    I had a hair emergency and was able to get an appointment before my wedding day. Cathy did an incredible job on my knotless braids- my fiancé said theyre gorgeous. The staff is fast and everyone is friendly. I will never go anywhere else for hair braiding.

    I have been getting my hair braid at Pretty Lady African Hair Braiding for over 10 years. The staff here is AMAZING and has become a part of my family. They are very friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience. My hair always looks amazing. For my wedding, Pretty Lady African Hair braiding did my sew in and it looked AMAZING. I know for sure that the do not discriminate and the price is great.

    I had an incident with my hair because originally where I got it done the twist started coming out after 2 days!! The ladies there had no problem fixing them even though they usually don’t do other people work. The service was amazing and you can tell they really do care about their customers by how well they treat you, my hair looks great and I will definitely be going back there again.

    I appreciate the owner, Ms. Madelyn and staff. Who took the time to explain what they were doing, as well as providing suggestions on the type of hair product. They were professional from start to finish. Both of my daughters were extremely pleased with the level of attention to detail and very obvious pride in their work. Their slogan truly fits leave your hair in the hands of a professional. We did and I suggest you do the same. New customer definitely will return.

    I’m natural and I have very thick long hair that I usually just wear in its natural state with the occasional blow out. I came in about 3 weeks ago and Kathy & Cas braided my hair like gold. love this braiding shop I’ve been in a few times and they always do a wonderful job on my hair. Other places that I have gone to with in a month my braids look tired but Pretty Lady’s braiding salon slayed my braids and they still look gorgeous. They are also very friendly and take the time to actually try to establish strong clients relationships. Thank you ladies for doing an awesome job.

    The service is quick and awesome. Ive been going here for years. Theres not once I had braids/plaits to come undone. The styles comes out beautifully. These women goes beyond satisfying the customer. If you want a boss hairdo Pretty ladies is the place to come. I have recommended friends, family members, and including her my neighbors. We all are satisfied customers. I will not go anywhere else. The service is awesome. The environment is always clean and neat. These ladies are about their business. 5 stars is an underestimate.I give them all the stars in the universe. I gv credit where its due. Thank you ladies for outstanding service. I cant wait to get my nxt hairdo. You all always show up! and show out! Keep doing wht u do!👍

    Ive had my braids nearly a month. They still look great!The hair was included in the price.Friendly staff. They are quick braiders, and offer washing services as well.They also sell bags, if youre interested.They accept cash or cashapp. Probably zelle as well. Ask them.NO CREDIT CARDS

    I went in yesterday I wanted some micro braids for me and some box braids for my Goddaughter. The overall experience was a good one. Both ladies (mother and daughter) were working non-stop. I was absolutely satisfied with my results....... I kept asking them how do they stand and constantly do hair that long. I salute these ladies and will be back in the future.     My experience was amazing they are very professional. She took me in last min for box braids and gave me a better price. The shop is clean and nice. They are very fast i got there at one they were done by 6. They let me take several breaks i will go again no doubt.

    The place you want to get your hair braided because of the quality but also the good energy of the ladies there. I get plats and cornrows and my hair has grown alot since Ive been coming the last 2 years. They are the best!

    They are expensive but they do a fantastic job. Only problem is they use a hair clip to part your hair and their customer service skill is very very poor.
