    In my opinion, this specific Ulta location is the best out of all the locations I have been too. I say this because all of the staff at this location are absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. If they dont have whatever I am looking for, I will ask to order it for me online or I will order it through the app, instead of going to a different location. The team at this location works so cohesively together. The staff here is so helpful and kind. I am a regular at this location.

    I would like to share my story on here. It’s a long one so be ready .Last Friday I had gotten my hair done by a hair stylist there, named Shayne (not to be mixed up with the absolutely amazing Shay who works there!) Shayne, did my hair and the entire appointment I felt unheard, like I was an inconvenience, and that she didn’t really want to be there. My hair was three shades of wrong, and the whole appointment was rough. I ended up leaving, and going home. After one wash, the color faded and I realized she missed a few spots so I called up to Ulta . The first person I spoke with was Sabrina the Sales manager (she was SO amazing, kind and friendly) She had Shayne reach out to me and Shayne acted as though she was being heavily inconvenienced and that she didn’t want to do it. Verbatim I had said “I’ll take a refund because it seems as thought you don’t want to fix it (this is after back and forth with six phone calls of her saying “I’ll call you back” ) After about an hour of trying to get her to fix my hair she said she’d schedule me with Shaylynn .Flash forward to today :I come into the Salon and instantly am greeted with Sabrina, and Shaylynn. Both of them were absolutely amazing and helpful . Shaylynn fixed my hair, explained everything and was absolutely amazing. At first I was going to start finding a new place to go but Sabrina and Shaylynn changed my mind! I will definitely be booking with Shaylynn again. I feel so confident and happy and my hair looks amazing. Thank you shaylynn and Sabrina so much !To those who are looking for a new stylist Shaylynn has my vote! She’s so talented, and amazing! Thank you Shaylynn and Sabrina!

    Stylist Shaelyn J is awesome. I have been going with her for a while. Shes does root touch up, balayage, highlights & haircut on me. Always love how it comes out. I would definitely give her more than 5 star. The prices are reasonable and much better than if you would go to a small business salon.

    Today was my third time getting my haircut with Rebecca, and she always does such a fabulous job! She is super friendly, and always spends extra time and care styling my hair after she cuts it! She also somehow manages to make my hair look better than the reference photos! I will continue to get my haircut by her :)

    I had my hair cut and colored by shay and it looks amazing! She asked what I wanted and then suggested what she thought would work best without making me feel like I wasnt getting what I wanted. I will absolutely be going back.

    My first experience using Ulta beauty was a color correction for my teenagers botched previous correction attempt by another salon. It was very traumatic but Shae at Ulta turned things around for us dramatically. Not only did she fix her hair from disaster to loving it, but she genuinely cared about my teens feelings about it all. Mine too. Legit made us feel like family. Shae at Ulta has all our trust and gratitude.

    I came into this Ulta completely frazzled headed to the cruise port because I forgot some staples for my trip, well— the SWEETEST Ulta employee I have ever met (Shawnda) pointed me out and asked if I needed any help finding some goodies, well she did just that.     Most employees are very helpful and its usually not very busy. There is one girl with long dark hair that I find very helpful. Theres an older woman named Patricia who I try to avoid. I get a sense of impatience from her and I feel rushed. I end up not buying everything I want when Im dealing with her, because I feel like I have to hurry up and cash out. Shes not the type to go out of her way to find you a coupon... and she has a very car salesman like speech for trying to get you to sign up for the credit card. Plus, she interrupts other employees while theyre working with other customers. Otherwise I think this place is great. Im glad they have one in Titusville.P.S. The Ulta beauty website is the worst website I have ever dealt with. It just is a big mess it takes forever to load and by the time Ive tried to search for one item I want to pull my hair out. Perhaps to trying to encourage you to go into the store!

    I just got a haircut with Shayne, and I absolutely loved the experience! She cuts with precision and I trust her so much that I wont be going to anyone else from now on. And Im sending my husband to her to get his haircut as well.After 3 years of being in bed from chronic pain my hair had grown pretty long. Shayne helped me feel beautiful again, and my hair will be more manageable now!

    I brought my daughter into this store for face products and the ladies that helped us were absolutely amazing!!!     Upon arriving I was immediately greeted. I came in just to look at products and services. The selection was amazing. Being on a limited budget I’m going to check reviews, price & wait to purchase until I decide if product is needed. Took me 2 months to decide on a moisturizer.     ⭐Super Nice Employees - Everything You Need⭐While I dont regularly shop cosmetics, I do occasionally need something for cosplay. Ive found Ulta Beauty to be staffed by helpful, well-informed cosmetics experts, with just about every product, shade, and form available here. If I describe what I need, they know what to recommend. There are also lots of samples you can try from so you know exactly what youre buying and how it complements your skin tone. Its a one-stop beauty shop.

