    I had such a wonderful shopping experience yesterday at the Citrus Park location. I spoke to 3 associates and all of them were fabulous. The first associate helped me find a really good round brush, I cannot remember her name but she was very sweet and knowledgeable. The second person helped me with finding the perfect shade of lipstick. His name is Dylan I believe. He brought me over to look at some Mac products and an associate in that area helped me as well. I cannot remember her name either but she was super sweet and fun to chat with. I stopped going to this location some time ago but I intend to come back. I hope when I return it’s on a day when Dylan is there. He is so vibrant and seems to love what he does. That is the kind of energy that keeps me excited about makeup!

    I had the best experience in the salon. I’m a 4b/4c girlie and Adrian got me RIGHT! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.My scalp feels SO clean and my hair looks & feels extremely moisturized… even in this Florida heat. I absolutely love the cut he gave me. I look like a hair model for a new natural hair product! My curly coils have NEVER been this defined before.I was really unsure about how the experience would go but it was amazing. I was greeted by Adrian the moment I walked up to the salon area. His customer service is unmatched along with his skills! He didn’t make me feel like my hair was difficult or unkempt.He definitely earned himself a repeat customer.

    I am so grateful for Jae! She came to my rescue after I had a very bad experience at another salon that left my hair orange when it should have been a dirty blonde. Jae did an amazing transformation and made my hair the way I wanted it! She was very nice and knowledgeable! Before and after pics!

    I love this store! They always seem well stocked and have exactly what I’m looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful. With COVID-19 they are limiting the amount of people in the store, and staff is wearing face masks. You can feel safe stopping here to stock up on your favorite cosmetics and name brand hair care. If you’re extra cautious, they are also offering curbside pickup.

    I love getting my eyebrows waxed here. They always take extra care and are never in a rush to get it done. I have super sensitive skin and I hate looking like a lobster after a wax. Thank you for caring about your customers.

    I quite literally hate going to makeup stores looking like a bum cause I usually feel like I get made fun of for looking like idk what I’m doing In that store but let me tell you, miss Megan deserves a raise!! She tried like 18 different powders on my face after realizing what I wanted they didn’t carry. She could’ve brushed me off but she made me feel like I went to a salon catered to me! just out of pure kindness. :)) i said multiple times I didn’t want to waste her time and she was such a sweetheart and helped me find my perfect match and even put me on a new perfume 🥰 I will be coming back specifically to see my girl! Made my day! This is my new ulta sorry Oldsmar

    I am very happy with the haircut I received from Arelys. I recently had my hair cut by someone else, and it was uneven, the ends were bulky, and had no movement. Arelys blended the layers, and took the bulk off, just how I wanted it. She was friendly and caring, and eager to work with me, to achieve the desired results. She is also experienced, and knows how to layer hair, which is not easy to find. I took a chance with her, and it payed off. Thank you Arelys, I will be back :)

    Incredible customer service! I was helped by quite a few associates, both over the phone and in-person. Everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly.     Excellent store overall. For hair services - highly recommend Jae. Shes FANTASTIC at color and great at cuts and styles too. Over two years, shes taken me from brown to platinum blonde and now red without damaging my hair. Shes always right on time and shes a wonderful stylist all around. If you are looking for a stylist, you cannot go wrong with Jae!

    Very impressed with the level of customer service I’ve received at Ulta citrus park location today. They were VERY short staffed but they found the way to help me . Amanda assist me with my purchase,I’m not an easy client because I know nothing about makeup and don’t know what I even need. But she made me feel so comfortable, she was caring and nice , assist me with every detailed and recommended great products, try them on me to see if I even liked it before I bought anything. She made my frustration of not wanting to buy makeup im am easy and pleasant experience .. Look for Amanda when you go to the store . I assured you that you will walk out of there with what you need and happy customer like me . Thank you !!

    I love this store so much, and the thing i love most is my hair dresser Jae. I saw her for the first time a few months ago, i had been doing my own hair for YEARS, and was scared to see a professional, and i booked on a whim with her because my sister and friend see her and love her. My hair has never been better and I have never felt more beautiful. I rebook with her everytime i need to go in because i love her company and how she does my hair, i feel relaxed in the chair and no longer get nervous having her do my hair because i know shes going to do an amazing job!

