I would definitely recommend this place if you want your hair to look fabulous! I had Melissa do a cut and fun colors on mine and did a fantastic job! My daughter had Tanya at the same time who also did a fantastic job, they both listened to us, did exactly what we wanted and it came out amazing! it was also very reasonably priced! Finally found a place that can do both mine and my daughters hair without messing it up. I will definitely be going back.

Insignia was a wonderful experience! My stylist, Nancy, was amazing. I went in torn between a couple different hair colors and she helped me pick the best one for me. She was talkative, kind, and comfortable to be around. The other ladies in the salon were kind as well. It was a clean salon and I was very happy to find out it is an Aveda salon with top quality products. Nancy helped me to make a huge change as Id had the same cut and color for 15 years. I highly recommend giving this awesome salon a try!!!

Had the best Bob hair cut by Nancy today. She did a wonderful job!!!! I have curly thick hair and she was able to give me a clean cut and paid attention to details. She was quick and made me feel fabulous!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I originally was recommended Fauna from a co worker of mine and Fauna did an absolutely stand up job with my highlights and haircut! I struggled to grow my hair out from years of going blonder and decided I wanted to try extensions so Fauna suggested I work with Telsi because that is one of her specialties. The first time Telsi did my extensions and color I was a bit unhappy with the result because the blondes did not blend well. I also realized the blonde that I had didnt suite my skin tone well and washed me out. So I asked Telsi to dye my extensions and hair a more ashy blonde with more dimension (pictured below) and she absolutely killed it on the color and blend! I am so happy with how my hair turned out! Both Telsi and Fauna are very talented at what they do!

I have went to other salons who charge TRIPLE what the prices are here and ended up with bad results from other salons. The magic they do here I love ❤️ both hair stylists also oay attention to their customers and make you feel extremely welcome.

I went to InSignia Hair Studios yesterday for the first time and loved it! Lee cut my hair and she was wonderful. She first asked what I had in mind, then gave great advice and input as to what she thought would look good and work well with my hair type. I love how my hair turned out after she cut it!! The whole salon was very clean, friendly, and a great atmosphere. Lee was very professional, yet very friendly and easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend making an appointment, specifically with Lee. I made my next appointment before I even left the salon!!

Was looking to do hair and color just for a change and came across this Salon. I first went in to get an estimate and they were so friendly and even explained a bit about the process and why it would cost that much .Set up an appointment and when I went to get my hair done, they were so welcoming! The place has a nice and clean decor and even a cute aquarium fish tank. Nancy was the stylist who did my hair and she was both amazing and nice! She knew what she was doing and helped me feel at ease since it was my first time with getting color for my hair. The dye they use and the products I was told are also organic and good for the hair so that is another plus. My hair turned out just how I wanted it to! Will definitley be going here in the future and would recommend it.

Oh my gosh y’all! I came in Tuesday and met with Telsi and my hair desperately needed some TLC. I honestly wasn’t sure exactly what I needed, but I knew the color I wanted my hair to be and how I wanted my extensions to look. Telsi was SO sweet and knowledgeable about personalizing her services to my specific hair needs. Not only was she professional while doing my hair, she was also so kind and willing to talk through everything with me! 10/10 recommend her for literally anything you may need especially color/highlights and extensions. Prices are super reasonable also!

I love this salon. When I moved to Florida it took me 5yrs to find a hairdresser that knew how to actually handle my hair. I am half black and half Portuguese so I have a unique hair type and it is very difficult to handle but Fauna is great and she not only wowed me, she was as personable as well. The whole staff is great and I can just call and an appointment is always available. It is a clean and upscale environment and I love Fauna which makes me come back time and time again.

I had my hair done in this place, highlights and trims. The location is not easily seen from the main road, its pretty hidden behind Wallgreens.I showed up half hour early for my appointment but I still ended up waiting for an hour as the hair dresser did not get done with the other customer.I will have to look for another hair dresser, next time as my hair dresser failed to fulfill how I wanted my hair be. The hair colors werent what I asked for.I walked out unsatisfied with the service without showing my disappointment behavior.

I want to start by saying that I read ALL of the reviews.. And the less than positive ones dont add up to what my actual experience was. I was greeted with warmth and smiles - after being 10 min late to my first appointment!! The salon is warm, clean, professional and friendly!! I had an appointment with Telsi- for extensions. She is professional, warm, friendly, and extremely efficient with time!! She mirrors exactly what salon itself exemplies. The girl working the front desk was cheerful and bright. All of the stylists had a very professional and jovial rapport with one another. I am sold and will be returning! All of the positive reviews lived up to my experience.

