    I love this place. Took me 6 nail shop fails to find them! I moved here from Vegas and couldnt find a friendly place with decent prices for months. Thenfound Blanca.She is the best always doing exactly what I ask for and offering me wine. She always shows me new colors and styles she knows Id like. I always have a new joke for her and she teaches me spanish.Michelle is the pedicure master. She makes you feel comfortable with our feet and doesnt try to upsell you at every decision. Ha is an eyebrow genius. After being unhappy with my eyebrows for years I am so glad I had her micro blade them. She did such a good job. I come here for all my needs and wouldnt go anywhere else.

    Ive been going here receiving service from Blanca for almost a year now and I love it! Both my hands and nails always turn out fabulous. But the care I receive from the staff also makes this place stand out. I could be having the worst day and these ladies are right there to put a smile on my face and help me relax. Highly recommend this place!

    Love Lotus nails! Arora is amazing! She did such a good job and so pleasant to talk to. She did my nails exactly how I want it. Her Daughter Michelle also did such a good job on my feet. The massage was awesome!

    This spa is run by a wonderful , hard working woman . Great service and they go above and beyond to make their clients happy. This was my 5th spa since moving to Brandon. I plan to make this my permanent choice. Spoke too soon. Had an appointment at 10am. Salon never opened until 10:10. People waiting out in the heat. Double booked for one person. When told her we had appointments at 10 the tech was very flip and rude and said, “Things happen!” The tone was not nice. This was not handled properly. The other person waiting told me they are never on time and she has mentioned it before and it falls on deaf ears.So searching for yet another nail salon in Brandon that cares about their clients time and has respect.

    Super happy with end result, getting my eyelashes done there Thursday but got nails, toes and eyebrow wax done today. Ha did the nails and waxing, and Mary did the toes. Both were very friendly, and it was clean in there! Plus I got wine for free so I was surprised that my total for the day was as cheap as it was with the quality of the product. Definitely switching over to them as my new salon!

    Ha is amazing! The spa is serene, the colors and booths are clean and beautifully coordinated. But most importantly the metal tools come from a sterilized pouch and the non-sterilizable items (pumice stone and file) come out of a brand new bag and are single use. As a piercer, seeing this attention to cleanliness and safety for my health is AMAZING. To top it off, I asked for gel on my toes, and theyre PERFECT. Ha took her time, and the sugar scrub and stone massage was also wonderful and not rushed like other salons I have been to. Ill definitely be a returning client!

    Great Hawaiian pedicure with Blanca ! Her assistant Sophie was very helpful and sweet. My granddaughter LOVED the Hello Kitty pedicure chair💜

    Wonderful salon and professional staff! Very friendly and educated in the art of manicures and dip nails. Ha was amazing, my nails looked amazing and not a single one chipped or broke in a month! Highly recommend!!

    Having another “ME “ day at the spa,.I ❤️ coming here…It’s so relaxing.The pedicures are the “BEST “ especially with the cucumber and the paraffin. I recommend the hot stone massage., It’s fantastic !They always keep up with the newest designs and trends in no matter what I ask for on my nails they can make it happen!I find it better to make an appointment rather than walk in as it can get crowded…It’s always nice to be pampered a bit! And this is exactly that place for ir!😉Thanks so much ladies!And just a little FYI, there are 3 different salons with the same name LOTUS NAILS and SPA…(My review, was nearly posted to a different shop, but I caught it.)

    Went for an eyebrow waxing and it looks great! But the store was quite dirty and some of the pedicure stations still had dirty water in them, most likely due to the salon being short staffed. Other than that though, great experience.

    Always feel very welcomed and I love my go to girl Zaira when it comes to nail designs, she’s hands down your go to girl! I’ve been going to her for a few months and her art work never disappoints!

    This is such a great nail salon. I’ve been twice now & I’ve had wonderful service.My pedicure was so relaxing.I took my 11 year old with me the 1st time & they were really great with her.Very fair prices, I believe they take walk ins but I’ve called each time as they can get busy.Definitely recommend.

    This place is amazing 💕 I love the vibes and energy they all have, the new staff and back to school specials are amazing! Ask for “Ha” she is literally the cutest ever and does exceptional with my eyelashes! I drive over an hour to see her and have been for over 2 years now. If I could leave more stars I would!

    Lotus Nails and Spa consistently goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with their service. The salon is clean and staff is always professional and accommodating. I have been coming regularly since they opened and have never had a bad experience. Ha, the owner, does an awesome job and will make sure she does exactly what you want. You won’t be disappointed!

    I had my nails done by Amalia. She is very professional, was on time and my nails look amazing. She took her time and did not service any others during my appointment time. I am so happy with the work she did and highly recommended her.

    I didnt have a bad experience, the wait time can be a bit long depending what time u WALK IN. I went back and was done in an hour. HA the owner did my nails. Ive come in the past with an appt and was taken back in a timely manner. I say, if youd going to stop in without an appt expect to wait,. If you want your nails done nice imagine the customer before you getting their nails or service. My personal advice if you see something wrong or you dont like speak up and let them know. She. So many complaints, horrible job i paid x amount well ask them to fix it before you get up from the seat. Ive seen some nasty customers walk in and be rude to Ha she still treated them with respect...

    I have been going here for about 3 years now and would never go anywhere else! Ha is the absolute best! They are always accommodating, even when I am that pain in the butt, last minute customer. They are also great with kids. My daughter and I love doing spa dates for mani/pedis. I even bring my mom and my mother-in-law for spa dates when they come to visit.

    I love Lotus. I have been getting my nails done here for a couple of years and always get what I ask for when it comes to color or design. Ha is always willing to try whatever I show her on Pinterest and the rest of the staff is so nice. They have always taken great care of me and my mom.

    Staff is friendly and thorough. Some salons skip steps especially if they are busy; not this one. Prices are fair an the ladies know what they are doing and are quick. Many options from nails, spa, threading and eyelashes. This is the place to go if you want quality and someone to know you by name.

    I recently moved to the area from out of state. I have been searching for a nail salon. While searching I came across several nail salons in the area that were scary. Not clean and also they used nail utensils which were not pre-packaged. That scared me. Lotus Nails is great. They are clean, the location is fresh and there team is very nice and ready to help. The nails service is great. They have pre-package utensils (items used to do manicure and pedicure) which is a big plus. I look forward to continuing my nail service here. I highly recommended. I do also recommend to make appointments. This is place is in high demand.

    Last minute decision to get a manicure...they took me in quickly and Ly did a wonderful job. Very nice people. Super reasonable pricing as well. Definitely will go back.

    My wife was having ingrown nails on 3 of her toes. After the first visit she was relieved of her pain. Aside from surgery, that is too expensive, this was a much better solution.Also the pampering she received, that alone gave ne the credit to cone out as a champ for her. She came out of that chair relax, happy and most importantly, pain free.Everyone are so nice and lovely,the most cleanest i ever seen!
