    I came for my appointment and Sonya made me feel like I was having brunch with a girlfriend. She hooked me up with a really great deal/promotion they have going on this month. I highly recommend this location if you want to feel like welcome!

    At this location they were so nice and accommodating! I accidentally showed up early for my appointment and they were able to still take me in! The treatment went well making sure I could take breaks when needed. The receptionist was super sweet and the manager was also so sweet. They took the time to talk to me about my treatment and make sure everything was going well. They further was able to extend my contract to ensure I would be able to get the results I wanted. I have been to many other locations and I would say the staff here was the most welcoming and willing to work with you. I would be returning here for the rest of my treatments! Also, the inside is super clean!

    I cannot recommend Ideal Image enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The laser hair removal treatments were surprisingly quick and not terribly painful.What truly stood out to me was their manager, Sonya. She really focuses on client comfort and personalized care.     Ideal Image explained everything extremely well and I was also able to save some money with signing up for the membership which I did not know about and they are nation wide.     Experience was great overall. Just the price was a bit high, and I barley used 1/2 of my syringe. Wish they would sell 1/2 syringes. Other than that everything was great. Very patient and took her time to achieve what I needed. Super sweet technician,Receptionist and manager.

    I felt compelled to share my experience as it reminded me how kind and empathetic humans can be. I drove an hour and a half for this appointment, and traffic was so bad that I arrived about 40 minutes late. I called in advance, of course, and they were understanding, reassuring me they would try their best to accommodate me despite a conflicting appointment.When I finally arrived, I asked about the likelihood of being treated and started to cry. It wasnt about missing the appointment necessarily; I was just so overwhelmed with my day. The lady at the front desk was amazing and comforted me. As someone who works in customer service, I understand how frustrating it can be when someone comes in late or close to closing time. The lady at the front desk was very compassionate, and as I waited outside, the manager, Sonya, came to greet me. She was saddened to see me upset and comforted me, reassuring me that I could still be serviced, though it would take a little longer. She genuinely took the time to introduce herself and make sure I knew I was going to be taken care of. I would have been more than willing to wait another two hours if they had asked.It only took 30 minutes before they brought me back. I cannot say enough good things about this location and these ladies. Thank you so much for being so compassionate. You have no idea how much this experience meant to me. Even though the Wellington location is a bit far, it will definitely be worth the drive for my next appointment ā¤ļø

    I cant express enough how great my experience was at Ideal Image in Wellington, all thanks to Olivia. Ive been to Olivia twice now. Once for lip filler and another time for Botox. Her extensive knowledge and skill make every visit a pleasure, and the results are consistently amazing and look so natural. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my beauty needs. About 6weeks ago, I did a zoom assessment with an Ideal clinician online for hair removal which caused some confusion about areas that were included in the package, and there was a promotion going on for 3 areas. After I signed up online with the clinician, went to the clinic to find out some other areas are not included in the package. Because the contract was already signed, it was very difficult to get the promotional price for the 3 areas.As promised, Sonia insisted for me to get the package I wanted. She was very calm, and professional. When I got there, it was 6pm, and they were getting ready to leave. This location closes exactly at 6 pm. Although I was late, Olivia was very nice and professional ,and took me in. Despite being late, she didnt rush, she did a very nice job. I appreciate her professionalism and caring attitude.     Iā€™ve been using ideal image for about 2 years now at 3 different locations because I would move frequently. I just came here for my first appointment since moving down and hand the best experience. At old locations when transferring, I would sit in the waiting room during my lunch hour waiting for them to get everything together and the necessary paperwork which took forever. I got here and they took me in the back at the exact time my appointment was scheduled and got everything they needed prior to arriving which was refreshing.     I have been doing laser hair removal with the Wellington location since November 2022 and it has been great! I definitely see a big improvement after 4/5 sessions. The amount of hair that grows back is significantly less and it grows back slowly compared to before the treatment. I am only 2 treatments in and I am seeing the results, the hair falls out quickly and barely grows back and I just got started. I have always been super insecure with my skin and thought nothing could be done. After trying serums, all types of razors, creams, etc. I thought there was nothing I could do for my skin type always getting ingrowns which is why I was willing to spend the money for laser hair removal.     The staff from Ideal Image are very caring and had shown professionalism at all levels with my wife who is disabled. We started her hair removal procedure since 2016 and we always feel welcome by all staff at Wellington who are accommodating. My wife and I highly recommend this location and we are happy with the results of the services provided by Ideal Image.
