was such a pleasant and positive experience that I have already scheduled a follow-up appointment. When I learned that she was a certified lash specialist and she informed me that they use the highest quality lashes, I decided to try a full set of lash extensions. They made my eyes look so much better, that I have not worn mascara or eyeliner in 4 weeks.     We had the absolute best experience with Eyes on You! Heather was amazing!! The services were provided at our hotel. So easy!! My makeup and hair lasted all day in the heat and during our windy beach ceremony. She also took special care with my teenage daughters makeup. They were beautiful.     There are not enough good things to write about Eyes On You Salon. The staff is fabulous and will go above and beyond to give you the exact look you want. I used them for my hair and makeup for my wedding and it was the best decision I made. The owners of the salon are attentive and make scheduling and payment a breeze. The facility itself is beautiful and serene. I also got a spray tan there and 6 days alter, I still look naturally tan. They provided on-site services and made my wedding day even more spectacular.     I canā€™t recommend Eyes On You Salon enough if you are looking for a salon to take care of all of your wedding day needs! I found this salon online after reading reviews and I am so glad I did! I was blessed with having Jennifer Morgan help me not only with my hair and makeup on my wedding day but also putting in keratin bond extensions prior to my big day and also helping me with a spray tan before my bridal shower and before my wedding. They made everything so easy at the Salon and I couldnā€™t have been in better hands with Jen. My extensions came out perfectly and may hair and makeup for the wedding turned out to be better than I could have ever imagined. Jen is such an awesome person, not to mention hair and makeup artist. She is so real and fun to talk to and helped me through all the decisions I needed to make leading up to the best day of my life. I am forever grateful!

    We had an in house make up and hair appointment done with Jennifer and Viven. It was incredible. Both ladies were so professional, fun to be around, made everyone so comfortable. Everyone looked incredible for my big day. As the bride, Jennifer reminded me it was my day it was all about me and helped me stay stress free and made me feel absolutely gorgeous. I have already been recommending Eyes on You Salon for any bride being married in the Tampa and surrounding areas. Every one of the ladies in my party, their makeup held up all day and everyones hair didnt move, even though we were ready so early for pictures, survived the beach wind for the ceremony and the boat for the reception, it still looked just as great when we got it done at the end of the day.     Carissa did my hair and makeup for my February 2020 wedding, and I simply cannot convey what an amazing job she did! I felt like the prettiest princess thanks to her. The makeup was stunning yet natural. For my hair, I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and she brought it to life in a way that was better than I imagined. She came onsite the day of and also did my two bridesmaids makeup and hair. My sister is particularly picky about her hair, as shes had bad experiences in the past, and they both absolutely loved her work! Make sure you do a trial and take pictures after, but Id never recommend anyone other than Carissa and the entire team at Eyes on You made the process fun and easy.     After searching in vain for a salon that was both affordable and gave me a great haircut, Ive finally decided to never go anywhere else but Eyes on You. Jen has cut my hair a few times now and waxed my eyebrows too, and I wont trust anyone else! She is incredibly friendly and does great work. After getting my eyebrows waxed, I felt like an entirely new, sassier woman :D Cant recommend this place enough!

    Eyes on you really can do it all! I got my eyelash extensions done a week before my wedding as well as my wedding day make up mock up and everything was fantastic! Jenn was so fun and easy to talk to (as for eyelashes you are together for 2 hours eyes closed) and really followed everything I wanted for my big day. Im not one who normally wears eyelashes and makeup so I was a bit nervous, but she made me feel like a princess!On the big day she was AMAZING. She busted out all me and my bridesmaids make up and we all looked perfect. Really made every girl look natural and beautiful just the way I wanted. I highly recommend Eyes on You!

