    I recently had an outstanding experience with Maxine, a licensed makeup artist, which was a breath of fresh air since makeup is not my area of expertise. I always feel lost trying to figure it out on my own, but Maxine’s remarkable customer service made all the difference.She was incredibly knowledgeable about skincare products and truly listened to the issues I’ve been having with my skin recently. Maxine explained why I was experiencing these problems in a simple yet clear way that resonated with me. She also crafted an improved skincare regimen that I couldn’t be more pleased with.What truly impressed me was her ability to provide a color match that was spot on. I initially went in for a different foundation, but I left with a comprehensive makeup and skincare routine that exceeded my expectations. Maxine not only showcased exceptional makeup skills but also a deep understanding of skincare. I’m also excited to hear that she’ll be teaching classes in the near future, which I can’t wait to attend.To top it all off, Jennifer, who cashed me out, helped me save money in all the right ways, which was just the icing on the cake. I highly recommend seeking out Maxine and her team if youre looking for expert advice and top-notch service!

    I just had the best experience at this Ulta location! Jenna gave me the best hair cut and style. Made me feel like a pretty princess 👸 Her fellow stylist was very kind too. Then on the floor, the nicest sales rep helped me in the makeup department. Wish I had gotten her name to mention her. She tested some new products with me and helped me find some of my favorite go-tos as well. Im glowing after such great interactions with such lovely ladies. Thanks Ulta

    I can’t even put into words how amazing this store and staff was to me today. I lost everything in Hurricane Helene and I was lost looking at the options of makeup I needed to replace. The General Manager steered me in the right direction and helped me so much. Then when I was checking out she gave me 20% off of my purchase! So grateful and thank you so so much!

    Hey Ulta Staff, it worked!! The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable! Dyed my hair ombre red for the first time and found out these work. Used punky color as the shampoo, then mixed Cleanditioner with my leave in conditioner, and my hair has never been redder. Ive been shopping at this location for about 5 years.

    The Ulta at the Tarpon Springs location had the urban decay lithium eyeshadow I was looking for, this eyeshadow has been sold out for quite some time. From the moment I walked into the salon, Stella greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, instantly putting me at ease. Stellas expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire haircut. Stella took the time to listen to my preferences and understand the look I wanted to achieve.     I had my hair and makeup done by Stella. Not only did she do my hair and makeup great for a wedding I was going to, she made me laugh the whole time. Great at her job and an amazing personality.     Got my hair washed and cut by Stella. She was funny and friendly, did a great job on the cut but most importantly, the wash was AMAZING. She adds in a head massage that is to die for! She earned a steady client today.

    Just got highlights with Alexa and left the salon feeling amazing! She is super nice, knowledgeable and fast! My hair looks super healthy and my blonde color turned out so beautiful!     Store did not have the advertised hairdryer my daughter wanted for Christmas. Staff looked around online at other Ulta stores and found a model at another location. Thank you for going the extra bit. Ran over to store with hairdryer and Merry Christmas.

    Michelle is absolutely talented. I put her skill to the test and she made my hair gorgeous. She began by listening to my wants, wants and wants. Using her charm and knowledge she explained to me what process she would be doing to give my hair it’s natural beauty back. I was nervous along the way, secretly. Once she finished my color, cut and style I couldn’t believe the results. I complimented her and I don’t think she believed me when I said she out did my expectations.My precious color, cut and style was literally done at a local award winning salon that was very pricey. I wasn’t satisfied with the job but appreciated the staffs kindness. I decided not to return there.I called Ulta to get a consultation on the phone regarding my previous experience and what I was looking to achieve. I was comfortable making the appointment and I highly recommend Michelle.What I was wanting to accomplish: keep my natural grey and soften my dark hair to blend with it naturally.     My favorite Ulta. The staff here are EVERYTHING! They are always smiling, happy, and helpful. They give great recommendations. They know about the products which is so so helpful when trying to buy things you havent heard of or tried before. They know of dupes and random tips and are ready to share! Love these ladies!!One even taught me how to set up Google pay right in time for last minute Christmas shopping!! Now I can use my phone to pay not just at Ulta but everywhere! She is everything!! These ladies are remarkable! Give them all a raise! Lol, but seriously they are better than any of the other Ulta staff. These ladies truly rock! ❤

    My daughter got her hair and make up done today for the prom. I was so impressed with the make up artist. Her name is Lydia. She is so talented and knows exactly what you need! Her hair was done by Shelby and she also did an amazing job. I highly recommend this Ulta and will always go here from this day forward!

