I walked in and was greeted by a man and was not immediately thrilled. The few men I’ve had do my nails in the past were not very good. Well, Kevin is fabulous and funny as well! The only thing I would say that I was disappointed in was that there was no music or anything at all playing.

I take my 90 father here for pedicures... Need I say more. They do a very good job, very gentle. His nails are a real chore. He also has very thin skin. He really enjoys the pedicure and the massage is great for his lower legs and feet.

They always do a great job. I have tried different salons in the past years and Got Nails is the only place I will go to now. The staff are wonderful and ask if I like the shape, length, and color while they are doing them. If I want the shape or length tweeked a little they do it. They are about customer satisfaction here and always are willing to have conversation. The prices arw very reasonable, the salon is clean and attractive and comfortable. I recommended them to everyone.

Elaine (not sure if spelling is correct) has done my acrylic nail manicure and also a pedicure just this evening and took so much time to give me an amazing experience and it was very relaxing and some people will rush through it but she took her time to make sure that I was able to enjoy the entire experience and I got a French tip and she made them look beautiful! Ive been to got nails many times and each time is very good I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you guys so much will be back very soon

Elaine #9 She is the best! I bartend, and hadnt had my nails done in years, because they never last. She has taken my nails from 0 to 10! I make sure I go every 2 weeks now. Most places just want to give you a service just because everyone else does it. I now go for acrylic and not dip, particularly suggestion of Elaine. Dip or gel doesnt work for me. I am always getting compliments on my nails! Thank you!!!

This nail salon is beautiful, clean and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this salon. My nails were in terrible shape due to packing and moving my Mother to Florida. I walked in with no appointment and was seated at a work station immediately. My nail technician was friendly and did a beautiful job on my nails. She even painted a Florida scene on them for no extra charge. Ask for Lisa at nail station #5. I also had my brows done while there and Lisa did an excellent job on my brows as well. 10 out of 10.

So let me just start off with saying this: I’m SO picky when it comes to nail salons. I have been to so many in this area and seem to find something wrong about all of them. I went today for a pedicure and Lee did a great job. I noticed she took all the equipment out of a new package (which they should anyway), she changed her gloves frequently, there was a liner in the bowl for the pedicure, and she made sure I was satisfied with the service and how sanitary it was. I will definitely be returning!

Ive been going to Got Nails for almost 3 years for my pedicures and I only get gel polish and I only have to get them done every month or 2, because it lasts so long. I only have to go back of course when you see new growth. Yen is the only one I allow to touch my feet because shes the best and I dont even have to tell her how to shape my toe nails or anything. I just sit down and she knows exactly how to do them!!!! I now have been doing the Cat Eye Pedicure and I love it. Yen is who Id highly recommend. Shes so precise and the prices are reasonable especially because the gel last forever. Ill continue to go here and nowhere else for my pedicure service!!!!! Love this place!!!!!☺☺☺☺☺

This was a great experience! Very well organized, extremely clean with floor glowing, friendly staff and they followed all protocols established and required, because of the virus. Lisa did my mani/pedi and did a great job! Highly recommend!Plus I did not know this but when I went there if it’s your birthday, they all greet you with a Happy Birthday! When you sign in the machine automatically acknowledged it. My birthday is tomorrow and they gave me a 10% discount! Getting together with my family tomorrow for a barbecue and I haven’t had a mani/pedi since way before the pandemic. We have to pamper ourselves sometimes! Can’t wait until my next visit! This is hard, because Im both happy and upset at the same time.Lisa did a beautiful job shaping my nails. I was really starting to think it was a lost art. For the first time in 6 months, I am very happy with my manicure. Looking at my fingers makes me happy!!!!! and that matters.4 stars because they upcharge for everything and dont tell you. I specifically asked for pricing when I called to make an appointment. They told me $40 AND UP for a gel manicure fill. (Which is a little steep already) I specifically asked what they meant by and up, and she said its based on nail length, longer nail=more 💰. Well, When I went to pay they charged me 45, and when I asked why, they said because I got 3 colors.. There was no nail art involved. 3 of my nails were pink, one white, and 1 silver sparkle. Very simple paint job. So they charged me 5 dollars for one nail with sparkle on it???? thats really not ok. Lisa did beautiful work... but the price gouging really rubbed me the wrong way. 😕

Hello my friends, I write this review because I am so happy of how THE TEAM, of GOT NAILS, has treated me and my guest.I have a friend from work going through some hard times, so I decided to bring her to my salon, ‘Got Nails’ in Tarpon Springs to share the happiness and Love, that I get when I come to this amazing pampering location. To my friend it was a surprise because she had never had her nails and toes pedicured with a guy friend before. But it was more a surprise, the ROYAL TREATMENT AND QUALITY OF SERVICE she received from my family at Got Nails... you see she is European, and in Germany this is a normal thing to experience, YET, never at this level of service or love to us yesterday. I would give 5 stars but tech hurt me twice one drew blood. But its no resone for me not to go there again. I had no appointment I was asked to sit within 3 minutes l. My tech ead super cool he. Advised me not to make the odds on a nails too long because my real nails were really short. And with the design on my hand I just told him three colors I wanted and he went from there the design is awesome my experience was amazing I do recommend and I will be going there again.

They unfortunately dont have glow in the dark nail polish and i was unable to decide what I wanted but ELAINE knew exactly what i would like. I have never been here before but ELAINE is a genius she is very gental with a great attitude. I got the claw nails and everyone i have ever seen they were not straight and a bit uneven but ELAINES work was straight and even with no polish on my hands and no clumps of acrylic under the nail. I didnt even have to tell her to clean it up underneath she did it herself. I would have given five stars but unfortunately I did get my eyebrows done there by the same lady but she made them a bit thinner than I like. I would suggest showing her exactly where you want your outline however they were even and straight.
