The staff is so friendly which then creates a cordial warm atmosphere. I had the pleasure of having Jose Tamayo do my full head highlight. I am very particular about my hair. I want the blonde highlights to be very close to my color when I was younger. Light, not streaky, orange, or striped looking. He is an exceptional stylist. He listens to you while also knowing exactly what your hair needs. The process is fun and relaxing. The results are phenomenal!! Truly beautiful. I love my hair. I have been going to Serenity salon and Spa for the past three years. Francisco my hairstylist is the best! He will listen to my thoughts and provide feedback fromhis perspective. Jose is great too! All the hairstylists and shampoo gals are great! When Francisco and Jose are not available I will go to one of the other hairstylist for just a shampoo and blow out. They are more than willing to accommodate me!. The salon treats you as an individual and are very attentive to your needs.They make you feel part of their family! highly recommend Serenity salon and Spa!

Been going to my girl Jae for years now for cut, color, the whole treatment, and I love her. If you want a really kind and honest hair professional, she is it. She can give you exactly what you want or go above and beyond what you could have even imagined possible. Just ask her opinion on what to do with your hair and promise you will be glad you did. She knows her stuff! I now bring my elderly mother who is very particular about her haircuts, over to see Jae with me, and she also refuses to go to anyone else. Why would we when Jae is exactly what everyone needs in a hairstylist. Glad to have found her.

I am new to the area and dont often have time on the weekends to get my hair done, so I was so happy to see that I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday when most other salons are closed.First of all, they have the nicest staff I have ever met at a salon. The sweet girl at the front desk was warm and welcoming in such a genuine way from the moment I walked in and so professional.Next, Jose and Francisco are absolute rock stars. These guys are not only so unbelievably talented, but they make you and everyone else feel like a million bucks from the moment they meet you. I saw these guys treating everyone with such class and care, all the customers were happy and in a good mood- it was a wonderful atmosphere. The salon is so beautiful with lots of natural lighting, and everything was so clean and updated. Francisco did my highlights and he was a genius. He was SO FAST and SO PRECISE! I was stunned...I have never had highlights done that quickly and come out so well. Im usually there for hours and hours, and this was such a change. Jose cut my hair, also, so fast and he did such a beautiful job and styled it in such a glamorous way- they both truly care about their customers and it shows! They work so well as a team, and honestly I felt lucky and honored to have had this random chance to have my hair done here, because I was only looking for whatever was open on a Sunday! Also, the girl who washed my hair is extremely talented too...I wish I knew her name, but she scrubbed my scalp in such a relaxing way and took such great care in her work- this made a great impression on me.I will absolutely go back here from now on, and I have nothing but the most wonderful things to say about everyone who works here. Everyone at Serenity is customer conscious and makes you feel welcome. Appointments are super easy to make and the salons hours fits every kind of work schedule. No more waiting for Tuesdays to get someone to answer the phone! I have been seeing Jose for 2 years. Jose is a true artist. He listens to what you want and then adds his special touch! I switch up my cut and color frequently. Jose has always come through for me. Beautifully! Francisco also makes magic. I will continue to book at this salon for all my hair needs. This is a great salon! Everyone there works as a team to help out when needed. Maddie did a great job on my hair and I’m truly thankful for everyone who stepped in and helped out during my time there. The only downside I had was the price and that was totally my fault because I wasn’t sure what to expect and that lead me to tip a little less than I had hoped. But next time I’ll be more prepared for that. Otherwise all around great experience. Everyone should check them out! Maybe if you’re not sure what you want do a consultation first. They get everyone booked ASAP and have a great scheduling process. I love that I DONT have to wait months to get in here.

This was my first time finding another salon in over 26 years. But after reading a lot of reviews, I chose Serenity. The crew did not disappoint either. Girls in the front, Phenomenal! Jose was the best experience I’ve had with a stylist. I only came in for a haircut, even though I NEEDED much more done. I was going to schedule it for the following week. Jose insisted he’d do it that day. My hair was so damaged. I’ve never seen anyone foil a head faster, and with 3 different colors, to fix the damage. The girl that washed my hair almost had me to sleep lol She was wonderful. Jose cut my hair and managed to keep a good length too. When he got done styling it, I looked like my old self again. Everyone was lovely. And Jose made me feel like he had known me for years! Very relaxing atmosphere. And Jose was hilarious! Very awesome personality. I go back in May for my second visit.Rebekah

Ive been coming to Serenity for almost 2 years now, but have been coming to Maddie specifically for almost 3! Serenity provides amazing hair care and the stylists know their stuff. They are amazing every time I go & i’m almost always in for a double blow dry when an extra stylist is available for an express wash and style. Always helps me when Im in a rush! I LOVE Maddie as shes done great color experimenting with my hair, and i’ve loved the way shes regenerated my hair back to it’s full potential! Serenity is IT!

This is my first review ever because I absolutely had to write about my stylist Michelle, youll know who Im talking about because she has the sweetest British accent. Ive been going to her for a few years (followed her from her old salon to here at Serenity) and shes brilliant. She knows so much about hair down the the biological composition which is how shes able to perfectly advise on what products/dyes to use to keep your hair healthy and looking beautiful. Ive bleached and dyed my hair to the point where it felt like straw and after one appointment with her my hair felt like real hair again, and the best part is she taught me and advised me on the products to use to keep my hair that way even out of the salon. Shes truly passionate about what she does and is very knowledgable which makes her the best stylist Ive ever had.

Great color and cut in a friendly upbeat environment! Cory does my highlights and keeps my hair looking fresh with color that holds. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for....glad I found someone I can trust with my hair.

Michelle, formally from Salon Metro, I cannot thank you enough for working with my hair over the last several months. My hair has been abused by so many amateur stylists! Michelle has turned it around and no matter where I go people stop and ask where I get my hair done. Michelle is a true artist and gives you the look that just makes you stunning!The salon is very nice with friendly staff too!

This salon is the best! I came in with a completely messed up color trying to go from red to blonde. Jose and Francisco worked a miracle and got me to the color I wanted without totally destroying my hair and in time for my vacation. No one else will ever do my hair but them =)
