    Dakota, did an amazing job on my baby and myself.. The price was very reasonable.. A month ago I got a cut for way more and it was horrible, she has so much knowledge, she makes sure of what you want and explains her process. I was really impressed by her and the overall experience. I was scared to leave me girl that I had for 11 years because I moved. However glad to have found this place and very happy.

    Ive been coming to this salon for 10 years and every time I go I have a great experience no matter who I have gotten lucky enough to have from cut to balayage. I booked Heather earlier this month for my wedding and she did an amazing job on myself, my mom, my mother in law and the 2 flower girls I had even came to my hotel room. Couldnt have been happier with the service I got.

    I went in for a cut and bread trim. The host was polite, cheerful, and just all-around AMAZING. Courtney cut was my stylist. She had a positive attitude and did an outstanding job. I will for sure be visiting again.

    This is my second appointment I’ve had here with hairstylist, Jason. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give. I went from never going to the salon with dry, frizzy, and damaged hair. Coming to Jason, I’ve been so excited to go. Jason brought my hair back to life! My hair has never been in better condition! I highly recommend him to be your new hairstylist!

    I was eager to do my first big chop, but I knew it had to be with someone who had curly hair experience. I set up my appointment with Ashley and I’m so glad I did. Going from waist length curly hair to a curly bob was so much fun! Ashley made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I could tell she was knowledgeable and passionate whilst doing my hair, she gave me tons of hair care advice and styling tips. I felt amazing coming out of the salon (and recently went back again for a little trim)!

    So glad to have found this place when I moved to Tampa from Houston. The staff and stylists take their work seriously and strive to be the best. Customer service is top notch! I am very picky when it comes to choosing the right stylist to touch my hair. When I find a stylist I like, I am a client for life. My girl is Hannah - she is an amazing and talented colorist and stylist. I love that she can listen to a raw idea and with her creativity can turn it into a rocking look. Sadly Hannah moves to another state but I still feel comfortable staying with this salon. I know I am in good hands with any of the stylists at New Identities.

    A great hair salon. From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed and cared for. Sammy is the best, she always does a great job with my color and cut. You can tell she enjoys doing what she does...always a great job! I love this salon and it is soooo much better than the one in Pebble Creek. The staff here are all happy and nice!!! I highly recommend this hair salon.

    Ashley was AMAZING. I have very curly hair and don’t trust anyone with it. I’ve been to so many salons that didn’t know how to handle my curly hair and I’ve also been to salons that specialize in curly hair but charged close to three if not four times as much for a cut. She colored my highlighted hair back to my natural color and gave me a refreshing cut while still keeping my length. Ashley is down to earth and easy to talk to. Definitely my new go to curly specialist !

    Love love love this place and my crazy talented hairdresser, Cory! New Identities is super hip, very clean, and staffed with super friendly people. I especially enjoy the product selection. There’s nothing better than coming in after a long day at work and being greeted with a glass of wine, an amazing wash, and dreamy scalp massage! Walking out with a beautiful cut and style is the cherry on the cake. Cory spends time seeking her customers preferences and goals....and meets them every time! I especially love that she educates on styling tips, hair care, and how to recreate looks at home. Great location, great team! I’d give it 20 stars if I could!

    Alex has been taking care of my hair for a couple of years now, and I could not be happier. Ive experienced a lot of hair loss over the years and getting my hair done was not always an uplifting experience, but Alex always makes sure I look and feel fantastic. Whether its trying a new style or maintaining what Im working with, shes always there to provide her honest and professional input. Shes a fantastic artist and definitely worth the visit!

    I highly recommend New Identities to any person. I utilized this salon on a recommendation for my wedding 2 years ago. They did a phenomenal job. Since then, I have not gone anywhere else. I just changed my hair style and my stylist Katie, did an amazing, amazing job. She got the color and the cut perfect. She talked to me about it and went through each step (I went from long to really short!) and walked me through how to style it myself. I really do enjoy going to this salon. Everybody has been friendly and helpful!

    I have been going here for 4 years they are great. My stylist, Kelly, has helped me with my unique hair issues. She is kind and supportive. As I lost a lot of my hair for a period of time. She was able to help me regrow it and make it thicker and more full. Very thankful for this hair salon.

    Sammy’s title as “The Ice Queen” was well earned! She took my old grown out red hair and turned it blonde in one session! I’ve never loved a stylist more in my life. She makes sure you feel comfortable while your sitting in her chair and the conversations are never boring!

