    The overall experience was pretty nice. the nails came out very pretty just not as expected. there wasn’t really any communication other than saying hi, choosing color, and saying thanks and goodbye. she was super gentle and careful, like if she made a small mistake she would remove it and start over. i asked her for a little bit of length but she just put the powder dip directly onto my nail and added no length whatsoever.

    Stopped in as a walk-in yesterday to get gel nails re-done for me and a haircut for my wife. Kim took care of us and did a fantastic job on both hair and nails. My wife is EXTREMELY picky about her hair and she was delighted when it came out exactly like she wanted. I had a bad experience with another salon and needed my gel nails completely re-done. Kim very patiently removed the old gel, being careful not to damage my natural nails and then applied the new gel meticulously. I am very happy with the results and will be glad to make this my new salon.

    Update: the review below didnt post back in the day. So Im updating with my most recent visit. I have been going to Victoria for a couple of months now for Acrylic nails. She listens to me and if I dont like something, she changes it right away. Very pleasant to talk to. She is definitely my go to girl!!Since Im fairly new to the area, Ive only had one other pedicure experience in this area, and it wasnt anything to write about. So I looked online and found Luxury Hair and nails. They had good reviews, so I tried it out. I made an appt, even though you dont need one. I was greeted right away, picked out a polish, and was seated. Deshanna sat down and got to work. She is very lovely, and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. She massaged my feet and legs very nicely. She took her time. I didnt feel rushed. When I was drying I asked for a card with her name and it was stamped. After 9 appts you get 10$ off your 10th visit. Overall, I think I found myself a new place to get my feet done. They also have other services such as hair and waxing. A full service salon. Prices arent bad. Just about average.

    So this is a thing for me (huge deal). I havent been to a new nail salon in 3.5 years then I moved to Leesburg and got tired of traveling 1.5 hrs to get my nails done. So I did my research, set an appointment at Luxury Hair and Nail Spa. Staff is very friendly and prices are really good. I was placed in front of Victoria. Victoria was patient with me because I am picky and a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. I have worked hard for them. Victoria listened to me and did what needed to be done to make them perfect. Thank you Victoria for making me feel pretty again you are awesome. I will be back.

    Exercise chairs were the best! The place could be a bit cleaner but not too bad. Had to wait 30 minutes. When we came in the place was almost empty. It seems that there were only two people working. Overall, it was okay. I thought the employee who worked on me was proficient enough. But she was on her cell phone the entire time. He was talking to someone else the entire time and I had to get her attention many times. It seems to be a bit rude to be on the phone while youre dealing with customers.

    I love this place. The people are so nice and they did a great job. My granddaughter got designs on her nails and I had the volcano pedicure. I highly recommend the green tea. The smell is divine and the massage was so relaxing.

    Wonderful experience! They clearly put a lot of care into the work they do. Its so hard to find places that do acrylic nails well but I will definitely be returning when time for my fill.

    Kim was wonderful. The salon is very clean and appealing. My hair was started 20 minutes before my appointment time. This was the first time I have walked out of a salon with the exact hilites and hair cut I requested. Highly recommend Kim and this salon.

    I came in tonight to get a haircut and color And Im so happy I did.. The place is very clean very friendly and extremely affordable. Kim was the one who cut and styled my hair. She did an amazing job and when I left I felt like a whole new person. She did exactly what I asked her to do and Im so grateful... I definitely will be back again.

    First time nails were not that great. I went back a second time and got a different nail tech. She made my nails look great! The pedicure was good. They dont let you soak long enough in the water and they offer massage for more money, but it wasnt a massage it was just rubbing. So I wasnt happy spending extra money for nothing. But the place was clean, the employees are friendly. They even offer you a beverage. I will be back.

    Kim did an amazing job on my nails and she was very nice. I have been looking for a place to go that I love and I found it. I will definitely only be go to her from now on. Everyone there was very friendly and nice. I felt like a friend even though this was my first time going there. I am so excited that I have found a place that does hair and nails.

    I got a pedi from the young lady on sunday and she did a amazing job! I will be coming back soon! It was clean, smelled nice, everyone working there was cheerful and helpful as well, they didnt try to up sell me on anything and I loved that, they were not pushy at all. I got the deluxe pedi with lavender scent. She was so sweet, didnt hurt me ine bit and I had a very relaxing time! I will be back!

