I was a little nervous to book my appointment having gone for eyebrow and back waxes in the past that had left me with less than satisfactory results. Nicole completely put my mind at ease and provided a comfortable, relaxing environment without judgement. The area I wanted completed is a “problem” area for me specifically and other salons I have visited in the past left me feeling an incomplete service had been performed. Nicole’s attention to detail and careful, precise talent at hair removal (and knowledge of proper skincare) left me with a beautifully smooth result. I noticed she provides excellent insight into unique questions asked by her clients and addresses all concerns in a way that is empathetic and non-judgmental. I will definitely be booking more future appointments with Nicole!

Ive never had any waxing done. I was a little skeptical in doing so, but Nicole reassured me everything would be ok. She explained to me what I was going 2 have done and how she was going to do it. She was very informative about the whole process. She always kept me calm due 2 me being so NERVOUS. It was a great experience and I will be returning.

This place is absolutely fabulous Nicole is awesome. Was very nervous but she made it very easy going. Ladies if you need a friendly or painless waxing get your self a drink at the waxing bar.

Ive never been waxed before so I went in and had a bunch of questions. She answered everything and made me feel comfortable. I ended up adding another spot to wax at the end. It wasnt as bad as I thought it was gonna be. It made my skin real soft afterwords which was unexpected but nice.
