    Since moving to the Tampa area, it was hard to find a good eyebrow threading place until I found Ruby. Her threading is consistently excellent- she’s very gentle, fast and always shapes my eyebrows so crisply and nicely. I never have any cuts or scrapes from her threading. I have only used one of her other colleagues once or twice when she was not available, and unfortunately they are not as good as she is, my eyebrows did not end up as good and I had little cuts, but I am hopeful with her training them they will improve!

    This was my first time getting my eyebrows done here and I was nervous (as anyone is going anywhere new). However, I was very impressed on how Ruby did my eyebrow threading, eyebrow tinting, and eyelash tinting. It was super relaxing and Ruby made sure I was comfortable. I have been threading my eyebrows for about 10 years and I do have to say this was the least painful experience I have had. My eyes usually always tear but not this time! Thank you!

    Ruby is absolutely amazing! I always get my eyebrows threaded and henna by her. I try to get my brows done once a month or whenever Im going out of town. She has such a kind spirit and has a gentle soul. My henna brows always last throughout my entire vacation. I have been to many brow professionals over the years, but Ruby is hands down the best in Tampa.

    Updated review: I had not visited Ruby’z since my previous experience, and really needed to have my brows done. After scheduling an appointment via the website, Ruby was right on time. She was gentle, thorough, kind, and is very talented. My eyebrows look amazing, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!There is a new lady working there, and not only did it hurt badly when she threaded, I could feel her messing up my eyebrows. As a mom, my eyebrows are the only thing I treat myself to, so to walk out with very uneven and one super thin eyebrow, then still be charged, and of course tipped because I felt bad- not acceptable. Eyebrows highlight our face, and I have a special occasion coming up too. Training for eyebrows should not be done on paying customers. Very sad and disappointed.

    So glad I tried out this brow threader! My old threader moved so I needed another- this little place is a little out of the way for me, however, it’s worth it!!     I recently had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done today by Ruby. I searched for hours on google for a threading place specifically and found this location. Drove 30 minutes just to see her. She was very precise and VERY gentle with the threading it was shocking. I’ve never had a threading session where it DIDNT hurt and she somehow made it painless?! I love my brows and she managed to make them look thick even though they are thin. The one star reviews make no sense. I will be coming back.

    First time going here and was very pleased. I had let my eyebrows grow for like 4 months, I was out of the country for over a month and I also have psoriasis so Im very very careful to not do anything that causes trauma to my skin in fear that Ill get a flare. Im also very specific with my skin care routine and products that I can use. So I was very nervous but Rubyz was so kind and took me in without appointment first thing in the morning, the place is clean and very serene, I wanted to stay and just enjoy the relaxing music 🤭. She was gentle and very professional. Would definitely go back and recommend 👌

    Ruby did an amazing job cleaning up my eyebrows with threading. It was the first time I went to that salon and tried threading. It did not hurt. Ruby was very detailed, the price was reasonable and the salon was very clean. I will definitely go back to her again.

    Just went to Ruby for the second time ever and honestly I’m hooked! It’s hard to find someone that’s gentle and attentive to what you want your eyebrows to look like, but she really is! I’m also impressed that she remembered what she did to my eyebrows last time and is keeping track of their progress. She takes her time and makes sure you’re truly happy with the result. Also just as a side note, the salon space is very clean and calm. Will definitely be coming back :)

    Ruby is the best! Clean studio, professional, super nice and she does an amazing job. Even when its busy she will still take her time and make sure you look perfect.     Been getting threaded for 15 years. Decided to try a different salon. I didnt catch her name but she was so sweet and gentle. Very calming experience. Didnt hurt at all. Which is hard to find.     I have been going to Ruby now for over almost two years and she is AWESOME and the BEST at what she does!!! She is friendly and professional lady. Has a keen eye for details.     Ruby threaded my eyebrows and she did an immaculate job👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I adore my eyebrows so much! She left them nice and thick but still clean and a nice shape😍😍 my mother also got her eyebrows threaded and tinted. They look amazing!     I wanted to keep this place to myself but Ruby is amazing. She takes her time and makes your eyebrows look great every time. I used to come every week or every other week before Covid and I recently went back. I didn’t even check in this time and she recognized me and remembered my name...with my mask on!     I love this place. I have been maybe around 5 times. Rubyz is super nice and I have always been satisfied with her work. I went yesterday after waiting to recover from a skin cancer surgery on my face where they had to cut and stitch part of one of my eyebrows. I was so concern, even thinking of getting plastic surgery I gave Rubyz a try to see if she could at least make my eyebrows look even again.....Super satisfied. No plastic surgery needed. Rubyz fixed it.

    It was my first time ever doing threading on my thick brows and I honestly didnt know what to expect, I was nervous about the whole situation but the owner Ruby greeted me with such kindess and reassured me that there is nothing to be nervous about, she started immediately and took her time and made sure that she did not miss anything on my brows which made me feel good.     Ruby was a highly popular threader at Rina’s salon on Hillsborough. I drove all the way across town from Wesley Chapel to have her shape my brows. I’ve tried plenty of threaders closer to home and I always felt ruined. It was pure luck that I ran across her new salon. I still have to plan a day across town to get my eyebrows done but I’m telling you, she is far and away the best. Totally worth it!

    I went here for the first time this past week and she was amazing! She will ask you how you want your eyebrows done and make suggestions but everything it ultimately up to you!     I was visiting from Chicago and had booked some photoshoots last minute in Tampa. I was really nervous about letting someone besides my Chicago girl thread and tint my brows, but WOW!!!! Ruby took her time and gave me EXACTLY the shape I asked for!! My skin was so oily from the climate change (Chi>FL) and she took extra time to make sure my tint was perfectly even.     Ive been here twice for a Brazilian wax. Now let me start off with their ways are a bit unconventional from the usual. Typically, hard wax is used for Brazilian but at Rubyz they use soft wax and small wax strips. And, they finish you off with threading. So I say this to inform consumers that itll be a bit more painful than a standard Brazilian BUT I rated them 5 stars because they make sure every last bit of hair is up. Like...EVERY LAST HAIR. She is sooo thorough which I truly appreciate cuz I feel like the hard wax leaves behind some fuzz other places dont attempt to clean up so Im never SUPER satisfied. But at Rubyz, Ive always left really impressed...and it takes longer to grow back. In addition, she is so sweet and kind and is able to accommodate last minute scheduling. I would definitely recommend this place.