    My hair was a disaster. I walked in and was set up with Shavon. She is a goddess. Being an indecisive person on cut and color and providing her with 3 different colors and styles and with snow white roots she managed to do a beautiful color that I love and was exactly what I was looking for. She fixed the mess of a cut the last person did from a different salon. She was patient, friendly and very skilled. I would recommend Shavon to everyone and anyone I know or meet. I am in the process of moving 3 hours away and wish I could take her with me. It is so hard to find someone you can trust with your hair. I can only give her 5 stars here but in my heart she is 1 in a million. Thank you Shay.

    Alexa G is the best colorist and hair stylist I have ever had the pleasure of working with here in the Tampa area. When she left her old spot I was frantic looking for her until I found her at Ulta Tarpon Springs. She is hands down the best colorist Ive ever had and will only see her. I encourage anyone looking for a great color and hair style to see her!

    I went in today to have my hair cut and colored with Alexa who did an amazing job! I decided to cut my hair short since the ends were dead from previously being blonde and she did a such a good job with the cut color and style! She was also extremely helpful a week prior when I came in to look for hair and skin care products! Highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

    I am so impressed with this store and Aimee! I went in to try to find the perfect foundation for me. I have the hardest time finding a color match. My conversation with Aimee started at Becca Cosmetics and landed us in a few different directions. Aimee listened to my concerns and was so attentive and knowledgeable! Although the foundation I chose with her expertise wasn’t in stock, she hooked it up with samples to get me through my sister’s bachelorette party. I will be going back to purchase it as soon as the shipment comes into the store. I always try to buy high end makeup but no one has ever taken the time to really tell me the differences and show me. Super happy & fancy gal now thanks to this store. Thumbs up from me! 👍🏻

    Had multiple fabulous visits to the Ulta Tarpon salon! Jamie (the salon manager) is awesome!All the girls are fun, friendly and talented... my mother sees Samantha B. on a regular basis and my sister had her BEST CUT EVER by Courtney. Also, Sonia (from a Michigan Ulta) is a top trainer for Ulta salons and works magic.I would definitely recommend this salon!

    Omgosh my favorite store! This is fairly new. In recent years anyhow. It is a very clean and well maintained store fully staffed with people who are knowledgeable in what they do which is beauty! You can get drugstore or high-end things here. Need a cut or color? They do that too. When we arent in the middle of a pandemic they do skin care and makeup application as well. Great store! Bring your credit card because you will want it!

    It was my first experience with Ulta couldnt ask for a better one. I was looking for a mini makeover after working very hard to get fit and healthy. The Manager (Jamie) totally assisted me in making decision on a new me. A new color, cut and make up! I left feeling absolutely wonderful. A thumbs up to the entire staff.

    There are deals but you have to be savvy. I didnt see enough sales to keep me coming in regularly. Employees were cordial and gave advice on items. I originally came in for a specific perfume. Their store does not have perfumes as priority though.

    Received excellent customer service from (manager) Susie, located at the Ulta of Tapron Springs located off US HWY 19; she went out of her way to work with my return. She demonstrated a level of professionalism and tact not usually displayed by subordinates at the counter. (She should be in charge of training all assistants) I recommend a raise for her. Wonderful woman = wonderful shopping experience = returning customer

    This was my first time going to an Ulta Salon and I’m beyond glad I did! Laney was my hairdresser and she was just wonderful. First of all, she’s just a kind human being to begin with and excellent at her craft. I am in the beginning of my healthy wavy hair journey using products without silicones/parabens etc. and Laney shared tips and tricks to help a girl out along the way! And she continuously made sure she knew what I was asking for, making sure it was the length I wanted and such as a lot of people get anxious cutting their hair. I can’t recommend her enough, look forward to my next cut, thank you Laney!!

    I LOVE this Ulta and Shelby and Sam are THE best stylists/people Ive ever met. Shelby is fixing the damage that an Ulta manager from another location caused my hair. Shelby is wonderful...kind...uber professional...very knowledgeable and makes my experience there very relaxing. She has done wonders in the last few months ive been going to her.     This is my favorite store. Pre-Covid-19 you could test almost anything the sell. The staff is awesome. Suzi and Trevor are amazing!!! They are super helpful and knowledgeable. The store always looks neat, clean and well cared for. It’s the perfect place to hang out for awhile to decompress after a rough day- and I hate shopping. This is the only place I could just shop all day!

    This can be a little upsetting because it seems like not all employees Have the same knowledge of the products . I go in one day to be told 1 thing and go back a couple days later to be told something totally different Also there were 2 women 1 was Some type of management for that Store who instead of helping mean passed me off to an employee That didnt even help me at all I might as well just not even asked for help because I did it myself anyways and instead of helping me find the right product I ended up going home with the wrong product and have to return it
