This was the best wax off my life. I just moved to Tampa in July of 2023 and was still going to my wax lady in Fort Myers because I’ve been nervous about trying someone new. Whenever my regular lady was not available and I had to go to other people, I’m usually disappointed. So now after being here nearly a year, I decided to take the risk. My work bestie said to check Groupon and I saw Pampered Peach. My work bestie said she had been there and it was the fastest and most thorough wax she had ever experienced, so I booked. I had to reschedule the appointment I originally booked, so I emailed them because it was after hours and they responded through text to reschedule me and explain the cancellation fee. Which was fine because I read about that when I booked. When I finally came in for my appointment, the front desk women was polite and friendly. One thing I did like that stood out amongst any wax place I have ever been to is that they had wipes in the bathroom and in the treatment room so you could freshen up before your service. Kelly waxed me. And I was very pleased that she followed the specific request that I had and completed my Brazilian, half leg, and underarms in under 30 minutes. Not only was it fast, it was the most painless wax I ever received. Everything was done correctly and efficiently. Afterwards, I definitely got the membership and will definitely be returning. I’m glad my work bestie and I had the same experience.

I really liked the ambiance of the place and the music was eclectic which was nice. My waxer was Marion. Shes extremely sweet my wax was really quick and she got everything. I think the wax was just a little hot for me but it could have been the sensitivity from not having a wax in a while and she tried to cool it but it. I rescheduled with her so Ill update if anything changes. Nice place though and pricing is comparable.

Marian is absolutely amazing. She gave me so much of my confidence back. She is so incredibly communicative, and will make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. She’s super comfortable to talk to you as well so if you notice an extra hair, she’s more than willing to get it for you. I had a really bad brazilian experience at a different salon prior to coming here. It made getting waxed a very difficult experience for me, but Marian made sure I was going ok the whole time and has made the waxing something I can confidently do again because I know I’m in good hands this time.

I have been a member of Pampered Peach for about two years. I love the location, package services but most importantly the staff. They are all so welcoming and accommodating to your needs. The comfort of their clients is very important to them. I have experienced many different waxologist from different companies, but the difference here is the customer service. This is my review after using this place for over six months now. I love this place because of the monthly memberships they offer for their different services, making maintenance less annoying. Although I did have some confusion when I initially signed up, they have an unlimited and monthly version of each service, so make sure to clarify what you want. I believe with the unlimited membership, you can come in whenever and however many times you want. However, with the monthly subscription, you have a reoccurring payment that only allows you to come in once during your payment period. Also, a heads up, show up to your scheduled appointments; otherwise, they will charge a service fee of $15 for no-shows or to reschedule (unless 24-hr notice).As for my waxing experience, Ive had maybe one encounter with a wax lady that I didnt enjoy. She went too fast and had the wax too hot, which wasnt a great experience. However, I will say there is a wax lady I love whenever I come to do my services. Her name is Hayley, and I recommend her if you come to do your services. She is thorough and takes time to ensure you are comfortable and happy.

They also have numbing spray as an option which I tried and it was not so bad. Since it was my first appointment I had to do the combo of hard and soft wax.