    My go to store for everything beauty related. I prefer Ulta over “the other” beauty store as I always feel comfortable here… the Ulta employee’s and fellow shoppers are always super cool. I literally spend hours in Ulta each time I go. It’s become kind of a problem for my bank account lol

    Cathy from Ulta Beauty Salon always does an excellent job with my haircut and blow out.She is very kind, friendly and personable-making my overall experience very pleasant.I used to dread going to the salon because of the attitude of the hair dresser but after coming to Ulta beauty and working with Cathy I look forward to having my haircut and blow out.My hair looks and feels great afterwards.She spends a lot of time to make sure everything is done perfectly-best haircuts I have ever had and best overall salon experience because of her.     O my word!!!! I was in this store yesterday looking for makeup for me. I had no clue exactly what shade to buy and I did have a budget. I was serviced by a WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, KIND, CARING, and ENERGETIC young man named Dylan. I hope I spelled this right. This man or kid I should say compared to me LOL was the BEST!! He picked out the perfect shades in both a foundation and a blush and the right brands that were for me and within my budget. We laughed and had a great time while he was helping me. If you need make up and are in the area of this location go her to see him and you will not be disappointed. WTG Dylan for helping me out. :) :)

    They’re so great! This was my Ulta for years until I moved across town. I got sick recently and couldn’t come in for my pickup but they were so kind and worked with me within the parameters of what each party could do. It feels good to be a valued customer, not just one of the many passing through. Even if it’s a drive for you, this location is worth it!!

    The Ulta team at Citrus Park is amazing. I inquired about possible accommodations for getting a haircut. Tracy and Kiara from the salon team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Tracy created a safe and private space for me to get my haircut; Kiara cut my hair, was so sweet, and answered all my product related questioned. Together, they were a DREAM TEAM. I’ll definitely be scheduling future appointments at this location. As someone who wears a hijab, I’m appreciate of their efforts in making me feel comfortable and being able to receive the services they offer.

    Had a wonderful experience today with Monica the hair stylist who did my hair at the Ulta salon at Citrus Park. First time with her and definitely will use her again. I had let my long hair get out of control and had lots of split ends and no style and wanted to freshen it up but not cut it short. I wanted long layers and wanted to keep my length as much as possible and also layer the front a bit. I wish I took a before and after because she did such a great job, was very polite and checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was liking how it was looking. Ive been to dozens of hair stylists over the years, Im an experienced lady lets say and have also worked in the beauty industry. And unfortunately I have had a lot of stylists just do what they want, talk over you, or take off too much length and not fully listen to what your wants and concerns are and that ultimately made me just start doing my own hair at home as much as possible because if I was going to ruin it at least I didnt have to waste money and time. But Im happy I found a great stylist and that wasnt the case today, happily.. Book Monica for your hair needs!

    Love this store! I went to get a foundation for my aunt and Ian was helpful!! He gave us some recommendations and talked to us about the special of the day , we ended up with foundation concealer and liner, PLUS! Some gifts the brand was offering and we were absolutely happy with the customer service. He make sure we got the right colors.Definitely recommend this store and him, specially if you dont know were to start, he would make sure to take the right directions

    Alexis helped me today and she was awesome. Ive visited this store 3 or 4 times and no one was as helpful as Alexis. I dont much about applying make-up but she gave me lots of insight and she knows her stuff. She was very sweet, friendly, and personable. Ill be looking for her everytime I visit.

    Great store. Huge selection. Nice layout. Went to the store looking for a specific mascara which I couldnt remember the name. The young lady who helped me was super sweet and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up with Nudestix lengthening mascara which I absolutely love!! She listened & recommended the perfect mascara. I didnt get her name but she had red hair and lashes with tattoos on her wrists and fingers. Give her a bonus! I will definitely return when its time to replace my mascara.

    This Ulta is the best one Ive been to in the area. I was acknowledge while waiting to return an item and they gave me no trouble refunding my money.I had purchased a liquid eyeliner and it just was -not- working for me. They understood and gave me the refund (I did make sure to also return the free gift I got for spending a certain amount on that brands products the prior time-- so make sure to bring back your free gifts).This location is also very diverse--people from all backgrounds-- so they can actually provide firsthand knowledge on different skincare and hair products.

    Ulta is awesome. This is a nice location. The store is loaded with all of your cosmetic needs! They have so many brands from drug store to prestige! They have a great loyalty program and send coupons all the time! Definitely my favorite store for make up!

    This is my favorite Ulta in the area. They generally have every item you’re looking for, especially more anticipated makeup launches. The employees are super helpful and not even remotely snobby which I always appreciate. The store is always clean and well maintained. This isn’t the closest one to me, but I’ll drive out of my way to come here.

    Love it! This is one of the Ulta stores that sells MAC. Amazing MAC sales person - very helpful & treated me like a Queen. Naturally, I purchased quite a bit but, no regrets. Everything she recommended was stellar! Best Ulta ever!

    This Ulta is very clean and organized. I loved that the gondolas are not close to each others so you can walk and not bump into product. They have a great stock too. Plus they have a MAC counter which you dont see often in Ulta. The staff is very friendly.

