Such a beautiful setup and organized. We were welcomed by the front desk and brought back by our stylist Dawn. Dawn has a wealth of knowledge regarding hair styling, cuts, color,treatments, and maintenence. She provides so much more than cuts and color, she provides education in a warm and gentle manner. Provided so much detail in caring for hair in this humid climate. Every move of her scissors were executed with extreme precision. Her eyes already knew where the hair was going. Precise-surgical manner all while keeping us engaged in conversation and maintaining the finished style we came in looking for. With wonderful stylist like Dawn, no wonder Polished has maintained and thrived in the competitive location of 32963. We will be coming back 100% If hair is a quest, forget the rest and find Dawn at Polished. Polished also has many aesthetic options as well.

I had gone here a few years ago and thought it was great. Then I read some bad reviews but still gave them a try. It was AWESOME. Those bad reviews were wrong. The salon was very clean and comfortable (and the decor was great). Perfect place for a group. The staff were very friendly. I was offered a drink but declined. The nail tech did a thorough, fabulous job. She smoothed out all the rough spots and gave me a great leg/foot massage. The polish was done beautifully. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone that is looking for a professional pedicure.

I visited Polished today as a trial run for a bridal appointment we have in October. The experience was great! My pedicure was very relaxing. The facility was clean, and the 3 women working were extremely friendly. I can’t wait to come back with the bridal party and experience this all over again.

Right off the bat I give Polished a 5 star rating. I made a last minute appointment to get a friend of mine and my toes done. They open at 10am and I called as soon as they opened and got a 1:30pm appointment. I walked in and they automatically welcomed us. The experience was calm, clean and relaxing. I can’t wait till October when I get to have a private party with my bridal group to get our nails done before the big day!!! Thanks again Polished. We will be back!

Tonya is the best neighbor to us (Studio Gabriel Salon & Spa)!! Our waterline broke outside and we had lots of clients and not a drop of water. Tonya invited us to use her sinks to shampoo our clients so we wouldn’t have to cancel their appointments. We are very grateful to Tonya and her awesome staff!!xoxo Chris

First time for a haircut at this salon last week. Catie was excellent and listened closely to me when I described how I like my hair to look. The haircut was flawless and I was able to achieve the same results when I washed and blew dry my hair myself. Will definitely be a return customer as it is hard to find someone who will take the time to style and cut straight, fine hair and have it come out perfectly!

I walked in without an appointment and an injured hand. They were so kind and accommodated me with a great manicure and even fit in a hair appointment. I can not say enough good things about the personnel or the work they did for me.
