    Overall, a good experience. The front desk was very kind and friendly. At a glance they look great. I did have to clean up and reshape a few of my nails due to glue and polish still on my skin and inconsistent shaping. I looked at them when she asked me after filing and I had her reshape a few. When she stopped asking I assumed they all looked even, which is my fault for not double checking. I will definitely come back, I may just see a different tech and double check everything looks even and cleaned up before I leave.

    Amazing experience here! The staff was very friendly, the salon spotless; more so then other salons in the area, and the atmosphere so relaxing. My nails turned out flawless and exactly what I wanted. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of by Summer at the front. She was so nice. The technicians are skilled, detail-oriented, and prioritize hygiene above all else. Highly recommend for a perfect pampering session!

    I have been coming to this salon for a few years now. Every time i come, I am greeted by the front desk staff and I get taken care of almost immediately. And if my technician happens to fall behind, the front desk calls to inform me and let me know. I normally go with any available tech and i cant say ive had a bad experience. I drive 30 minuets to get my nails done here because this salon is just the best. And Linh, the manager, is the absolute sweetest. Keep up the good work Toi :)

    I was referred to Toi by my coworkers who most of them come here. I’ve been coming Toi for about 2 1/2 yrs, & to this day I have never been disappointed. Since day 1 this nail salon has never fell short of always being clean & organized. The staff is very friendly & welcoming . My nail technician is Vincent, he is always on time & knows exactly how I like my nails & pedicure. I get dipped/nexgen on my nails & I can go 3-4 weeks, never chipped or broken nails. Vincent is the best, I highly recommend him.

    This review is long over due since I’ve been a client for over 3 years.Wellington has many nails spas, however finding the right tech for you is not easy. Also, not all services are the same.I used to get dip and now only do liquid gel.Don, June,Kelly just to name a few do a great work.Summer,Taylor Lin are all great at customer service. I recommend you speak to them if there’s something wrong.

    I’ve been going toi for two years. Always get the dip manicure, consistently excellent work. I see Nikki who’s fantastic, I have seen Diana and Maria they are great too. The price is on the higher side but you’re paying for quality. The dip powder easily last 3 wks. Never chip. Front desk always great at accommodating appointments. Definitely recommend!

    I worked with Diana and she was lovely! She cleaned up my cuticles and gave me a nice arm massage. She is very sweet and understands my vision. She did a great job on my nails and I’ll definitely come back to her soon! By far my favorite salon.

    **Edit. I wanted to add to my original review. I have been going to this salon for over 5 years. It is a clean salon. It is very well organized because you can book everything through their website. All their rules regulations and fees are clearly listed on the website. It is predominantly an English-speaking salon. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. If you are looking for a new salon and go too salons often I would definitely recommend you visit this salon.I know a lot of the staff and have used many. It is still the cleanest salon I have been to. Their prices are reasonable. I posted two more pictures one of a new pedicure and the other of a dip . Please note that the dip is at the end of its life as my appointment is just 3 days away.I would really like to address all the negative comments that Ive encountered when coming to update my review. One of the issues Im seeing is that this Salon is very busy and I personally make all my appointments through their website booking. This gives all the specifics of their salon as far as their prices any extra charges that may be levied on your bill as well as their rules and procedures. One of the greatest things about booking online is you can actually schedule the technician of your choice and see if they are available or not.One of the things I find most amazing is that people are walking into a salon and randomly picking a member of the staff and expect amazing Services every single time. Every Salon has different skill sets for their staff and if you have a staff member who performs a task in which you absolutely love whether it be their touch, their are artistic ability, their durability..Remember their name and book them again. I have technicians I absolutely love and will only book my services with them.I have rarely been disappointed and when I was I expressed It to them. They corrected the problem. They are more than happy to correct any dissatisfaction you have as long as you are Pleasant and respectful. They are people too. I find it amazing especially in this time after covid that people walk into a salon and expect to be seen immediately by a technician that has been booked for months in advance. Also I have been present when a customer is so rude and condescending to the staff and projects such entitlement. It absolutely is appalling how some people behave and they use these reviews as a threatening tactic.Please remember but all the staff that work at the salon are actual people too. They too have had to deal with all the covid issues. The salon has had to make changes due to Staffing and illness and special safety protocols. They may have some trouble obtain some inventory or may be a bit understaffed which means waiting longer to book your favorite technician. And also this is my personal pet peeve. Why would you book the last appointment of the day unless this was your regular appointment. You would never walk into a restaurant 10 min before close.I have many autoimmune diseases and I am immunocompromised. They have always handled me with care as soon as I advise them of this issue and at this juncture in my relationship with the salon they just know and take precautions. In addition I always bring my own polishes and dips. Just in case because I am very delicate to infections and I do get dip services. This way you never have an issue of having to share a product. Its very inexpensive and if you get your nails done on a regular basis it just makes sense to do the same especially because they will always have the color of your choice. Although I do have to say Lynn make sure to have the salon stocked with almost all the colors you could want and she even seems to always have the new OPI collections.Original: i have been to almost all the salons in the area and not been happy. One of the few salons in the area that is clean, English speaking and upscale. Best pedicure I have had in 5 years. I have been to the salon for 3 appointments now and have never been disappointed. Staff is very accommodating.