    Was looking around without an appointment for a mani & pedí and was seen within 20 mins. They were kind and professional. It were not jam packed, which I did not mind.A young lady did my nails, had gel done in piña colada color I was trying out 😁 and she did such a great job. I think I went on a Friday or Saturday morning, its been about 4 days and still its holding up!!

    Fabulous staff. Kim the salon stylist is amazing. She managed to fix my hair exactly like Ive been asking stylist for over 20 years. Comfortable place with lots of parking. They offer soda, coffee, water, snacks. Best salon Ive ever been to. 100 stars if possible!!!

    After COVID lock down, I went to this salon to have just my nails done. They had all the protection in place and were running on time. Tiffany did an awesome job of taking care of two months of neglect. My nails turned out beautiful, and the owners of the shop were very nice. Id recommend Luxury Nails to anyone that wants a good manicure. Thank you, Luxury Nails!!!

    Very impressed with their work. The place is very clean, the instruments they use for manicures and pedicure are individually wrapped and only used on one person. Do a very professional job with both manicures and pedicure and they end results is beautiful. Prices are reasonable. Have gone there twice and will become a regular. Highly recommend.

    I have been using Luxury Hair and Nail spa for several months now.. I have a gel manicure and a pedicure at least once a month. I also had my hair highlighted by Kim and she did an awesome job. Van and Kim have both given me manicures and pedis and both are very good and pay high attention to detail.     I’m usually not the one to leave a poor review I mean the manager was polite but the lady doing my nails barley let me explain what I wanted and was really aggressive with my hands. Girl straight up snatched my hand and popped one of my fingers lol. Unfortunately the customer service wasn’t the only thing I would rate poorly... definitely not worth $40. From my cuticle to the tip of my nail it dips in then back up. Overall just not the best experience...Update: The manager contacted me less then an hour after I left this review and took care of the problem respectfully and thoughtfully

    Great experience and fair pricing.Am a monthly use of their Nail service (Hands and Feet)Am starting to use their Facial service. Not only great for your skin but you feel a bit spoiled and very much relaxed at the end of the treatment.All the ladies and men who work there are very competent and licensed.They always start a treatment with sealed and sterilized tools.Tiffany, who I try to work with, always has a smile on her face, is cheerful and very very good at what she does.BILL

    The staff was great, a really clean and nice place inside. The owner was so nice took me in last min, I was at another hair spot I waited there for over a hour just to get my hair cut. I found this spot call her and she took me as soon as I walked in . I will be going hear for now on.

    My daughter and I walked in without an appointment most places just tell you theyre busy so dont say when to come back but the young lady who greeted us did say they were alittle busy at the moment but actually wrote us in for appointment within the hour!! And where we returned we had very friendly service and we were even offered water and soda to drink!! My daughter and I decided this will be our nail salon from now on!!

    Terri cut and highlighted my hair. She is FABULOUS!!! It is exactly what I wanted. Victoria gave me a BEAUTIFUL French manicure and went back for fill in a couple of weeks ago. Only place I will go from now on. Love these two artists!

    Great experience, I got a buzz cut for a decent price. Staff was friendly and the place is very clean and up to date. Wife is loving the princess. Pedicure right now. I would recommend to a friend. Located behind Hardee’s in the plaza.

    If you want a hairdresser that listens to what you want done, and does an excellent job at it, then make an appointment with Kim. Since I lost my last hairdresser I have been through 4 others that did a horrible job. Kim colored my hair today and showed me the lousy cut the last person did. Kim is going to fix that in a couple of months when it grows out a bit. Thanks Kim!

    I have been coming here since they opened, they treat you like family with outstanding service. They are happy to see you when you come in. One time they were so busy I asked to make an appointment and Ben was so accommodating to schedule a time. I also bought gift certificates for my family and employees to receive their wonderful services. You can’t go wrong!!!

    Went there for the first time since everywhere else was close on sundays or didnt open till 12. I have to say this place was so clean and everyone so sweet. They did a beautiful job on my nails and feet. All the times I have passed and never noticed a nail place here. Definitely will be back.

    Terri is the BEST she fixed what I messed up during my quarantine and I will be going to her from here on out , they made me laugh, gave me drinks ( Water) and did such a fabulous job on my hair I love the whole staff and Terri is a hair wizard !!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended :-)
