Absolutely the best experience Ive had getting my hair done. I just moved to town and dont know anyone so I was stressing about finding someone to highlight/cut my hair. Denise is incredible. She has a great personality, very talented and made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in the door. She took her time and I literally felt like I was at a spa. She even provided lunch. Ive already booked my next appointment!

Denise is simply Amazing! I have to say shes the absolute best stylist Ive ever had, and she has become a very dear friend. Her salon is very warm and welcomingas is she. Its been 2years now and she has totally transformed my hair. She always has the newest products and always takes the extra time to show me how to keep my hair looking and feeling fabulous at home. Cant wait until my next appointment.

She adds lots of great touches to help you relax, feel balanced and provide just what you need to make your hair look awesome! Denise is the most attentive stylist I have honestly ever been to. The first time I went in for blow out she did an aroma therapy treatment and a lot of extras and my hair never felt so soft! I brought my 12 yr old daughter in for a color, cut and style and she made her feel like a princess taking the entire day with her. When we arrived she had an adorable gourmet cupcake and a color shampoo and conditioner gift set for her! During the day she had lunch for her as well. My Gracie was absolutely dazzled! I sent my son in for a cut as well and he is asking to go see her again. They both were so happy with her exceptional customer service! I only want the best for them and she is the best! I really was impressed by her desire to run her business proper. I know ZEN-DARA will succeed because of Denises extreme talent, personalized touch and unique business savvy...

Ive been getting my hair cut at Zen-Dara for 7 months now. I get the best hairstyle there. Ive even brought a few of my friends to Zen-Dara, and theyve all been very happy with their experience there. Denise at Zen-Dara does an incredible job with womens color, as you can see from her photos. Several female friends have their hair colored by Denise, and Im super impressed with her talent for color.

I went to Zen Dara on a last minute whim to have my hair straightened for a wedding and was pampered like a queen. Aromatherapy experience along with deep conditioning and relaxing music and atmosphere. Denise has a heart of gold and gives all she’s got to make sure you have the most wonderful experience. Denise is a beautiful soul, and absolutely fabulous with hair.She is so talented with color and cut, and a wealth of knowledge and has great vision. I found Denise through Groupon. I expected a deal (ie. Groupon) but I didnt expect such an amazing atmosphere or someone who cared so much about my hair! More than the color, she cares about the health of my hair, the style and the way I feel. Twice a year I go on stage to compete and I want to look flawless; Denise and I create a vision of how I want to present myself and she takes care of every detail. If youre looking for a new hair stylist, youve found her.

ZEN-DARA is a great cozy place that makes you feel welcoming. The salon has realy cool decor and smell good like a spa. I have been trying different places in Tampa to find a good stylist until I found Denise. She is amazing! She is very personable and friendly, makes the client feel confortable right away.Ive never had anyone do a better job on my hair. I do not tell her what I want,but I let her tell me her ideas for the cut and color because I know whatever she does is going to look great on me, always flattering and meteculous. That is why I always say yes to what ever she wants to do to my hair. I have been seing her for two years now, and I never get disapointed.I always walked out feeling refreshed and beautiful.Denise is also an aesthetician.Her deep pore facial is the best, My daughter acne has drastically improved, and the products Tamahras Secret maked my daughter and I completly hooked on. I cant get enough of this skin care. I used to make the mistake of putting those drugstore and even highend skin care products that do nothing for your face.Top noch seervice at ZAN-DARA. If you are having skin issues or want a good hair do, this is the place to go.

Denise saved my hair from brassy color and a cut not at all meant for curly hair. She’s a curly hair expert and a color master! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. When you go into her salon you feel like you are being welcomed into someone’s home. I get compliment galore on my color.

Denise is the most AMAZING SKIN AND HAIR specialist. I first came to her with cystic acne. Her deep pore facial and in between maintenance facials have completely healed my skin. She is very caring and attentive to personalizing each step of the facial specifically for YOUR skin needs, not just general facials. Everyone compliments how smooth and perfect my skin looks now. So after she healed my skin, I saw all of the amazing things she can do with hair! She is super amazing. Creative, amazing colorist, up to date with all of the new styles and techniques. She has changed my hair color many times and has NEVER damaged it. Im normally very blonde,(platinum) but have been lavender, rose gold and silver. always going back to blonde and my hair stays silky and strong. I recommend Zen Dara and Denise to everyone and anyone who wants quality skin and hair art from someone who genuinely cares about each and every client.

