Diana is the best stylist Ive ever been to. I moved away for awhile and tried many different stylist but none compared. She has a way of making my hair grow faster and does an amazing blow dry and color.

Hello Hala. I’m very sorry you feel that way. We here at L’Bella pride ourselves in customer service and keep the integrity of our clients hair. We would never want to compromise someone’s hair for money. It is very difficult, damaging, long and expensive process to take someone from dark brown to blonde. Diana was just being honest because people do not understand that. Sorry you took her honesty as bad customer service. She was just trying to help you. Celebrities go from dark to brown spend tons of time money and have to end up putting in extensions or cutting their hair. Some just wear expensive wigs and people don’t understand. So we just want to give people a realistic expectations. We would never comprise our clients to make money. Some stylist will. Hope this better helps you understand you weren’t being brushed off. You were just given an honest answer by an amazing stylist.

The staff is wonderful and they take the time to style your hair. They are all professionals and the salon is upscale.
