I called grace on Friday, the phone rang three times and I was in traffic so I hung up. five minutes later the phone rang and it was Grace. We had the most pleasant conversation. I told her that I had a special request and she said she could accommodate me. our conversation went along. I told her that more than a dozen years ago I bought a wig from a girl who is in her neighborhood. I said her name was Pauline and Grace told me her and Paul were friends and she had passed away three years ago.. I made an appointment to go see Grace today. It was one of my best experiences buying a wig. I got into Tampa a little early and she said come right over.. she had wigs picked out from our conversation on Friday. I tried a few on and I wound up buying three I have so many options and she tried one with a red tent. I had never considered it before and I love it. Its a 2+ hour drive from Fort Myers to her place in Tampa, but I will gladly do it again. The wings make me feel so feminine and as if I could conquer the world.Jill

Really took time to help show my mom how to install the wigs and style them. She was amazing really made us feel like it wasn’t our first time and we weren’t in a rush at all. She really took her time and made sure we felt 100% comfortable when we left. Clean environment, knowledgeable help, great deals. Very happy to have found them

Easily the best choice for anyone wanting to get a wig in South Tampa, or any part for that matter.We came in to get a wig for my mother, with it being our first time, we were very unfamiliar with all the terminology, lingo, and basically the whole process. Grace was extremely understanding of us being new and didnt make us feel like a burden at all. She helped us understand what everything meant, helped us with choosing a color, the sizing, and allowed my mom to try on a whole variety of wigs to find one she really liked.We were told exactly what wig we were getting by name and brand so we would know what to get for next time. As well as being given a very fair price with a discount for being a new customer. I also checked out their website and it is extremely well-made with complete catalogs and all the information(that we now understand!) that we would ever need.Excellent local small business and we will be returning here for the foreseeable future.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Regal Wigs. The owner, Grace, was incredibly kind, patient, and authentic. It was our first time wig shopping, and Regal Wigs had many different options for colors and styles in stock from top brands at reasonable prices. My loved one tried on various styles and colors, and we faced absolutely no sales pressure or impatience while in the shop. Given that we didn’t know much about wigs, how to care for them, or even how to put them on, Grace explained everything thoroughly. Because of the variety of options already in stock, my loved one was able to take home two wigs in different styles that same day.We are so happy with the level of service and caring we received from Regal Wigs, especially during this difficult time. The customer service Grace provided was above and beyond exceptional!I called late on a Friday and she let me know she would check inventory and get back to me as soon as possible.She spent a large portion of her weekend- Sunday afternoon and evening helping me. I met Pauline at the Orlando Hair Show after I should have started paying her rent for the amount of time I took up space trying on one imparticular wig!!! I couldnt decide if wearing a wig was for me. The only reason I wanted one was pure vanity...I hate trying to grow out a bob and I hated my color. After Pauline pumped up my ego I went for it!! I have now bought two wigs from her (I needed a longer one). She has been so knowledgeable on products to use and has great pricing!!Pauline is great to work with as her attitude is to do whatever she can to please her clients!! I would recommend Beauty Express of Tampa to any one thinking about a wig. She is the most helpful and considerate seller I have ever come across. I have to give her a definite WOO HOO for all her help, not to mention the high quality of wigs and accessories.
