Wonderful place, great service. Vanessa was outstanding when it came to my appointment. I loved the fact that she provided great attention when it came to my hair. I am glad that I was able to expand her experience with working on naturally curly hair. She astoundingly listens to her clients and makes sure that they are delighted. I 100% would recommend her.

Great service. I just knew this place and gave it a try and it turned great. Queenie showed me how to pick the right color with my skin and my face. She explained to me step by step what she was doing. She was very patient and happy. She showed me how to protect my hair at home that I have never seen any hairstylists do that to me. So definitely will come to here next time 😁. Thank you for treating me so well Queenie.

Vanessa is AMAZING! I got a balayage a year ago in another salon and they burned it, my hair was very damage. Vanessa has been recovering my hair and recommended me the right products for my hair, even the right brush for my hair type. Also, her vibe is amazing, it really makes me happy to go there.They open on Sundays at 12pm 😍

Been coming here for about 5 months. I started working with Carrie and I will continue to work with her. She is amazing. She will tell you if an idea you have will work for your hair or not. She will give you her professional opinion. I wanted a big change of color, so she used a very small part of my hair to show me that what I thought I wanted would not work how I thought. I could have still done it had I wanted but it would have taken months to strip one color for another. And I saw how bad my hair could be damaged doing that. So we opted out and be able to keep my hair in good condition. Absolutely love working with Carrie

I will definitely be back to see Danielle Lindsay 🙂 She did an AMAZING job on my hair! & believe me I had A LOT! She took her time, and gave me her honest opinion as a hairdresser. She was so informative about hair care, with her years of experience I trust her. I would recommend her to anyone. Go book an appointment with her, you won’t be disappointed.

My first experience at JCPenny hair salon was just amazing. At the beginning they couldnt find my appointment but the front desk lady still managed to squeeze me in. I was highly impressed with Sara who did my hair. She was super knowledgeable and most important she knew what she was doing. I am definitely going back there.

Very clean, greated by nice friendly receptionist. My stylist Cari did a great job on my cut, color and style. They had a good sale on redken which I bought. Use the jc pennys app for coupons

Neighborhood friendly, havent waited never made it an appointment I call when I need you and usually within the hour I am on my way which is two blocks from my house. Ask for Cindy I have been a long time client of hers.
