Kaykay was the absolute best!!Update: within two to three hours I started developing red bumps, not sure why. They don’t itch or anything. But yea maybe if you have sensitive skin let them know up front because maybe I should’ve although this has never happened before so idk. Also there’s a few hairs left she said it’s normal because I had shaved but I’ve shaved before and I’ve been left looking like a baby’s butt - either way no big deal, their amazing customer service is really what did it for me! ❤️

DAIRA is my wax specialist, I’ve been getting serviced by her for over a year. Her experience, attention to detail, & amiable nature is what had me follow her from her previous wax center. I don’t mind the 30+ minute drive knowing that it’ll be done right in her gentle caring hands. There is a 6 step process to ensure the most comfortable wax experience that includes a steam towel! They use medical grade supplies to clean, every guest gets a fresh pot of wax to be used on them-no double dipping, drapes are used on the chairs, & they also supply wipes to freshen up before a Brazilian service. It’s aesthetically pleasing, all of the staff are very welcoming. Get your wax on!

I did notice some vinyl repair maintenance needed in the room I was in (room 1) other than that, Lexi my esthetician was amazing. She was quick, efficient and talented to deal with me so gracefully cause I can be a handful. Both ladies discussed a possible membership with me that I’ll consider.