    I normally am not a fan of most Ulta locations but this one is fantastic!!! All of the workers are so nice and knowledgeable of the products. I suffer from very challenging skin and being able to work with people who can recommend the best products for me is nothing short of incredible. It is even better when a brand representative is on site to further assist (thank you Tarte!). Unlike other locations, I am never treated poorly because of my skin or the rashes I may be experiencing that day due to health challenges. Thank you Ulta for being so awesome!

    My wife loves this place, even though she goes in when there are sales on her products. There is a full salon in the rear of the store, product neatly arranged and sorted in rows. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some other locations, not so much. You have to look a certain way. Anyhow, she bought a few items and they smelled nice, on sale. Shes happy, Im happy... perfect.

    I love this store !! its always very clean + the employees are always super friendly + helpful. the walkways are a little bit slim, so when its busy, you barely have any room to walk, plus the store could be a little bit more strategically laid out, but its not that big of a deal !! five stars :)

    I had appointment for hair, wonderful experience, great hair. KIm the salon manager is great, soft touch for your hair, best ever!! Helped me find the perfect makeup, brush for makeup. Able to have face waxed. Great Christmas gifts found. Wonderful store, staff very helpful!

    One stop shop for all my makeup, body, and hair needs. If you join their rewards program youll get periodic coupons and points to use for money off. Staff is always friendly and asks if I need help with anything. One of the best stocked Ulta in this areaMy sister from Spring Hill comes down because her local Ulta never has half the brands or items this store carries.

    Tracey is absolutely amazing . She did a beautiful balayge on my hair ( which had 2 years of grow out from a former balayge ). It looks absolutely beautiful and very well blended , Ive gotten so many compliments saying how natural the color looks and I am so happy to have more blonde throughout my hair . She did a great job on trimming layers and leaving my hair length while greatly reducing the bulk and overall weight of my hair. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful stylist /colorist as Tracey.

    I really love this store specially in Tampa . I’am able to go everywhere in USA at this store and here they treat me like a family . What the most I like here I saw all the stylists helped each other wish is not seen in others store . Jael , Gina, Lisa , Ashley take care of my hair ( Iam kind of picky) and always happy and helpful to me . The manager here I adore him . Always happy , always special with all costumer I can see how all of them treat every costumer as a family . And that what we al most need . Products here perfect to my wild curls hair .     Debbie at Citrus Park salon did an amazing job on my natural red curly hair. I had a couple issues created by another stylist that I was concerned about. Debbie explained to me what she was going to do, the reasons why, and what to expect. My hair turned out perfectly and better than I expected. She is knowledgeable, educated, professional and friendly. I hope Debbie stays at Ulta for a long time.

    I cant speak to the prices nor the store itself as I went for someone else. I can say that the customer service was above and beyond. Requested a specific item and they went as far as they could to find it. I wouldnt of even been disappointed if they never did because of the sheer effort. But! They found it and even used it as a catalyst for a suggested sale that worked out great.

    Ulta is awesome, I found the Carols Daughter product line here and I absolutely love it. It is not the cheapest hair care stuff, but it works wonders with my type of hair. Staff is friendly and always asks me if I need help with anything.

    Kanisha made my first visit to the salon at Ulta amazing! She listened to what I wanted, but made suggestions that I ended up going with and LOVING! Very sweet and kept a nice conversation going, the time flew by! I definitely recommend Kanisha and I will be back to see her in the future.

    My experience would be much better at this ULTA if I was not asked 25+ times if I was doing okay. It truly becomes annoying. If I needed assistance I would ask.Otherwise, its clean. Most samples are decent. Some are old, smell bad, or empty.Their range of products are good.

    The salon here is full of talents!!! I got my hair done today by Lisa (Amazing!!!) before that Ive had it done with Kanisha and Brooke and they ALL do an amazing job with my Puerto Rican curly hair!!     I was very hesitant to go to Ulta salon as most chain salons are not very good with ethnic hair. However after meeting and speaking with Kanisha at this salon I decided to give it a try. Kanisha not only listens to what you want and they style you are trying to acheive she also makes sure that they style she is giving you fits you as an individual.Her coloring skills and cutting skills are also amazing as I get tons of compliments on both.If you are looking for a stylist or thinking of trying Ulta make sure you ask for Kanisha you will not be disappointed.

    This place has everything youre looking for and never out of stock! I feel like a queen when I go in there! Everybody is so knowledgeable and friendly! As I said, it has everything! A candy store without the calories! What wonderful accommodating people! Im going back to pick up a curling iron, theyre reasonably priced!