The staff at Insignia is very welcoming. I have been a client since the salon opened and I would not go anywhere else. The stylists really know there craft. My hair was extremely damaged when I first visited the salon. Now, with the care and education of my stylist, my hair has done a 180. It is very healthy and strong. This salon is quite diverse and the knowledgable stylists can work with any type of hair.

I usually dont write reviews but I feel as though I should give credit where its due. I have long hair and in other salons Im there for hours. Not this place! I was very pleased at how easy it was for me to book an appointment online. When I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and the place was clean. My stylist was professional and I was in and out in no time!! I was able to purchase the products I needed which was great for me. One stop shop! I will definitely be booking another online appointment! I love love love my hair and have received so many compliments! Thank u so much!!!

Telsie of Insignia has been my stylist for many years, since day one she has always been professional and knowledgeable about what it takes to have healthy hair, My is ALWAYS fabulous when I leave her seat, If you want a gorgeous healthy head of hair then Insignia is the salon for you. Staff is very professional, establishment is clean, Ive never had to wait more than 2 minutes or less when I walk in the door so If you want a salon experience, walk in, have a drink and relax with the ladies of INSIGNIA HAIR STUDIOS!!!

Insignia Hair Studio is amazing! I went to get my extensions redone after a horrible experience at a salon in South Tampa. From start to finish the process was great. I had my hair colored and highlighted which matched perfectly with my extensions. Telsi made me feel right at home. I would Insignia Hair Studio to everyone. They do it all! Extensions, color, highlights, Updo! Everything! Short, long doesn’t matter.Thank you for a five star experience.

Okay, I read ALL of these reviews and the negative ones have really made me upset! I would say to anyone who is really looking for a good salon to please take into consideration that ANYONE can post a review and there are lots of jealous people and salons out there that will do anything to negate the competition!I went to Telsie when I moved here and that was long before she had her own shop. I know how hard she worked and how long it took! It did not come easy! I have always had her on a short list of people I really admire. She is very intelligent, motivated, talented and always planning the best outcome of things. It would not be POSSIBLE for anyone with that mindset to operate in the fashion described in some of these reviews. It is just NOT in her nature!I have been a customer of Telsies for over fifteen years and not an easy one to get a positive result from either (my hair is thin and very fine). When she does my hair it looks great and I get compliments. I have learned that I can tell her what my ideas are and she will tell me when I am wrong and I always look better when I take her advice.I was the first client she had when she was opening her shop because she was kind enough to do my hair before she even officially opened. She was also kind enough to come to my home to cut my husbands hair when he was too ill to come to her and at no extra charge!The ladies who work with her are all professionals. She only keeps the best. I notice Telsie when she is doing my hair that her eyes are always aware of not only me, but everything that is going on in her shop! She does not tolerate unprofessionalism and the reviewer who wrote that the shop is unclean must have had on dirty glasses because that place is always spotless!At this salon you can be sure that you will receive latest techniques and the best hair care because Telsie makes sure that they all stay up to date even if it means traveling far to take a new class.By now if you have read this far, you have probably figured out that I consider Telsie my friend and you would be right! I also consider all of the other ladies friends too. I do! This is a pleasant, relaxing, professional atmosphere to come and be assured that you will receive the best possible results and the price is fair and below a lot other salons in the area.

I moved to Tampa about 6 months ago and have been seeing Telsi since. She has put in my micro link extensions, That do not damage my hair. Always fantastic, I Get so many comments on how natural my hair looks; doesn’t just blend perfectly but feels. Also I have blonde hair, Almost white and she perfects the color. No brass or yellow. Nicely toned. Definitely rate 5 star

My first trip to this salon was last week. I had such a great experience with Telsee (sorry if I misspell!)I see some people on here say she was rude and overpriced and no good or something, maybe they are just uppity and went in with a preconceived opinion and are not use to paying professional salon prices that arent Super Cuts and Great Clips. To shut everyone elses opinions down, it was clean, good pricing, friendly, and professional. A laid back environment but I like that.She was very nice and professional. I wanted to go from a bronze box-dyed blonde (a big whoops on my part) to almost white bleached. After the first bleaching and she had blow dryed it I decided out of the blue to get my hair cut into a pixie cut! She was VERY accommodating and was happy to do it. She even worked with my hair color three times until it was the perfect bleach blonde. She wouldnt let me walk away until i said I LOVE IT!The cut was AWESOME and i get so many compliments. DEFINITELY going to be a repeat customer with her.
