I want to give a huge shoutout to JayD for going above and beyond and doing my makeup for me when no one showed up for my prescheduled appointment at the MAC counter on the day of a big event for me. JayD did an amazing job and was so sweet & kind. Ulta is very lucky to have her. Also, thank you to Lauren, who was working at BeautyBio for also helping & the Manager on duty, for finding someone to do my makeup. Very kind of them and I appreciate it.But sadly, I will think twice before booking an appointment there in the future. It was very stressful and unacceptable by MAC, with no phone call prior to me to cancel. (I left my phone number when I made the appt).Do better MAC….