    Eyes on you was great to work with! Lauren was who we worked with until the day of. She was always so friendly and answered all our questions, although it did take her a little while to respond to emails sometimes. Carissa was the stylist they sent for me. She really nailed giving me unique makeup for my wedding day that still looked elegant and I absolutely loved it! She really made me feel comfortable during the process, had no problem making some changes, and I felt stunning when it was all done! Lauren sent a few other ladies to our hotel as well to do the bridesmaids and motherā€™s hair and makeup. Everyone looked amazing! Everything was done on time, if not a little ahead of schedule.     I decided to give Eyes On You a shot when looking for a new hair stylist about a year ago. Iā€™ve had my hair done by Jen twice now and I canā€™t say enough about how talented she is. I first went from natural brown hair to a burgundy color and loved it! Just about a month ago she took my hair from the burgundy color to blonde! I would have never trusted anyone else to turn me blonde but Jen did an incredible job and I absolutely love it!! Sheā€™s got me as a client forever now. Jen is super sweet and kind and will make you totally feel welcome! As for the salon, everyone is super nice and helpful and everything is clean. Highly recommend!!

    We had Carissa and Brittney for my bridal party on site hair and makeup. They were amazing! We had a total of 8 people including moms, aunts, sisters and wedding party.     Heather is THE BESTTTT! Literally the only person I will let touch my hair for the last 15 years!     I was referred to Eyes on You for day of wedding makeup and hair by my wedding planner Natalia Day. As a wedding coordinator myself, that doesnā€™t wear a lot of makeup, I was a little nervous to use someone I hadnā€™t used for my own brides.     I was recommended by a friend to make an appointment with Amber Jamil to get my hair done and let me just say THANK YOU! The last person who did my hair butchered it and I have been scared to go to anyone else since. She really gave me the best suggestions and took her time and I am in LOVE with the end result!     Stylist Jen is a hair expert! Iā€™ve been bleach blonde for 8 years, have been to a dozen salons, and Jen is the only stylist who has gotten my hair perfect!3 years ago, before i started having Jen do my hair my hair was brassy and orange in some spots. I had cut it so short that it was shaved underneath. It was damaged beyond repair, or so I thought.My hair is now beachy blonde and beautiful and all the way down the middle of my back! Itā€™s full and healthy and everyone always asks me if I have extensions. Nope! Itā€™s all mine and itā€™s amazing thanks to Jen.I 10/10 recommend going to her for your hair dreams!

    I had planned my wedding and then hurricane Irma hit. The staff was willing to still do my wedding at the last minute. They were beyond helpful and friendly. They did an amazing job the day of my wedding for my day. I could not have asked for a nicer more friendly and helpful group!     This place is amazing! Not only did Amber cut my long hair into a short pixie, she took her time and ensured it was perfect!     What amazing quality and service! Jen applied tape in extensions after a cut and color and Iā€™m feeling like a new human! These are by far the softest, lightest, most beautiful extensions Iā€™ve used and Iā€™m so in love with them!     They provide the highest quality hair and lash extensions. They have the perfect options for everyone. I have used other hair extension including Indian hair and they seem to be frizzy, eyes on you beauty hair extensions are never frizzy and are so silky. Even when itā€™s hot and humid out itā€™s still super smooth. The lash extensions are amazing too they even have false strip lashes. They are super fluffy and very comfortable. As a cosmetologist, I definitely recommend eyes on you beauty for all my extension clients!

Their work is then uploaded directly to the EOYbeauty site where the staff personally grades each assignment with LIVE & thorough feedback!     It was my first time there, I went in to dye my hair and for a trim, showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted... While they are very nice and vcourteous and she did a great job with my hair it wasnt what I wanted. I was trying to grow out a pixie haircut and just wanted a trim so that my hair looked even. Needless to say I left with a very very short pixie again. My stylist went scissors crazy before I knew what the back of my head looked like :/ it wasnt a bad experience, theyre all very nice but it was way shorter than what I expected. Took me five awkward months at work to grow it to the length it was at and now I will have to wait an extra five months to get it back to that length again... I havent found anyone in my area that can trim a pixie cut without messing up my hair or charging me the same amount they charge someone with long locks so I might try them out again.

    This is my HAVEN!!!! Jen Morgan is my beauty goddess! She has turned my muddy blonde/brown extra long hair a beautiful honey blonde, given me pink highlights and even a gorgeous peach rose gold - and my hair is healthier for it. Other stylists have fried my hair, but Jen is amazing. Not to mention the va va voom volume eyelash extensions that I loved! (And this is from someone that hates having anything done to her eyes)