    I had a bad experience at another salon and was recommended here by a friend. I was impressed from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The place was clean and well decorated and spaced. Every single person was warm and friendly, and Raquel took the time to listen to me and offer advice, which helped to quell my anxiety. Shes obviously very knowledgeable and it showed from the way she explained things to me, the way she answered the other ladies questions if they had any, and the way she handled my hair. The entire experience (to include the massage!!) was excellent and I walked out with hair that Im excited to show off again! I wont let anyone else touch my hair now!!

    Ive been going to this salon for 6 years. My husband and my teenage daughters have had their hair done here as well. Katie is a master stylist and can do pretty much anything you want her to do - from the basics to the newer, edgier cuts, styles and colors (Im the kind of person who gets bored easily with my hair and Katie has done my hair in so many different cuts and styles over the years I cant even keep track anymore!) Brittany also does my hair from time to time and she does an excellent job. They go out of their way to make you comfortable - offering you a glass of wine or water. I get my hair cut, colored, and deep conditioned when I go and it is a relaxing experience which leaves me feeling rested and with beautiful hair. Highly recommend.

Ladies, we all know how hard it can be to find a new salon and put your trust into a hair stylist, but the staff here goes above AND beyond to send you out the door feeling confident. From the atmosphere inside the salon, to the hospitality of ALL staff (not just your hairdresser) you are in good hands. Ashley does a WONDERFUL job with all hair types. The pricing here is very fair, and no sneaky charges. Your stylist will walk you through the process so you can relax knowing you will walk out with what you had in mind AND the intergrity of your hair in check! Ashley will listen to everything you say and translate that onto your hair. She has done a great job understanding my “vision” and making me feel comfortable that she has my best interests in mind, too. I have been there and back finding a hair salon since relocating to the area and I can truly say New Identiities has my loyalty. Great people. Great place. Great price. Talented hairdressers.

    By far the best in Tampa! I tried several other stylists and salons before finding Cory and New Identities. She always has great ideas on how to keep my hair healthy and vibrant, which I have never experienced anywhere else. I get daily compliments on my hair and owe it all to her!     I am so excited to say that I have FINALLY found a stylist with a tremendous amount of experience dealing with curly hair! Since childhood, I have not come across many stylists, none of which had the confidence to take me in curly so I was always asked to straighten it. This made getting routine cuts a chore because these were the ONLY times I would straighten my hair. But now I have Ashley!! She is such an awesome stylist & person. She was so welcoming and took the time to explain step by step how she would transform my hair and how to maintain my curls—something I have never found anywhere else!     This is my second time at NI New Tampa. This time I was with Ashley Nicole. She was adorable, but better yet, quite knowledgeable in hair techniques. She was able to identify the exact techniques used the last time I cut my hair 7 mos ago, and explain to me why I was unable to get similar results in my hair styling that I was previously used to. I brought pictures of what I wanted, and she respected that and only altered layers to adjust to the cut. I was very satisfied with my cut, and it didnt hurt that the lady in the waiting area on my way out was tellign another stylist Her hair is so pretty! Lol. Both times have been great, I am willing to pay the salon prices for this location. Also, she would explain to me exactly what she was doing so that I may continue to style my hair at home as she did in the salon. I greatly appreciated that she took the initiative.

My normal stylist is no longer with the salon and I was so impressed with how they handled transitioning me to a new stylist. The new stylist, Nicholle, did a fantastic job!     I discovered New Identities from an Instagram post searching hair salons in the Tampa area. The staff is super professional, in a friendly and laid back environment. After years of experimenting with different styles and colors, I really wanted to find a stylist who could tell me what the best style and color were based on my face shape and skin tone. I found that stylist in Cory, and couldn’t be happier! Cory (as well as all of the other stylists at New Identities) is extremely knowledgeable and confident, and I trust every recommendation she makes. From changing up my color or cut, to trying out an Agave treatment for better control in the humidity, I have always been so pleased with the results. I absolutely recommend New Identities!

I used to AVEDA products & recently switched to REDKEN at the recommendation from my Stylist in California. I met with Kayla for a consultation, she answered every question I asked & we booked my appointment within a few days. I instantly liked Kayla. She greeted me with her warm, kind, friendly, and professional personality. Her demeanor is top notch. My services consisted of a color touch up, highlights, and style. I even got a glass of wine whole relaxing. I was very satisfied and happy with my services provided by Kayla. She clearly loves her job and cares about her clients.     Great experience with the salon. I was able to get an appointment in 24 hours; while there, the staff were diligent with safety/ cleaning protocols; and Averie gave a me great haircut that was exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend!

    If you love to play with color, Emma has such a gift for creating custom coloring. She is not scared to play with bright colors and can do natural just is well. I have been seeing her for about a year or two and Im never disappointed with color or cut.
