This was my first time coming here. I got my brows threaded and tinted with henna. Pam did a great job! I love how she starts all appointments with brow mapping. Puts me at ease that my brows will look good every visit. Other places, it’ll look good the first time but when I go again, it’s crooked or too thin. Definitely coming back!! -

This past weekend was my first visit at Refined Beauty. I had a great experience! Pam was so kind and professional! She really took the time to consult with me, map my brows, and explain to me prior to threading. She fixed my shaping and gave tips on how I can continue to help my brows grow. I have gotten threading done for years, but she is the only person that I have met that uses the mapping technique and takes time to explain and show the shape before she begins. She is so talented at her work, and I I couldn’t be happier with the results! I will definitely be back! -

I got HENNA BROWS done from Pam twice and she did such a great job! The henna stained my skin for almost two weeks and the dye on my brow hairs last for almost a month! I was really impressed because I sweat a lot during my workouts and never had the best luck prior to finding Pam. I decided to get my brows done permanently next month with her and I can’t wait! I highly recommend her services because she is very professional, thorough, and kind! -

The best decision I made was going to Pam at Refined Beauty! I have gotten my eyebrows threaded before, but never had them mapped with mathematical precision! I am also thankful she offers henna. I’ve been unsure of trying microblading so this was a good test! I was tired of having to take time out of my day to shade my brows with powder and also decided this was not going to be a practical option for my upcoming vacation. So happy I found Pam’s contact via a friend on social media. She exceeded all my expectations and I feel so confident with my brow design + henna! -

I can’t say enough good things! If you are interested in anything brow related… Pam is your girl. Great hours, private location and she is entirely focused on getting you the best brows you deserve. I first came to try henna and threading just over a year ago and I am addicted. I can’t even imagine my brows without it anymore. I have thicker brows, more confidence and constantly get compliments. Pam is always striving to have the best quality products too, her first henna wasn’t up to her standards and she researched and tried others on herself til she was confident she had the best products for her customers. I’ve sent plenty of my friends her way and they are all repeat customers too! BROW QUEEN. Pam is amazing, as is her work! I get my eyebrows threaded with her, having previously only done waxing before coming to see her. Once I started a prescription topical, waxing was no longer an option. I found Refined Beauty online, and so glad I did! 10/10 would recommend threading over 10+ years of experience waxing. Pam takes her time for every appointment and explains the whole process throughout. She posts lots of before and after pictures on her Instagram page for all of her different services, which is really nice. She always makes me comfortable and welcomed each time I come in, so glad I found her! -

I have gotten SO many compliments from strangers on my brows after Pam at Refined Beauty microbladed them. I went from super thin and sparse brows to beautiful, full brows. The process was nearly pain free and her private location made it easy to feel comfortable there (especially if you are like I was and dont want anyone to see you without your nonexistent brows filled in!) If I dont wear makeup they look totally natural and if I put on a full face all I add is a little pencil and setting gel. They are perfect and still look good nearly 7 months later. -
