Love all the amazing people that work here and how great the services are they provide. I did an AquaFirme facial recently after having BBL w/ Moxie and my skin felt so smooth and hydrated. It was so relaxing and it cant wait to do another one!

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming and down to earth. I had to bring my children to my appointment and they were so accommodating to my girls. I did the trilift non invasive facelift and it was great, instant results with no down time. Perfect if you’re a mom and can’t have down time lol highly recommend and I will most definitely be back!

Incredible experience! I’m so thankful I found Dr. Million and Vero Beach Medical Spa. No other doctor has ever invested the same interest and dedication into enhancing my natural features and making my skin look better while I age!Dr. Million’s approach to aesthetics is like none other; she is definitely an expert in her field. She, along with her staff, regularly attends trainings on the newest techniques/technologies and when she shares the research/information - you can see the passion she has for helping people learn about the manners in which they can manage their aging; skin care; and body composition.Plus, her approach to Botox - in my opinion - is next level and I’ve always had fantastic results. Do yourself a favor, make an appointment and find out for yourself!

Amazing med-spa! I originally booked an appointment for laser hair removal (which has been awesome!) and then decided to try botox and lip fillers by Stephanie as well (I was very happy with my previous injector but I decided to give it a go-AND I AM SO GLAD I DID!) My lips look amazing!! After getting my lips done for years, this past time from Stephanie is my all time fav results! My botox was amazing as well. I will be going back- again & again! I even just had a BBL laser treatment done and was blown away by the ease of the procedure and results I am already seeing. I would give them more stars if I could!

Stephanie was great. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I felt very comfortable. My BBL treatment got great results that all my friends have noticed. Im going back for more laser treatments and filler soon!

I had a GREAT VI Peel at this new med spa today. I got appointment reminders, and the med spa was clean and comfortable. The peel was excellent, and the Nurse, Sidney W. explained everything before and after and was very professional. I would highly recommend that you check it out. Ill definitely be back!

I had lip blushing done and it was a wonderful experience. The time was taken to make sure I was comfortable during the numbing process and we worked to make sure I had the perfect shade. Totally in love with the results!!

Had a GREAT experience here and will be returning for different procedures. They sat me down before filler and explained and really tried to understand the look I was going for and what I wanted. The results were incredibly natural which is what I wanted. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Im excited to try a few new things!
