    What a zen and relaxing spa! I was so impressed with the quiet atmosphere, the slippers and robe they provide, the tea room and complimentary infrared sauna. I had a facial by Edyta and a massage by Estela and they were both incredible. By far the best experience I’ve had in Tampa. The facial she used a bunch of rollers, amazing smelling and feeling natural/cleaner products and warm towels. The massage was so good making sure she hit pressure points, used warm towels and nice oil. I can’t recommend this place enough!

    I have been going to Spa Sudeva since 2012. It has been a while since I walked into those doors into the full immersion of peace and tranquility, and it was just as lovely and welcoming as I remembered it. I had a classic facial with Edyta & the experience and care that imminates through her hands during the entire treatment, will send you into a healing state of mind and leave you glowing and refreshed with the amazing and effective Arcona products that are used. She is the best in the business and I refuse to get a facial from anyone else. I followed up that facial with a 90 minute zen fusion massage with Christine, her intuitive technique and perfect pressure really changed my entire body and spirit, I felt renewed even more than I thought I could be. The white ambrosia tea, the infrared sauna, the comfy robes, intoxicating aromas and warm dim lighting, and over all vibe and comfort of this space is something so special, and I recommend it to everyone I know. What a blessing it is to feel like you’re a world away from the hustle and bustle right in the heart of Tampa. This is where you want to go to heal, and to let go for a while with the result of returning to life feeling like a new person.

    The atmosphere was super relaxing. My therapist Krista was very knowledgeable and had a real healing touch. At the end I was invited to sit in a nice sauna that you could personalize with different color lights that helped with inflammation and other areas in the body. I would highly recommend this spa and look forward to coming back next time I’m in Tampa.

    Had a wonderful no stress massage package with an hour body massage, hot oil scalp massage and foot massage. Laura was a very good massage therapist. Before the massage there is a tea room where you can sit and relax, the hammock type chairs were very comfortable. After the massages I finished with the sauna. There’s a one person sauna room. It was a very pleasant experience, personal, small space. Only a few clients could comfortably be here at a time. The changing room and bathroom are pretty small. The robes are somewhat weighted and comfortable however for anyone bigger than an 18/20 size, the space and robes may not be very comfortable or functional. Overall I would return and have Laura again.

    This was my first time here. My friend got me a gift certificate for my birthday. Laura was my therapist and I had the mind, body, spirit. I really enjoyed it. Laura did amazing job and I am very happy it went. I will be coming back. The spa is beautiful.

    My first time here. My son booked this for me. I had the Back to Balance Swedish Massage. It was a great experience. I upgraded to have the CBD added and it really took away my pains. The dry sauna should not be missed so go early and do it before your massage. The Tea lounge is relaxing so have some tea while you wait. I will most certainly return.

    I had a wonderful experience at Spa Sudeva. I have TMJ and fibromyalgia, which can make deep massages painful, but Edyta and her staff were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. The massage I received from Krista was so relaxing and thorough- you could really tell she was in a flow. She also checked in regularly to ensure the massage was comfortable and I really appreciated that thoughtfulness. Additionally, the facial treatment I received from Edyta was nothing short of brilliant. It not only left my skin feeling rejuvenated but was also incredibly soothing, adding an extra layer of relaxation to the overall experience. I have sensitive skin as well so I appreciated how many questions she asked to gauge what products and scents to use to make sure I enjoyed it. Overall, the ambiance of Spa Sudeva is divine. The moment you step inside, youre transported to a world of tranquility. The serene atmosphere, soft lighting, and calming music set the perfect backdrop for a truly indulgent experience.It was a lovely time, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a mindful and serene spa visit.

    It was the best massage I’ve ever had (4/18/23). I had Christine and I adored that women. The most positive energy on top of a very nice massage made for the perfect experience. I was extremely stressed and tense coming in, but even today I feel very at peace and calm.