    I normally dont shop for myself. I went here for my daughters facial care. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and understanding of my personal facial issues. I am not a person who wears makeup daily or once a year. The representative who assisted me was very understanding of what I was missing in my normal routine. It has been one day, and I have noticed a huge difference in the reasonably price product she suggested to me. My face completely thanks you for your kindliness in knowing what is important in a middle-aged woman face and how hormonal changes affect the way our skin changes. I will be calling the store to speak with your manager!! Appreciate this ulta it was an awesome experience.

    Normally I have a good experience at Ulta, but today was not that day. I normally try not to go to Ulta that much because I prefer to shop locally and if I can’t do that I will go to Ulta. I am a stay at home mom and usually pretty busy and needed something for plans I had the next day. In a bind I went to Ulta with thirty minutes to spare before they close and all of the doors were locked! Thirty minutes before closing….. I wanted to cry because I have already had a long day! I’m sorry Ulta you usually do so well but you dropped the ball today. Super disappointed. ☹️

    For a guy to go in there, it can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. Picture this, my wife says can you get me brand xyz and when you walk in there its a bit tough to take in. But thanks to the ladies there who could see my lost look on my face to help me. These employees are super nice and courteous! Helped me find what I needed and to make sure my wife got her points for the purchase! Gentlemen do not be afraid as these are top notch employees looking to help out the husbands!     Hannah is absolutely amazing! She’s detailed and takes the time to turn your brows into twins! I have always had very light brows that never grew evenly and with just a wax and tint my brows are ready to go! Hannah takes extreme care in making sure that the skin is ready for wax and is gentle when pulling the strips. 10/10 recommend going to see her routinely.

    I took my 17 year old to Ulta on Sunday for a same day appointment with Jennifer Addy to have their hair done, I had been trying to help them with color and really, I should leave it to a professional. Wow, what a professional we found, Jennifer was truly amazing. I can not get over the transformation. She took her time and brought a lifeless, shapeless, patchy colored ball of frizz, (I only say this because the comparison is so drastic, I didnt think it looked that bad before) to life!! The balyage from black to bright, light purple is gorgeous and the cut really defines their curls. Thank you so much for letting my child feel what its like to look Really good. Its an amazing feeling and I know this is long but I just cant say enough. If you want your hair to look its best, go see Jennifer, I know I will.

    Keep in mind that my eyebrows are thick and require precise maintenance… Hannah is the ONLY person I let touch my brows. She does an amazing job every time and she is always so gentle and sweet! I would recommend her to anyone, she’s amazing!!!

    My first time there. No help on the floor as you get with Sephora. I found the Elf satin long lasting lipstick that my daughter recommended and its wonderful. Im a senior lady and its hard to find suitable products these days. I bought 2 glow products, 1-Loreal, 1-Elf, the Elf broke my skin out. I also bought the Loreal pore minimizing tube primer which is excellent. It was my birthday and theyre supposed to give a complimentary birthday gift but providing my email and phone number wasnt enough for them although they found me in their system. I have to wait for an email from them, then make a second trip within the birth month to get it. I was there on the 28th. I still havent received their email.

    I had a great experience here the other day! (I cant remember her name, but she wore space buns in her hair) She worked at the Mac counter and she helped answer all of my questions about matte liquid lipstick. She even found the perfect shade {Cafe Au Chic} to replace my current liquid lipstick by Lime Crime that I was unhappy with. I could tell that she really loved her job and helping people out! Overall, I had a very laid back experience at this location. Talking to the employees here was just like talking to a friend and everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the products. Will definitely be returning to get those mac liquid lipsticks!

    Holli did an amazing job on my hair! I had no clue what I really wanted so I showed a picture to give a ballpark idea and she literally gave me exactly what I showed her. The salon was very clean and the service was great! The all around experience was very pleasant. Id give this stylist and this store a 10/10 if I could!! ❤

    My first time there... Loved the store... My daughter is getting an Ulta gift card for her birthday... Yay... I forgot to transfer funds from savings to checking... So my card was denied... I was so embarrassed... I was made comfortable the whole time no weird looks just as hush hush for the few seconds it took to do the transaction... THANK YOU Ulta Staff!!!     Today I went in for a hair service - gloss. My stylist was Calee J. Not only did she change my bright orange hair to a neutral medium brown (exactly want I wanted), she was professional and friendly while doing so. Will definitely be back to see her when I need any type of touch ups!

