Veronica is the best! I was very uncomfortable with the idea of waxing before I found Bott BW. I can’t begin to describe how comfortable and relaxed she made me feel. She is comforting, she explains everything to you and you know what to expect. My skin is so much better than it was when I first started with her. She makes you feel like you are her only client each and every time. If you are on the fence about getting waxed or any other of her treatments, please don’t be. Veronica is amazing at what she does and she will find ways to help you. I will never go anywhere else. The biggest attribute is that she loves what she does and she cares about her clients. I made an appointment for this location out of reviews I read, and yes, I will recommend it 100% to anyone. I was greeted by the door by Veronica to get a Brazilian wax for the first time. The experience was incredible, very professional, dedicated, passionate, and educated while getting the job done Veronica is. I will continue to come to get it done with her even if she moves to a different location. Thank you, and yes, I will return. I may even try facials next time.

Veronica is the best! This was my first time seeing her and first time getting a brazilian in years, and it was a wonderful experience. She really does make you feel so comfortable like youre just hanging out at your friends house. It went by so fast but she still really took her time to make it a perfect job, and was super gentle so the most minimal pain. Love her!!!

This review is for everyone but specially the guys out there that are looking to get waxing done, ok I circled the idea of doing it for about 3 weeks since is almost unheard of a guy getting waxed specially from top to bottom by a female. Veronica is as good as they come specially making you feel comfortable when it comes to the idea of getting fully naked in front of her. Extremely professional and super down to earth. Conversation top notch to where I forgot that I was getting waxed. And guys the best part IT DOES NOT HURT LIKE PEOPLE SAY! so if you think is going feel awkward or something like that don’t worry Veronica got the hands blessed to do this and the brain to make you feel at ease right away.Thank you Veronica I can’t thank you enough.Sincerely a socially awkward guy like me

Ive been a loyal client 2 years now and Im just as satisfied now as I was when I started 2 years ago. Veronica is sweet, professional and understanding. She makes you feel at ease so that the process is quick and provides after care like Ive received nowhere else. After 2 years my hair grows back slowly and really fine so I only need waxing every 6-8 weeks. She even saves my usual time slot as I travel 90 minutes for amazing service. Im never letting anyone else wax me!

I’ve always wanted to try waxing since I have coarse thick hair that grows quickly. But I’ve been way too nervous / embarrassed / insecure to go any where - I’ve spent over a year researching places in the Tampa Bay Area. I found Veronica’s business account on Instagram and sent her a message about scheduling - she was so incredibly nice and helpful that I immediately felt at ease. I couldn’t have been more correct! Before the appointment, she gave me some info on how to prepare for the wax. And during the appointment I didn’t feel embarrassed or ashamed, I felt comfortable (mentally atleast lol, there is some slight discomfort in waxing certain areas). But honestly it really was not as painful as I was expecting, and I’m quite the weakling! Veronica educated me along the way and even at the end on how to best take care. She was so professional yet friendly, I’ve been there several times now and plan on being a client for life.

As an esthetician who has used both Nufree and sugaring as a form of hair removal for clients, I was fascinated by how comfortable the coconut hard wax was. Veronica is a natural. She knows how to hold a conversation about life, educate you about her techniques and remove the hairs with ease all at the same time. I appreciate the gift of exfoliating gloves and scrub given at the end to ensure I had proper home care without excuse. I had other “pros” wax me and always went home to finish or fix the job. Thank you Veronica for saving me the hassle of removing my own hairs and providing a clean, uplifting atmosphere for me to rest in someone else’s care. You’re the best!

I loveeee Veronica ! Ive been seeing her for about 3 years now. Ive followed her wherever she goes. I was so nervous about starting to wax. I tend towards being more conservative and the idea of a new person seeing my lady parts other than my boyfriend and doctor was nerve wrecking, not to mention the idea of the pain !