    Highly recommend this Spa! My sister-in-law purchased a gift certificate for me to use for a zen fusion massage. I went in for the massage after a very stressful work week a few weeks ago and I am still feeling relaxed and healed after the massage with Katie! The reason this Spa is so amazing is that they focus on healing and creating a peaceful space not just providing a service. You are not just a number to this Spa. Katie listened to all of my concerns and even gave me a few helpful tips to reduce stress and relieve tension in certain areas, all of which have worked and I continue to utilize. Above and beyond is all I have to say. Truly a remarkable atmosphere and staff. The owner Edyta is doing some amazing things. Everyone should check this place out as we all should make time to reduce stress, heal and pamper ourselves.

    Not only does this Spa have the best massages in Tampa but the facial experience is out of this world! I booked a hydrating facial with Edyta and I was just as relaxed as I am when I am having a massage! She was welcoming, attentive, caring and full of experience and helpful advice. My skin is still glowing and more importantly I have been relaxed ever since the facial. My wife and I have had several experiences with individuals in the beauty and wellness space and we would not go anywhere else in Tampa. Spa Sudeva is hands down the best spa for all services across the board. Edyta has over two decades of experience in this space and it shows. Not only was the service itself fantastic but the whole ambiance of the Spa is zen and welcoming. This is a result of the people who work there. Hands down a great experience and I will be rebooking the facial once a month along with a massage!

    Edyta is one of my favorite humans! She is passionate about what she does, caring, empathetic and an unrivaled esthetician and reiki master. I seriously think every spa owner and operator should start taking notes or beg her to teach them how to be so amazing! She operates at a higher level than others. If one is so lucky to secure a session with her (I say this because she is probably booked out for two months) then you will experience absolute tranquility and next level service. Love her and appreciate all she has done to enrich my life and looking forward to many future sessions and growth!

    Excellent atmosphere, service and massage. I have lots of allergies, picked them because they use natural products. Christine showed me an ingredient list of the massage cream, which was fine and did not contain harsh chemicals or preservatives. Her techniques were awesome. I am going back in 2 weeks!

    Wow! Went today to get a facial and let me tell you, that was the most relaxing, amazing, peaceful experience. Edyta was absolutely perfect with her technique and attention to detail.     Today was the first time I went to spa sudeva and let’s just say the experience was Life changing . At first I didn’t know what to think since it was a small building BUT With the spa being smaller, it’s more personable. Ashley king did my facial and did amazing. She walked me through steps on how to take care of my skin and did an amazing job on the facial. There is tea and a nice relaxing room which will put your mind at ease- 10/10.

    My husband bought me a massage and facial for my birthday and I recently had both services done. The ladies were incredible and the spa itself was so relaxing! Lauren did my massage and she was absolutely amazing; she started off with guided meditation which put me in the best space before the massage started.     Ive been a client here for approaching 14-15 years now? Ive had facials, massages, and reiki services. There is nowhere else that compares to the level of service and experience that Spa Sudeva offers. I can always schedule knowing that I will be returned back to balance. As someone with a several herniated discs in my back, I can attest to the level of professionalism and superior knowledge that they offer when helping me through my pain.     Edyta Is pure perfection. I have been getting facials with her for the past few years, and every time I walk out of spa Sudeva I feel like I look 10 years younger. She combines incredible massage techniques, with facial massage techniques, with Gua Sha techniques, and all kinds of other magic tricks she has up her sleeve. The atmosphere of the spa is incredibly relaxing and a great place to go when you need to destress. They also have a red light therapy sauna, which I try to take advantage of every time I go to visit.