    I went in with a specific list of makeup items that I wanted. I was greeted by a darling gal with a big smile, Bethany. She took her time to help me locate all of the items on my list *and* to my surprise, there was actually one product that they dont carry. Bethany recommended a stellar substitution product (the perfect foundation does exist for mature skin!!). I truly appreciate Bethanys depth of knowledge regarding all of the product lines. She is an amazing asset to have in this huge, overwhelming store. She listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me zero in on a few things that I didnt know I couldnt live without!

    I visited this store during Christmas season. It is a beautiful store, but way out of my price range. Anything you have heard about, seen on TV, or in beauty magazines, you will find in this store. I was mesmerised by all the beauty treatments taking place around me including a hair station, an eyebrow station, and I believe a massage station. The staff were very accommodating, professional, and had a great sense of humor. My 13 year old granddaughter was having a blast trying all the tester samples. When she came to me with a can of hairspray that had additional vitamins and hair enhancing formulas, I knew it was time to go when I came very close to spending $28 on that can of hairspray. As it was I spent $150 on two small wrinkle busting powerhouse creams. I certainly would recommend this store but warn you to keep your check book under lock and key!

    Salem is the absolute best! My friend and I went in today and she approached us to see if we needed help. She was kind, funny, patient, and super knowledgeable. We needed to get quite a few things and she was ready for them all. She wasnt overbearing or pushy and was super helpful. Definitely made the experience more fun and comfortable. Keep that little gem around!

    Love the store and staff. One of the managers (I assume), always behind the counter... i actually hate checking out with her there. Always an attitude when I pick up my orders or check out. She’s not a helpful person either, once, I had a couple of pick up orders and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her bc she had a hard time finding it. Not sure why they hired this lady. Again, other staff, especially Bethany at Mac, is amazing so I gave 4 stars ✨

    I went during opening weekend. They were busy and yet they still went out of their way to help customers. I was looking for a specific translucent powder, which they did not carry. The lady informed me as time goes on they will receive more products in that specific store. She introduced me to another brand that was similar. I ended up liking that one more so no complaints. The girls were nice, helpful and informative.

    This was my first time in store. Initially, I came in and passed by the young ladies who apparently worked there and couldnt be bothered to greet me or inquire about any need for help in a virtually empty store. Thank goodness I dont particularly like sales personnel hanging around me in the store. I am a Sephora VIB and only went in to try Tracee Rosss new hair care line. They had it and then I realized they had about 8 other things I had been looking for these past 7 weeks! Needless to say, I left happy, having joined the preferred customer club and having 2 other employees get me and inquire about my need for a basket. Overall very good experience and I would recommend this store and this location.

    Finally a GREAT haircut!!! After many failed attempts to get a decent haircut at other area salons, I tried Becca at Ulta! She fixed the mess my hair was in and it looks soooo good. She took the time to figure out I had a terrible cut from the last debacle before I even had to explain. She assured me that it was salvageable! I am thrilled with her work and highly recommend her.

    I hadnt been to ulta in months. It was just another place to get things. Until this visit. The store had new vibe. Especially the Mac department. Ive never used mac products. I was just browsing. The Mac rep was outstanding! Inviting, knowledgeable, encouraging and upbeat professional. I ended up buying a mascara that curbed my desire for lash extensions (3d mascara) and a lipstick (the perfect lip color). Also found out if one returns 6 empty mac products (not the boxes) that they give you a free product! Highly recommend trying mac at ulta because their rep rocks! No I dont know her name🙄 but I will next time.

    This ulta is GREAT! Kashla at the MAC counter is Literally AMAZING! She helped me get makeup that’s good for my skin type, & can I just say she knows how to BEAT(does good makeup) a face!     I love makeup. I have a bit of an obsession with pallets. I find the brands and products that i love and use them everyday! So as a full blown makeup junky i can tell you this is a place full of brands to try. You 100% will find something you like. Only downfall is they dont carry jeffrey star.. But other than that 10/10 would recomend. The staff is sweet and helpful. The store is clean and bright. The lighting is on point. The testers arent disgusting. Great location.

    Colleen at the Salon and Sam with benefit are absolutely amazing. Colleen has been doing my hair for almost a year now and I will never see anyone else and Sam is the first person to ever professionally do my makeup and I highly recommend!

    I have been dealing with some skin issues for the last year~ish, and Ally from the Clinque counter has been 100% amazing to me. She has diligently worked to help address my concerns and identify my skin type, along with telling me my skin looks great even though my opinion may differ. I cant give her enough praise, honestly. Also, Leslie in the dermalogica counter has been very helpful too.

    Nice store. Went to get cosmetics with my wife. The staff was able to help us find what we were looking for. There are also some benches outside if you arent really interested in being in the store. No free wifi in the store.
