    I had the most amazing experience today! Wow!!! The best pedicure & manicure I ever had! I purchased to $60 package for the pedicure and OMG!! It was amazing! Anna was the best! I fell asleep because I was so relaxed. Between the foot and leg massage, Anna was phenomenal! My nails came out awesome too! She also waxed my eyebrows for me! I had the works done today! First time here too, so worth it! I highly recommend this business and Anna is the best!! Very clean and beautiful relaxing atmosphere! It’s spacious too! Thank you so much! I feel like a new person.

    I have been going to Nail 1st from the beginning! Its unlike any other salon Ive been in! Nail 2st is spacious and I dont feel like Im part of a herd of cattle rushing in only to rush me out! They take their time and dont put their technicians on a time clock! My favorite technician is Kim! She is sweet and hospitable and she gones up and beyond to make sure you are happy and you go away with exactly what you came in to get! She knows what she is doing and she does it well! Kim will actually put the colors on her own finger nails to show you what its going to look like before she puts it on your nails! Kim listens to you and remembers what color you pick so you can have it the next time you come in! Kim is so sweet and truly cares about you! She actually bought my own nail kit! Kim has been in the business for many years and she knows her stuff! She can paint the thinnest lines so straight and never messes up and has to redo it! She even brings me fruit off her trees she and her husband grow in her yard! She even shares her lunch with me! No, I have been to many nail salons and thought I had the best technicians but only to end up sadly disappointed! I finally found my favorite salon and my favorite technician! Go check Nails 1st out for yourself and experience the joy of what a true nail salon ought to be! They are located in the old Sears mall. That you Kim for all you do for me! You kindness is true and genuine! Nail 1st is blessed to have you!

    I remember the first time I walked in. I got awesome customer service right on the spot on like some businesses in this town. They were very polite and very very professional. I got my toenails cut there for $10. I believe yes that is a reasonable price. There are most nail salons that will charge more than that. They are very good at what they do and I’ll come back every single 100% of the time every time, this is the place to be. I am 100% satisfied😎👍❤️

    Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure. She went above and beyond to make sure I was having the best time. My daughter decided last second she wanted her nails done and Kim did not disappoint. Bringing out the rhinestones and had her glammed up in a second. Will absolutely be returning to see her.

    My new vacation pampering go to! High quality services and product at an incredible value price. Dont let this malls no frills appearance fool you, this is truly the best place to be pampered on a budget on the Space Coast. David did a fantastic job with my gel pedicure, and Kim truly went above and beyond to make me happy. While I was getting a beautiful dip French manicure I asked her if there was a good place nearby for a simple back massage, and I was able to get a hot stone massage right there. When I left I was so relaxed, and I couldnt believe how inexpensive it was to feel like a princess. Ladies, run, dont walk, to the best kept secret bargain in town. Please consider how affordable this place is and tip generously because they really do a great job.

    What I love about this place is the customer service experience you get.Everyone that I have encountered is pleasant and professional. Other local nail salons have not left a positive mark on me, like Nail 1st.Michael, David, Lucy, and the rest of the team are ALWAYS courteous and QUICK to ensure you are satisfied!They have never been rude or told me something was my fault if my nails got messed up.They are a great team that does an excellent job. After one year of loyalty to them, I have never been disappointed with a mani or pedi.I do recommend making an appointment because they respect your time. ⏳

    David is amazing. Ive come to him twice and he really works hard to make sure you have a great experience. Hes a hoot. I love his quirkiness. To be honest Ive been to 3 different places in titusville and he is probably my favorite so far. I just get the deluxe pedicure. Not even the most expensive one! $40. He always says thank you. I will recommend David wholeheartedly.

    Edit 2024:Its been 8 years coming to this salon for my nails and pedicures. Mike and his family truly make me feel welcomed and give me the space to relax and have my me time. They always have tons of colors to pick from, cold drinks, and great music its definitely a place I will never stop coming too!!Mike and his family are absolutely amazing. Ive been going there for over 3 years.

    Daniel and Don did my daughter and my pedicures and it was wonderful! Don was very friendly and welcoming while Daniel went straight to the point. The only reason I only gave four stars is because the massage chairs left us needing a massage, the massagers do not go all the way down to the lower back which was a bit frustrating. For $55 each plus tip, we wanted the full experience.
