It’s called the A Lab for a reason! Everything they do is A+ , from customer service, to consultations, to making you feel comfortable and beautiful. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Panchal is thorough, listens, and makes wonderful recommendations that enhance your features in a natural way. I also cannot say enough good things about the ladies- Juliana, Tawny, Sarah and Taylor - they are all extremely knowledgeable and great at all the procedures available - my favorite is the Hydrafacial which is extremely relaxing and makes your skin glow. And they check on you after every procedure, which I love! Anyway, call and make your appointment - you won’t regret it!!

Dr. Panchal is amazing at what she does and has an eye for the smallest detail. As someone who is always smiling or laughing, I had been self conscious about my gummy smile for years. I have known Dr. Pina for years thru our Alma Lasers family but finally went in for an appointment for her to work on my face. I had lost 40 pounds close to 2 years ago and even though that I get many esthetic treatments done at my office I was still struggling from volume loss.I went in the other day and after just one treatment using fillers and Botox my face looks SO much better!! I already feel so much better about my face. And we have 1 or 2 more appointments in the next few weeks to add more and tweet what she has already done. I couldnt be more happy with my results and with her professionalism. And her staff was so very helpful and friendly.

LOVE this place. I’ve never seen immediate results from a facial before but multiple people told me they could see the difference. After the facial I bought one of the laser packages and didn’t really know what to expect. When I tell you I started getting hit on with no make up for the first time in years I am not being dramatic. In just days after my treatment healed! I cannot wait to get the rest of my laser treatments. Everyone was very knowledgeable and knew just what to do to help me to the next step of my skin journey. The place is very clean and has a GREAT skin care line available as well (from someone who has been sold everything by everyone the last few years skin care wise) the tinted sunscreen is so bomb I cut my foundation usage in half (thank goodness too in this economy) and I am so picky about my moisturizers because my skin is so sensitive but the one they helped me pick was PERFECT. I just love this place. I travel the hour from sarasota into tampa for my treatments. I’ll never go anywhere else if I don’t have to🫶🏼

I have been going to the Aesthetics Lab for a little over a year now through the recommendation of a friend. Every experience has been great! Typically I just go for dermaplaning. Recently I decided to add on injectables. Ive gotten Jeuveau before, but only a hand full of times and only did 12 units. This time I upped it to 47. To no fault of theirs, I didnt take well to this upped dosage. While checking out I started to feel very faint. Every single person at the front desk at the time jumped into action immediately. They grabbed gatorade, a soda, an icepack, and even a neck fan. They were so understanding, caring, and helpful. I was very impressed with the quick response and how genuine they all were about the situation. It made me feel much more comfortable. Back to the Jeuveau - the results started to kick in within the next day! Dr. Panchal and the whole team are absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend the A Lab to everyone! If youre considering going now is a great time. During November they have amazing specials :)

I couldn’t give a better review about Dr Panchal and the staff at Aesthetic Labs. I have been to a few other med spa’s in the Tampa Bay area and they aren’t even comparable to the experience at A Labs! Dr Panchal makes you feel very secure with the treatment you are about to receive. She would never recommend more botox or filler than needed. She is very adamant about the natural look which is what I respect most about her. The staff also makes you feel very comfortable and welcome as well!!

I have been coming here for about a year now for various treatments and am very happy with not only the results but the all around experience at this facility. The staff are wonderful as well as Dr. Panchal. Dr. P is excellent. She’s professional, doesn’t push extra procedures and doesn’t make you feel like you have to do something if you’re just there for a consultation. She makes you feel like her only client and answers all questions about the treatments she offers. She never makes you feel rushed. It also appears that she thoroughly vets each treatment she offers before offering it. The prices are fair and there are multiple and specials throughout the month on the treatments. Availability is also great. Highly recommend this business!

The BEST experience. The team is very professional while also being very friendly. I felt comfortable during every appointment. For years I suffered from razor burns and ingrown hair. I would feel insecure wearing a bikini due to the bumps and redness. My hair was very thick and so I resorted to waxing but that did not stop the problem, it just delayed it.Finally, I saved enough to invest in laser hair removal and it was the BEST INVESTMENT I have ever made on myself. After the FIRST treatment I saw results. No more redness, no more razor burns, and no more ingrown hairs! And the pain was so minimal! They have cooling gel to relieve you of any pain during the treatment which literally does wonders. But the pain was NOTHING compared to waxing.I just completed my last treatment for my bikini and I couldn’t be happier. I am now just starting my treatment for my underarms and I already see results. This place is amazing and they really seem to care about their customers. 10/10 recommend.