    It took me a few months since moving to Florida to finally find a nail salon that was not only clean with decent prices, but that listened and did exactly what I asked, every single time.I’ve seen mostly Kelly & Ky for pedicures and for French gel manicures and I am constantly VERY happy with the end result. Each time, they have both listened to my desire to keep the length and only file, in addition to following my direction for desired thickness of the white tip. They take their time and do not let me leave unless my nails are perfect. Highly recommend either of them. Additionally, I feel that I get a solid 3-4 weeks of near perfect gel (aside from growth) with no chipping, before I need to make another appointment.

    I almost never post a review, but I have been going to this nail salon for well over a year now. I have tried several in my area, and nobody treats me like Toi Wellington does!!! I have only had one nail job where I was not satisfied in the 18 months, and that is saying something. The establishment is clean, the music is relaxing, and all of the workers have the utmost respect for the clients. People may say they are expensive, but lets focus on the quality: my most recent dip powder extensions lasted me 4 weeks no chips, just regular nail growth! Come here. If youre disappointed, change your tech and give them a second try. They are that good!

    I always love coming here. I dont do it often enough and every time I come I want to kick myself for not doing so. I come in feeling blah and leave feeling glamorized even with just basic basic treatments. It is the little things and details that each employee do for you.The hot towel wrap on your feet feels so good and the way I get them massage makes me feel special. Urgh I need to do this more often.Actually 2 years ago I got my first eyebrow tinted here and I fell in love with myself tehehe. I need to do this again because golly this sister doesnt have much brows.What I like is that the work area gets cleaned down often even while they are working on you and this makes me relaxed as I know infection wont happen. You get tea or coffee if you want and also fruit infused water. Price is low for what you get

    I’ve been coming to Toi for quite some time after my nail girl Victoria moved to this shop. It’s a beautiful and very clean shop, which is high on my list in an industry that mainly caters to women. All the other nail techs are sweet and super friendly. It’s a great atmosphere and Lingh the owner/manager has always been accommodating to me, my friends and family 💅🏼💅🏼On a separate note, I’ve read some of the not so great reviews and as a business owner myself, you can’t always make everyone happy even when you either try or if policies and procedures aren’t being respected or followed. It’s been my experience that most people tend to complain, simply because they don’t get their way....that’s Burger King 🤣🤣I look forward to many more visits!! Thanks Ladies!

    After some foot surgeries its been hard to find a place that understood what be gentle meant. Ive walked out of 2 places for them not being considerate. (Mind you my whole ankle is scared up very visably) I gave this place a try having low hopes, but KAYLA gave me the first pedicure I have enjoyed in 2 years!! She was very sweet and didnt try to manipulate my foot. I will definitely be back as this was the first time I had happy tears after a pedicure in a long time!

    Ive been going to TOI for about a year now and its the BEST in this area. The lady at the reception is always pleasant and friendly. She acknowledges me by name each time I walk in. The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean, including the restroom. I only book with Karen! Shes awesome. I booked with another tech once because Karen was booked and I had instant regret. Karen is very meticulous, and she listens to my requests. During the pedicure, she uses clean tools from the autoclave and checks in with me about water temperature. During manicures, she makes sure I like the length, shape and color. My nails easily last 4 weeks with no chipping or discoloration.

    This is the only place I go to for an excellent manicure. Everytime I am here the staff and technicians are always so friendly. They really do a great job here at a great price and it is very clean. The atmosphere overall is exemplary. Linh the owner will do everything she can to make sure you have the best time and Summer who works at the desk is the sweetest.

    I have been to Toi Spa 2 times now and blown away by my service! First visit I received a basic gel mani and enjoyed my experience so much that I booked my 2nd visit for a basic gel pedi the next week!Both times I was taken care of by Yaylie and I highly recommend using her! Yaylie is so sweet and skilled with her craft! The other staff are just as pleasant and do amazing work also!Everyone is nice, quick and efficient leaving you with a relaxed experience and not overpriced at all! I look forward to coming in again next week!

    This place is amazing! I always feel relaxed and pampered when I leave. I have seen a majority of the techs here. Vincent is the tech who did these nails in the picture and I enjoy seeing him for my ombre nails and thorough pedicures. My big toes need a lil extra TLC and he knows exactly how to clean them up preventing me for getting ingrown toe nails. I work on my feet. Thanks!!

