Sheila is an amazing eyelash artist the best in Tampa area, she is very meticulous at covering every lash and making sure you feel beautiful. She takes her time to listen to what I like, she goes above and beyond my expectations! I have been getting eyelash extensions for 7 years now and she is the best!Her salon is beautiful and she is one of the sweetest people I know.Very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend!! -
