I was nervous about getting color on my hair for the first time ever. But Rebekah was very patient in answering my all queries and helped me understand different styles, hair textures, and colors. She dyed and cut my hair fantastically. Rebekah also educated me about aftercare, she suggested to me the best yet affordable aftercare products. She took her time and made my salon experience so amazing!! I’ve never felt better about myself. Love her!! Will be going back to her for all my hair needs 💖💖💖 she’s a gem.

Tonight she was working the fragrance section of Ulta and helped me pick out a cologne for my boyfriend. Stopped in at Ulta Beau6y to purchase a blow dryer for the house. Luckily i called a friend of mine who is a hair stylist. She told me the exact one I should get. It was a baby bliss. When I got into the store it was very busy, but I was asked if I needed help immediately. Luckily, i already had my cousins with me, and they saw the hair dryer sign. We were in and out within 15 mins.

I have been a makeup junkie for a long time, I’ve been in and out of beauty stores and have dealt with many sales associates: Lex is the best I’ve ever encountered. I don’t normally write reviews but I really wanted express my appreciation for Rebekah. I have been looking for a good stylist for literally years. She is amazing with both cut and color. In my opinion she is an artist. She goes above and beyond. She just isn’t trying to get you in and out of her chair. She takes her time with you to make sure that everything is perfect. Rebekah is a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent stylist!!

I had a hair “emergency”! Home color gone wrong. I was leaving for vacation in 3 days and my hair was a mess. I booked an appointment online for the very next day and I was so afraid there would be no fixing or if it could be fixed it would be so expensive I wouldn’t be able to afford it. Not only did Rebekah correct the color, she gave me the BEST haircut and style I’ve ever had! Rebekah went above and beyond! She listens to your concerns and applies her expertise to make you feel pampered and relaxed. She is the kind of stylist everyone who really cares for their hair should have. I cant say enough good things about Rebekah. She’s skilled, precise and she really wants you to be happy when you leave. I honestly can’t say enough about her. I love her! This is the absolute best Ulta ive ever been too. The Ulta in Lakeland was color matching me to orange tones and I went into the dale mabry one so upset with how my makeup was looking. I looked orange and oily and felt like i could not get my skin color right. Caitlyn (not sure if thats how u spell it) was so kind. She spent at least an hour with me figuring out a makeup routine with me. Today my skin looked beautiful. Ive had estee lauder double wear, hour glass mineral primer, and fenty concealer on alll dayyy and i dont look oily or orange at all!! She educated me on the tones i needed to use on my skin! I highly reccomend caitlyn. She is so kind and made me feel important! Get you a caitlyn! Lol 💌

I LOVE having Kristen as my new stylist! In the past I’ve had a stylist not listen to me, give me wrong cuts, one even got dye down my forehead and never cleaned it, it was everywhere! Not with Kristen, she listens to every one of my requests, goes over the process, tells me what will work with my hair type, and if what I want is something I can achieve now, or if it’s something I need to work towards. She’s just amazing, and I tell everyone how happy I with her. Setting my appointments are now something I look forward to not dread or worry about. Bonus points! I ask her about products for my hair and shampoos, and she goes above and beyond with helping me find what I need on the floor too. I never want to loose her!

I moved to Tampa a few years ago and was so happy to have found Kristen W. I have very thick course hair. Kristen colors, straightens, highlights and cuts my hair. I love my hair super straight and she does an amazing job. Over the last year we have changed my hair from dark to light and she’s done it with still keeping my hair healthy. She runs on time and listens to my wants. I highly recommend her.

Rebekah did an amazing job on my hair! I stopped in to Ulta to touch up some highlights after moving to the area. I always find it tricky to find a good hairstylist who can do a nice bright blonde. Rebekah gave me a cut, color, toner, and keratin treatment that really brought my hair back to life! Highly recommended for any blondes.

This location was TOP-TIER & easily one of the best Ultas Ive been to. I had a makeup emergency while I was on vacation and needed to find my NYX Cant Stop Wont Stop foundation. Apparently a lot of people are the same shade as me so I couldnt find it anywhere and I was panicked b/c I completely ran out. Not only did this store have it but I was helped (personally escorted to the Nyx section) as soon as I walked thru the doors. The associate was so helpful and nice and her eyeshadow was so pretty I couldnt help but compliment. Even when I reached the register to pay for my items I vibed with the cashier as she was from NY too. Also, the place was clean and they had everything in stock. I was very impressed! All in all 5 star visit, 5 star location and 5 star customer service. Everyone here was so helpful and nice even when it was close to closing time which is something I appreciate. Thank you all for saving my face! 😅🫡🙌🏾

Selena was my life saver. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars.Full disclosure: Im in my mid thirties and I know NOTHING about makeup application. Im the one that usually looks like a clown when I try to put on fancy makeup because I have absolutely no idea what Im doing. But today, Selena walked me through the process and tried multiple products on me to help get the look I was hoping for. Not once did she laugh or roll her eyes at my ignorance to brush vs sponge or powder vs spray. She was cost conscious and didnt pressure me to buy anything. Instead, she was so genuine and seemed to really love sharing her knowledge for brands and products. If she hadnt walked up and asked if I needed help, I would have ended up with all the wrong colors again and wouldnt have known at all about how to apply things properly for a more natural look. She gave tips for each of the things I got. I am SO thankful!

Many reviews said I could trust Jimmy and they were SO RIGHT! I set up an appointment to have my mom finally have a real salon moment when taking care of her grays instead of her and I struggling in our tiny bathroom with a bix dye (yuck).Jimmy had a wonderfully calming energy, so kind, so patient with making sure he took care of her well. It really made us happy. He was so gentle Mom didnt even feel him cut her hair. She was beaming by the time he was done.Mom left looking and feeling as beautiful as she is inside. She was patient and down to earth. I went with Fenty. She also helped me pick out a primer and a complexion sponge. Now, all I need is for Natalia to give me makeup lessons, lol. My 6 year old daughter was with me, and she also helped her pick out some pink lip gloss, lol. This is still my favorite Ulta shop. Everytime Ive gone whether I made a purchase or not, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Its so wonderful to be greeted (every time). The associates ask if you need help and are actually willing to help. Its just not said in passing. When you go to check out they will converse with you pleasantly and not just the customary did you find everything . Whoever is the manager is doing something so right to have such an awesome crew! Im looking forward to my next visit.