    I have been a loyal customer of Toi Spa for years. My first experience was at a location in Davie, and I was ecstatic to hear of an opening in Palm Beach County around the same time I was relocating. I’ve never had a poor experience. Maya is my go-to tech and she is amazing! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and greet me by name when I walk in the door. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon.

    I absolutely love this spa! I have been coming here for years and wouldn’t think of changing! The spa is beautiful, tranquil and always clean. I regularly request the same tech who is wonderful.     I came in as “walk-in” with no appointment and the front staff accommodated me expediently as they were extremely warm and cordial. Both Laura and Victoria were excellent, friendly and detailed with their work. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm. Also, the entire nail salon and the “waxing room” were clean! I will definitely be going back! This is my new Nail Salon!

    I was a walk-in and everyone was so nice and helpful there. I had a couple questions and the receptionist was patient and answered all my questions. Laura did my dip powder nails and they are absolutely gorgeous. She helped me pick a color and I really needed short nails because of my job and even though it was extra work for her she did it with no complaints and she was VERY thorough! I really appreciate someone that takes their time to please the customer and she made sure that my nails were short enough to my liking because most nail salons wont even ask, they just cut them to what they think is short. Not only will I be coming back but I will be using Laura every time and I cant wait to use their other services they have there too!

Not all nail tech professionals are the same, and neither is the opinion you have on your nails versus another.     UPDATE: Repeat customer for months now. Quality EVERY visit..smiling and charming girl at the front always. Every tech does a brilliant job my nail polish always lasts 2 weeks or more (I work in an office) my toes stay even longer. Their specialty pedis are so worth the money.I love this place, SO relaxing. They do a great job and take their time to take care of you. The foot massage is the best part. I have walked in twice and they have room for me. Didnt feel rushed at any point. Amazing and serene experience 😍😍😍

    I am never disappointed here! Actually, Ive recommended this salon to at least four people that now come here on as regular basis/as their salon. Whenever family comes in from out of town we all go here & can bond a bit. There are multiple pedi chairs that are all in a line. My absolute favorite thing, though, is that they run on appointments. I never feel as though my technician is rushing so the shop can make more money--I feel valued and pampered.

    Had a great first visit! My stylist, Kayla (hope I spelled her name correctly!) was FANTASTIC! She did an amazing job on my 4th of July nail design. The business is very clean and has a great atmosphere! I will definitely go back and request Kayla. I would recommend booking an appointment in advance and please note tipping is cash only.

    This place is awesome! The manager Lynn is so hands on and makes sure that every single person in the spa is taken care of. My appointments are always right on time, and she will make sure you are happy. Very clean place. And most importantly you leave there with your nails on point everytime. I go to Christine...she does my dip powder Gel with extensions and makes them slim/thin and always gets the legnth perfect. If you are looking for acrylics done right, go to her.

    I have been coming to Toi religiously since December 2017. It is a lovely nail salon. It is well decorated, calming/relaxing ambiance and exceptionally clean. I love my nail technician June. June pays attention to details, takes her time, can do pretty much any design you desire. Give them a try!

    Amazing nail spa! Staff is amazing!! Ask for Maya or Imelda!! Very clean, relaxing environment! The owner Lynn is so nice! The pedicure chairs are relaxing and they have many polishes to choose from (dips, gels, regular). You wont be disappointed!

    I just found this place and I have to say I fell in love. They were so fast with seating everyone. I didn’t wait more than 2 minutes with 4 people in front of me. The volcano pedicure was just what I needed. Being a mom of a toddler and pregnant with her 2nd it was a much needed mommy time and well deserved. The rose gold smell was the best! I will forever come back here!!

    Very nice salon, clean & well decorated with a spa look & feel. I went in to get a mani/pedi and was greeted by the nice receptionist in the front & asked if I wanted tea, water or wine!!I am very impressed with this spa salon because of the service, cleanliness & amount of nail polish colors they have (I got shellac polish). The regular spa pedi was awesome, my nail tech left my toe nails looking great & feet feeling soft. She game my calves & feet a great massage (I almost fell asleep),& the color on my toes matched exactly like the ones on my finger nails. She took her time & didnt feel rushed at all. This spa salon may cost a couple dollars more than your average salon but its really worth it. You definitely getting what you paid for. I will be back.

    I called and my Pedicure specialist Sen was gone. Can anyone tell me where she is now practicing? SEN took the time with me to fully take care of my feet, not just my nails. She was concerned about a sore on the bottom of my foot that I couldnt see (or feel because of numbness). She took a picture of it, forwarded it to my cell, which caused me to get a doctors appointment. I was diagnosed with preliminary on-set diabetes. Sen is the ONLY Pedicurist I will allow to work on me. For the benefit of ALL, please post where SEN is now working. I need a woman of that quality, patience and concern to be my pedicurist.