I met Denise in September 2017 when I was looking for a new stylist and on a whim, looked on Groupon and found her. I purchased the Groupon for the hair makeover (it was normally what I paid for my hair anyway, so no harm done). Denise called me back right away to schedule my appointment. I was needing my hair done before I left out of town that weekend and she was extremely flexible with getting me in.When I arrived and met Denise she said to me right away, There is no way I am going to do the dollar amount you purchased your Groupon for, so I will give you product to make up the difference in cost. This blew me away! She could have easily not said anything and just did my hair and sent me on my way.Ive been to many stylists and she is the first person who generally cares about the health of my hair and is more committed than me to growing it long. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she really cares about her clients in all aspects.I will be a client of hers for life!!

I used to be a hairstylist, and its so hard to find another hairstylist that actually knows what theyre doing, but let me tell you about DENISE at zen-dara! I came to her with jacked up hair,maybe like 5 different colors and the texture was like STRAW and I needed it done emergency before my shoot, so she came to the salon early in the morning, was very patient with my hair, made it all one gorgeous dark red/brown color, made a custom bath salt blend for my bodys specific needs while my conditioning treatment set, crowned me with her protective gypsy crown at the end and treated me like a total GODESS from the moment I walked in to the door of her gorgeous, homey salon located in south tampa. She evened out my haircut better than anyone has and did and AWESOME , smooth blow dry! It did cost a small fortune (not a big one, but save up some coin before you come!) And trust me it will be more than worth it! Denise not only was the first stylist to ever listen to exactly what I wanted but she ROCKED my hair and it looks sooo much better now ! Im a very picky girl, but Denise has my business !!! I cant wait to see what else she will do with my hair. If youre looking for beautiful hair, LOOK NO MORE. (Btw:she also provides mens haircuts,massage and skin care services!)

I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that Denise Wharren is the best person to do my hair and anyone’s hair. I have loved every color treament, cut, style, blow out you name it since I met her 4 years ago and refuse to let anyone else do my hair because they simply won’t match up. I have had all styles and colors done by her, mermaid hair, designer hair, art hair. She has never let me down and I’m so happy with results that I will always go back to her. You haven’t had this type of experience at a regular hair salon. She served wine, offered relaxing treatments all while giving you the best friendly demeanor . 5 stars across the board and I refer everyone to her. You want the best experience where you can combine elegance, best products and best service then ZenDara is the place to go. She is not expensive either so you truly get the full package when going to her. You will never go to a different salon after one appointment with her.

Just leaving from the most amazing hair experience of my life. Denise is taking me through a hair transformation, and shes making it a luxurious one. Red wine + mint scalp mask + beautiful conversation + essential oils meditation time during toning = very happy me. I just left an hour ago and Ive already had two people tell me Im glowing. Heck yeah, Im glowing. Thats a side effect of freggin bliss!

I went to zen-dara for a facial from Denise as well as skin care products. After my facial my skin looked about ten times better. I have reasonably bad acne and since i received my facial and skin care products my skin has cleared up significantly. I also went to zen-dara to get my hair cut and dyed and they made my hair look terrific.

¡Me encanto todo! Mi pelo esta super maltratado y mal pintado y ella milagrosamente me lo arreglo y lo bueno es que sabe manejar con el pelo de latina. Fue super amable y recomendaria el sitio 100%.I loved everything about it! The customer service was out of this world, the salon decorations are beautiful. My hair was really damaged and with multiple colors on it, ans she magically made it beautiful again. Would highly recomend it!

Thanks to Denise I dont have to be self conscious anymore. Ive been batttling acne for at least 7 years. Ive tried everything and anything. I only had two options left, and I thought I was sold on accutane. As I researched the drug I found horrific side effects but I ignored it because I was so desperate to be normal and confident with my skin. By the mercy of god I came into contact with Denise and she explained the process of tsecret, an acne treatment. I thought she was crazy, I kept thinking theres no way you just extract a zit and eat better and it all goes away, but she proved me wrong. I started the treatment because she was so passionate and confident that I cant go on accutane and I have take her treatment. Its been 9weeks, and although my treatment isnt done yet shes made such a difference in my life. My skin is dramatically better, my friends and family noticed. Its a long processes, im not going to lie. But I wouldnt recomment ANYTHING except this. If you have acne stop trying cheap products, there cheap for a reason. Dont think about money, go to denise and get a counselt. You wont regret a thing, except that cookie you really want after dinner, but lets be honest we dont need that cookie anyways! :) I hope I made your decision easier, and go out and spread the word about zen-daras facials!