Best place ever!! I was so nervous as it was my first time doing lip filler and I wanted it to look super natural. (And I have been working on this for five years).A survivor of chemo therapy, aging, and iving at the beach most of my life my skin had become thinner than most , more dry and quite kissed by the sun. No one seemed to really be able to help me beyond Botox and a few Fraxel like laser treatments.BUT a after a brief consult earlier this summer, I put my face Pina’s hands (lasers and cosmetics to start…more in what’s next as it literally unfold in my skin). She introduced me to Alma Laser, lots of great products and more.I’m happy to say the results are amazing. Her technique is excellent, she knows products and current options and is a state of the art practitioner. I feel that I’m being taken care of by some one who genuinely cares about the end result (mine and hers) as well as my comfort level. Her staff is an equal reflection of her work. I don’t have duck lips and a face that can’t move. I do have more youthful, softer glowing skin.know I’ll keep coming back to the A Lab! I met with Dr. Panchal for a lip filler consult and she gave me honest advice and was upfront about the pricing and procedure plan. I also met with Taylor for my first ever HydraFacial. The next week few weeks after my HydraFacial Id truly never seen my skin look and feel better. I have acne prone skin and did have some purging but it was very slight and afterwards my skin was clear for a few weeks. There are no words.Bella Mia is hands down the best aesthetics/med spa I’ve ever been to. She makes me feel so welcomed. When I was getting my lips done the topical cream gets metabolized fast so I feel a lot of pain but she fought so hard to get the dental block that they have now so I can comfortably get fillers and it meant a lot to me. She also isn’t like other Doctors because she doesn’t just talk you into the most expensive option so they can make more money, she tells you honestly what she believes is the best option for you.10/10 recommend Bella Mia for all of your needs. I went to Bella Mia for laser hair removal after reading their reviews on Yelp and Im so glad I did. The doctors and technicians are so nice and really know what theyre doing. I had previously gone to another place and bought 5 sessions of laser hair removal. After 5 sessions, I still had a significant amount of hair so I wanted to be sure that I picked the right place this time around. I bought a package of 6 plus a touch up. Every treatment they would adjust the laser based on how I did the previous time and they would always text me the next day to see how I was doing.The laser itself was great too. It was not painful, it has a cooling sensation to the laser which really helps! The other place I went had a machine that felt like a rubber band was being snapped to my skin - it was very painful. Ive had all 6 treatments, plus my touch up and theres a significant difference. I hardly have any hair left, almost none at all! Very happy with the results.Im so glad I went to Bella Mia and I would definitely go there for other services in the future.

I saw Dr. Rivera to address concerns about skin laxity, sun damage & fine lines. I came into the office thinking about getting filler in my jaw line, along with some sort of laser treatment, maybe IPL. Dr. Rivera listened to all of my concerns & was very honest in that, while she agreed filler & IPL would work, it would also be very expensive. She suggested I consider the Alma Hybrid laser because it would address all of my concerns, provide better results & cost less.After hearing about the Alma Hybrid & looking at some before & after pics, I agreed.I purchased a package of 2 treatments.Numbing cream was applied prior to treatment. Overall the laser is relatively painless. Much less painful than other laser treatments I’ve done (I’m talking to you, Ultherapy) & not as bad as some heavy-duty peels.I followed post care instructions & healed in about 8 days.I am super impressed. After one treatment - my skin looks 100% better. About 80% of my sun damage is gone as are fine lines I had around my eyes & mouth. My skin is firmer & jowls less noticeable. I’m excited to see the additional improvement after my second treatment.Thank you to Dr. Rivera & staff!

I went to Bella Mia to get rid of my deep dark under eye circles. My eye primer and concealor combo was no longer working and I always looked tired. Dr Panchal recommended 1 vial of filler, I was thinking 1 vial is not going to be enough to fill up these deep trenches, I am going to need 2. During the procedure, which did not hurt at all, she injected the filler in my tear troughs and was very meticulous on the balance of my face the whole time. She was stepping back and turning my face to see if she needed more in an area. She is an artist. After all my trenches were filled she only used 1 syringe and actually had product left over, so she put the rest in my lips. I am a total fan of Bella Mia!!!!! I have done my lips a few different places and have always had an issue with the way they looked. I finally got them dissolved and reinjected here and I couldn’t be happier. As a guy, I started to gain weight after I got married. Even though I jogged regularly and worked out at Orangetheory, it began to get really tough to loss the weight. After seven years of marriage and getting into my 40s, I was about 25 pounds heavier than when I got married in 2014. I reached out to Dr. Panchal about their weight loss program. I began working with Dr. Panchal this past summer. When I started the weight loss program, I weighed 209 lbs. At the end of the 40 day weight loss program, I weighed 179 lbs! I lost 30 pounds and weighed less than when I walked down the aisle! Ive been off the diet for two months now and Ive maintained that weight by one simple step Dr. Panchal forced me to do every day - weigh myself.
