Brittany did my bridesmaids hair and my hair for the big day. She was so easy to work with and everyone came out so beautiful. She is very talented at what she does and extremely nice. Big thank you to Brittany for helping me make my day, one Ill never forget.Note: My new husband is very private so I edited out his face.............................I absolutely loved Kim. She knew exactly what to do even though I probably struggled a bit trying to articulate what I wanted. She took her time and made me feel like a priority. I needed my hair colored and cut for my wedding so suffice to say I was a bit nervous. However, I was so happy with the work that she did, I would recommend her to anyone. -

Brittany is the only person I trust with my hair, at this point and she does such an amazing job every time she does a cut for me. She listens to exactly what I want and uses her incredible talent to make it happen, flawlessly. She’s so friendly and communicative, on time, keeps a clean work station, and always makes me feel comfortable when I come in. I’m so glad a friend told me about Black Swan, I will never go anywhere else -

Brittany is always amazing! I just had my hair cut a week prior and was not happy at all with it.... I wouldnt have even gone somewhere else but was out of state at the time. Went to see Britt when I got into town and Im in love with my hair!!! -

Let me start by saying that I havent found a decent hair dresser since I moved to Florida that could consistently deliver. I visited The Black Swan today and had my hair done by Kat and she blew me away!! My hair was two toned black and she did a color correction on me and did highlights and my hair looks and feel amazing. As long as I live here i have found my salon. The place was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and kind. A huge thank you to Kat and The Black Swan!!!!! -

Went there for the first time today. They were able to take me even though I just called yesterday. I brought in a pic and Nikki was able to duplicate it! Ive been going to a senior stylist for a number of years who was never able to cut my hair wet only dry. Nikki gave me a precision stacked angle bob wet cut and it looked like the picture. Theres a lot of fullness in the back and it has the tousled look which I like.She retained the long pointy look on either side just like the pic.I had tried two other expensive salons in Vero Beach- one charged me $100 and only cut 2 tbsp of hair off. The other one cut my hair the same length all the way around even though I brought in a pic showing a steep angle and a tapered look going from short to long. She was expensive also.The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because its not a highly trendy decorated salon with the snacks, drinks and chocolate candies my previous salon offered nor is the shampoo a massage type shampoo including the neck like my previous salon. However I dont care about decor, snacks and long massaging shampoos if Im not getting a good haircut. . I care about walking out with a fabulous haircut that I love and it being cut consistently good.❤️ -

Justina always has the best ideas for my hair and executes them perfectly. She is informative about trendy styles and colors and always suggests cuts and colors that fit my face shape. I have never been disappointed with her services. People ask me all the time who does my hair and I love to brag on The Black Swan Salon. Also of note: the salon is clean, organized, well stocked with tempting products and jewelry, and the staff is attentive and pleasant. :) -

I am writing this review because I am so happy I can finally say I have found a salon I will definitely return to. I got my hair cut and balayage colored by Alexa who was patient and kind to my hair during my first coloring treatment. She was able to answer all of my questions and I left feeling beyond satisfied. The stylists who work there seem to have a nice dynamic between each other and work well together. Thank you Alexa! I love my new hair. -

If I could, Id give this salon ten stars! My highlights are absolutely perfect and beautiful. The salon is beautiful, the stylists are friendly, warm, and made me feel so pampered. Ive been in Vero five years and every other place I tried was horrid. Black Swan Salon is perfection. Im so happy I found this place. I hope my review sends you there, too. I had given up on finding someone in Vero Beach to do my hair. Im so happy I kept looking and found them. -

Justina has been doing my hair for about 5 years now. She is honest in what she feels will look right for you. I trust her opinion to the fullest. I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis. Her salon is clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend her to anyone! -

I recently moved to town, and have had the same colorists in Dallas for years. So I was really nervous finding someone.I went to Kim to fix my quarantine growth & gave her a mess to work with... The blonde is PERFECT, & exactly what I wanted. Kim is so professional, focused, sweet and really made me feel she was going above & beyond for me. (Not to mention, a great friend to spend a few hours with too :) )Highly recommend Kim for anything you need! -

I loved my experience with Kat Kruse. My hair turned out so pretty! I wanted something fun and different. Kat is really creative. She did pravana vivids on the lightened bottom half of my hair she did a dark purple at the roots fading into light purple,reds & pinks. And a deep mahogany color all on the top half of my hair. It looks great!! She did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to her to get their hair done. Will be coming back!! -

I moved here 4 years ago, and I have NEVER had a good hair experience in Vero Beach! I found the Black Swan on google and tried them out. All I can say is AMAZING!!!! Those girls really know how to do hair!! I havent had a hair experience like this since I left Chicago! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is struggling to find any decent talent in this town! -

I have been going to the Black Swan since it opened, and I love it! Ive never had a bad haircut there and when I leave I ALWAYS get great compliments on my hair. I am so impressed by the talent of the stylists there. I would recommend this place over and over again. -

I absolutely love the job Alexa Hayle did on my hair! The balayage form of coloring is really pretty and creates really nice dimensions. Her recommendation on the shades to use were spot on and my hair was the talk of our work day today!! -

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here, but I just had to share my experience with Kat. I emailed the site after getting a terrible haircut and balayage from another salon that I had been going to for years and I was promptly responded to by Kat to come in and see her. She sat me down in her chair, asked me for exactly what I wanted, looked at pictures and told me what to expect. I about cried when she was finished because she literally saved my life with what she did to correct it. She wouldn’t even charge me for the cut because she said “no one deserves a bad haircut” which really resonated with me. That was the most generous act of kindness someone has done for me in the service industry. I then booked an appointment to fix the color. She did MAGIC. She covered my balayage with a glaze that has since lasted and faded my balayage into something GORGEOUS (glazed aren’t supposed to last, but this one did) and did a treatment that was amazing. It has lasted me almost a year! I will be booking with her again very soon and would recommend this place to EVERYONE. -
