    My barber was Herbert and he did absolutely amazing! He was quick and precise and very considerate and great recommendations on hairstyles! He was very gentle and smooth when he was cutting my hair to the point it felt like a message! Definitely coming back.

    Wow! Wow!! WOW!!!This was my first time at a Great Clips location and I was beyond impressed.I was warmly greeted by Faith, at the Hillsborough Plaza location.She patiently, kindly guided me through the process of checking in.I watched how the other 2 woman were attentively cutting their customers hair.Everyone so professional. The most notable was the interactions to the customers who walked in. Faith welcoming each with a smile! Yet, still being considerate of me - her customer.Showing me in detail how and why she was cutting. Softly turning my chair( not feeling like I was at a ride at the fair) lol some stylists just swing the chair around like a ride!Not Faith. I hope she is recognized for being an example of what a true professional hair stylist is.Also, noticed when the other 2 woman did not have customers they were actively disinfecting & sweeping. The place looks great!!!On that note of great, love love love the lighting in the waiting/lobby area. So peaceful!Please, make sure Faith is given the recognition she deserves!!

    Jay is so so AMAZING!!! So great, talented, and a really beautiful person! She makes the grueling process of getting a 5 yr. old’s haircut seamless! You HAVE TO go see her! You will be thanking me later! Lol. Thank you Jay!!

    Ladies were extremely sweet. Welcomed and treated me like old friends. Jay cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She also showed me styling products used in my hair, explained how and why they would work for me. Jay didnt push the products only explaining their use, and I bought them for both reasons. Jay and the other lady working at the time(sorry didnt ask her name) were so nice and welcoming with myself and the gentleman there, I will only be having my haircut there. If they leave, I may have to follow them. Thank you ladies

    Look on the sweet fade everytime I go it looks this fresh. The ladies are always so friendly. They have a good set up to keep people socially distant temp checks, hand sanitizer and online appointment set up. Keep up the great work!

    As a senior (seasoned) woman I go for a great hair cut for a price I can afford. Lourdes did my hair beautifully every time I went in. Then she wasnt there any longer. The ladies that cut my hair were adequate and all but they were Lourdes. But the salon is always clean and everyone very cheerful! All n all I am very pleased with the service at Great Clips!

    Im not new to Great Clips, but I am new to a different location I recently changed to a different store as the one that I had been going to for nearly 8 years lost the entire staff for one reason or another. The new location took me in immediately upon arrival (no wait time) Bernice was quiet while cutting my hair, didnt engage in conversation, but I didnt mind, I encouraged her by complimenting her on the fantastic job she did cutting my hair. Just the way I like it. Thats why the company has the word Great in the title, because they always do a great job.

    Katie did a great job & knows her profession!!! She was able to keep my 2 1/2 yr old happy, comfortable, & still while she did a great cut. One of the 1st that really listened to how I wanted his hair & didnt cut too much. So thankful. We will definitely go again.:) ✂

    They do an awesome job on me and my husbands hair!!! We were both going to separate places he was going to barber shops while I was basically going to any salon near by till we found this Great Clips one day and they did such an amazing job with both of our hair that we have officially stopped searching and started going here regularly!!! I used to not let anyone but my mother touch my hair as she used to cut hair but now she delivers mail and no longer has time to do our hair sadly as it was free and I am very very picky about hair cuts from being butchered one to many times!!! Never had a single complaint about Great Clips!!! Fast friendly and accurate hair cuts never to long of a wait and they will inform us if it is going to be a while and let us know best time to come back or fit us in to an aptLater same day so that we dont sit and wait forever!! Also decent prices!!- would recommend to anyone and yes they take walk ins and have never had to wait for more than 1o minutes to get in chair unless they said come back later and that has only happened once and was given discount for the trouble. Amazing group if ladies that are very professional.

    Checked in online, basically was able to come right in. Trish cut my hair and she was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive and asked about every aspect of the haircut always making sure I was comfortable. We will be back exclusively for her!

    I took my 91 year old Mother there for a haircut. The wait time was less than 10minutes. The lady who cut her hair really was quite accommodating to take her time. She didnt rush at all. Which is usually the case with this chain. She was pleasant and friendly. And did a very lovely job. The business was clean. I saw the beauticians sweeping after each other as well as the shop itself was clean.

    This place is great. All of the stylists are friendly, professional and really treat you like you are special. The salon is very clean and the waiting area is very comfortable. I have had a few different stylists fix me up and I have been satisfied after every cut. Taronda is now my favorite, but all are worthy of working on my do. Thanks, Great Clips!

    Every time I come to this Great Clips, everyone is so kind and professional. I decided to stop in for the first time since dealing with Covid-19. They were very clean and sanitized everything after each client. They are the sweetest ladies. Thanks for being there for us. My daughter feel so much better now that we finally got a haircut.

    Katie is the best!! She does her best to make sure you leave happy and with the best haircut and style possible. My fiancee and I went in today to get our hair cut, and as always she did an amazing job. She remembers the way we like our haircut and always has the best attitude. We followed her from the lutz location and will continue to come see her. She has diffused situations where the customers felt unheard or as if they had a bad cut. She is truly an asset to the company and am amazing stylist.

    I like this place.. A quick haircut exactly the way i wanted.. I was with Trish today and she cut my hair perfect. I am regular visitor of this place and they just do your hair right.. I love this great clips coz i can check in online using my smartphone save time for being in queue. They also save your last time haircut setting so next time you are in, just tell them do it how u got it done last..and sit and relax! They do the rest!

There is a percentage of people, who have a mental picture of what they want to look like.
