    It is so painful to see that someone can be so vindictive.I have been a devout customer of Vanity Room for almost 10 years.Devout because of the quality of service and accommodating spirit.Mara and Virginia are incredibly warm, talented and professional.We in the Keys treasure our skilled neighbors, and professional community, and detest the fact that someone would intentionally try to ruin a perfect 5.0 rating that is SO well deserved.You will not find better skills anywhere.When someone gives 4 one star reviews out of 18 ……..hmmmm

    My stylist was out of town so Mara graciously fit me in her schedule. Wow. The cut and color is just amazing. Im obsessed with it! She is truly talented. Thank you Mara!

    I cant say enough good things about this place. Its like finding your spirit animal. You will never look back. There is no doubt it will be the best haircut and color youve ever had and you will find yourself returning. Since I live here in the keys, it is the only place I will go but when Im gone and need a haircut, Ill either come back or fly Mara to me because she is freaking amazing with the scissors ✂️.

    I have been doing my hair with Jessie for many years now at the Vanity Room. And there isn’t enough praise in the world for how truly amazing he is! Not many people can handle my unruly hair, and Jessie always makes my hair dreams come to life. You will not regret visiting this salon, the owner is very talented and extremely sweet. You are always welcomed with a huge smile from the receptionist as well as everyone there. The salon is extremely clean and modern, and they have the best products! I highly recommend!

    I highly recommend going to see Jessie at the vanity room as he is the best professional stylist you could ever go to. he will give you a one-of-a-kind experience that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed and making your hair look gorgeous and better than ever. every single time I go get my hair done by Jessie he makes me look beautiful and my hair looks absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much Jesse for doing my color, cut, and giving me a fabulous experience.

    I had a perfect experience with Virginia! I loved chatting with her and she gave me exactly what I asked while giving me different options on how to achieve the end result and explaining how it would affect the final look! I absolutely love my new cut and will be coming back the next time I need a touch up!

    This place is a gem. It’s a cute little salon and they only do hair (I like it that way)! It’s super clean and you feel comfortable right away. They are really observant of covid precautions too! Make sure you check out the bathroom walls, so cool! I live in the keys full time and had been looking for a place for years that could get it right! That’s not an easy feat after moving from Miami where great hair stylists are on every corner. I feel like I truly found it with The Vanity Room! Jessi does my hair and he is AMAZING! I’m so happy I found them. Book early, they stay very busy!

    Hands down the best place to get a color and cut in the Upper Keys. I used to drive to the mainland until a friend introduced me to Virginia. She’s a master with color and precision hair cuts. I have very fine hair, it’s so hard to find a stylist who can make it look this good.

    I just went to Vanity Room for the very first time. I had an appointment with Jesse, and I am here to tell you, that after 53 years of getting my hair done, he is by far the BEST hair stylist out there! I went is as a processed blonde with no style or dimension and I came out younger, current and in my eyes more beautiful!! Thank you Jesse for creating a beautiful piece of art!! Love the new color and cut!!!

    Love Jessie and Mara!! I live in Homestead and am always MORE than willing to make the drive. I have been coming here for a little over 6 years. Jessie did all the hair dos for my wedding. They are always professional, courteous, knowlegable and enthusiatic. I truly feel they love what they do. I am lucky to have found them. You will NOT be disappointed.
