Ive been going to Pretty Girls in Curls Beauty Studio for years. I have had diva cuts, silk presses, and braiding done there. Every experience is always something new and always a lesson about hair and hair health. The ladies at the studio dont look at you as just a client but more as family. Great place, great people, and great work.

I love my deva cut! Its hard to find someone to cut biracial hair. Regina is very skilled and she gave me the perfect curly bangs and cut! The end result looked just like the reference photos. I felt very pampered with my tea and deep conditioning treatment, like I was at a spa. She even did finger coils and told me about the best products to use. The place is small and intimate, and they seem to care about serving their community with much better prices than the rest of Tampa for the same quality result. 2 weeks later and Im still loving this cut, its very low maintenance and chic.

Regina did a deva cut for me, she was professional and extremely knowledgeable, my hair is still shiny and conditioned two days later. Regina is amaziiiing !!! She gives you exactly what you want and more. I love how she analyze your hair and give great feedback on how to maintain healthy hair. I got my hair done a few times and my last hairstyle was hair straightening and I’m telling you , I was extremely happy with the result. The hairstyle lasted longer that I thought and I got lots of compliments. Her shop is so beautiful ! She’s a lovely person to talk to , so funny and thoughtful. I highly highly recommend her !

My first time at the beauty room I saw Regina for a Deva Cut and she was absolutely amazing!! She cut my hair EXACTLY the way I asked. I’ve gotten my hair done by Regina three times now within a span of a year! First I got a curly hair treatment and a haircut. Then a month or two later I got a balayage service, which I thought was impossible for my texture. About 10-11 months later I got my hair bleached and dyed PINK! Amazingly, there was no pink dye on my white pillow case which was a huge win! On top of impeccable results, I felt so much love and care from Regina. She’s truly a sweet soul who loves beauty in all aspects, will be coming back to her forever!

Amazing!! She is so knowledgeable and truly takes her time with you. If your hair is in crisis/just isnt curling like it use to I would highly recommend booking the deva cut with her! She will provide you with a new routine, product recommendations, and offer hair treatments to get your hair back on track. Considering her knowledge and skill level, her prices are also more than fair! She is also super sweet!

This place is amazing! Regina is the sweetest and makes sure your hair is as healthy as can be when you leave the salon. The salon itself is so cute and clean!! The products they use are amazing and the service is indescribable. Definitely going back and recommending everybody to this salon!

My daughter got her curly hair cut for the first time ever today with Regina . She did an amazing job she gave me detailed information on what I should and shouldn’t do with her hair . She gave me tips on what products would work best for her hair type. Best of all my daughter left super happy and excited to show all her friends .

I have had such a great experience with Regina. She made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to explain the process of a Brazilian Blowout which was new to me. She is gentle and gives all around good vibes. The shop is beautiful as well.

I dont have enough great things to say about Regina and Pretty Girls in Curls (PGIC). First, all the trouble you normally have booking an appt (stylists not answering, leaving messages, phone tag, etc.) is GONE. PGIC has a super easy online booking system that lets you pick your appt, book, and change/cancel all from your home or phone. You get emails and text messages to confirm and remind you of your appointment. Its SO fast and easy- I loved it. Second, the experience at PGIC is so great! They offered me wine, water, coffee, soda when I arrived, and since my appointment was so long (Brazilian keratin treatment + haircut) Regina put on a Netflix movie to watch and we had a great time. I would have enjoyed talking to Regina for 3+ hours since she was so sweet and friendly, but frankly, watching the movie let me just check out and enjoy the experience. Finally, Regina did a GREAT job with the Brazilian blowout and haircut. Quality is of course a major part of our review and she was fantastic. Everything seemed high tech, customer experience driven, and just easy/enjoyable. Literally the best hair experience Ive ever had- will definitely be going back. 14/10, highly recommend.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Regina! She truly understands natural hair and takes the time to care for it properly. From the consultation to the finished style, she was attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best products and techniques for my texture.