Edytas facial was superb, my skin is very sensitive, Edyta took the time to listen and asked question before devising a plan that left my skin supple and glowing.     Wow! This place is amazing, I’m blowed away! My husband got me a zen treatment for my birthday and I was finally able to use it. This place is so cute, calming, smell so good and is surrounded by Buddha 😍 professional and clean! This was my best facial ever, Edyta was so knowledgeable and sweet.     I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Tiffany is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She’s done myself and my mother (mother’s day gift) and my boyfriend has an appt with her in about a week. And no surprise to me my mother raves about how that was one of the best massages she’s ever had. She’s so fluid in her technique and never takes a hand off of you. Literally has the hands of an angel and she’s an absolute sweetheart to top it off. The place is cozy(smaller), yes but is so heartwarming. And if you embrace the peace that overwhelms this place you’ll feel at home here. So just relax and take it all in! 💕

The whole experience is a class above your typical massage experience. I go specially for therapy on my back and pay with my HSA. I do cash tip usually, but I assume works on the card too.

    I couldnt say enough great things about my experience at Spa Sudeva. For a small South Tampa storefront, they made the experience seem like a state-of-the-art spa at a 5 star hotel. The facial with Karoline was probably the best Ive ever had and included some great neck, back, and arm massage. I followed this treatment with 60 minute massage, hot oil scalp massage, and a rejuvenation foot massage all with Oliva. WOW! I couldnt say enough great things. The whole experience and energy of the treatment rejuvenated my spirit. I will be back again and again! If youre looking for a little hide-a-way in a Zen environment... this is the place.

    A place where you are completely transported away from South Tampa! From the moment you walk in you are somewhere else! What sets Spa Sundara apart from all the other spas in the area (and I have been to them all) is the fact that everyone there wants you to not just have a great spa service, but a total experience. They want you to come in early or stay late and relax and have tea in the lounge or try the dry sauna with light therapy, or bring in your own book and just sit for a while. They care that you leave in a better place than when you came in. Their services are all amazing especially the facials that are hands down the best you have ever had, anywhere, much less in your back yard. With their use of all natural products, they are ahead of the game for the direction the world is going! You will not be disappointed!

The staff is fabulous, the decor is phenomenal and you can’t possibly leave there not feeling completely relaxed and centered, even if you’re just having a facial!     I love Spa Sundara; it is truly one of the best little spas Ive been. The atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, nicely decorated rooms, and luxurious bath robes make it one of the best spas in Tampa Bay. Massage therapist Carolina is very knowledgeable, she takes into consideration clients requests, and explains what stretching is necessary if you have tightness in certain areas.     Ola is a medium. She not only gave me the most incredible and magical session - but her reiki is truly authentic. I have sent several friends to her when they lost loved ones and she was able to give our souls communion and rest. I have spent the entire day and received most of the services - all except the body scrub - and it was divine and much needed. I highly suggest visiting this sacred gem of Tampa! My only other way to show my deep gratitude is to always recommend this to people that I know and meet. Regardless if you visit for the medium blessing, the spa is by far one of the best in the nation, not just because of the intimate setting - but because the people who make the space come alive and tend to your healing and revitalizing needs.     I just enjoyed the Zen Package of massages and facial. What a treat! Lauren and Edyta were both excellent. The only tricky part was parking. If you havent been before, just be aware that parking is in the back and somewhat cramped (not good for oversize vehicles).

    An experience I will never forget...Spa Sundara is superior to any other spa I have ever step foot in. I pulled in and parked my car with the days worries on my mind, mulling over the list of thing I needed to accomplish by the end of the day. As I approached the spa entrance, I thought to myself, It will be hard to put these thoughts on the back burner. THEN, I walked through the inconspicuous entrance of The Spa Sundara. Immediately, those busy thoughts fell away. I felt I had entered into a different world.My visit was for a Reiki session and though I choose not to disclose the details of my time with Edyta, I can tell you that her powerful healing touch and words still resonate with me today. I am thankful for my time in that beautiful place of balance and relaxation.     They took the covid-19 restriction very seriously. Hygiene, cleanliness, and protocol were at the top of their priority list. My masseuse, Tawny I think was her name, was very good and wore a mask the entire time. If there was a downside oh, it was that the masseuse Said he was distracted by my muscularity. No big deal... I plan to go back and ask for her again
