    I’m so upset I don’t remember the name of my esthetician so I can publicly give her her props, but yesterday was my very first time with European wax centre (Wellington location). The receptionist was very polite and so sweet, I was a walk in and got checked in immediately. My wax session was great, she was so gentle and gave me tips on maintenance during the process, her personality and overall service was great. I was very skeptical before going but my encounter with those two ladies was enough for me to come back.

    I have seen Shay several times. Once after they reopened after COVID19 and I was a HOT MESS downtown. She was super sweet about it even though I was apologizing profusely.     I had the BEST experience with Domynyque!Front desk manager is awesome!Domynyque held a great conversation, great technique. Incredible all around! I’ll be going back to her 😊I had a terrible experience with another waxer in October 2021 at this location, so that’s the only reason I marked 4 stars. Manager handled the situation well, but it was a very painful & unprofessional wax that scarred my experience.

    I had such an awesome experience here!!! Today was my second time getting a Brazilian & I was completely terrified. My first time was extremely painful but the service was so good I decided to give it another try before knocking it out. I left today extremely satisfied and happy with my experience!! Lashunta did my wax both times and made me feel absolutely comfortable! I give her serious props for dealing with me the first time because I was NOT an easy customer. I was checked out by Adriana who showed me everything they have to offer including all the different ways to save money for future visits. These two definitely increased my chances of continuing this method, I highly recommended!!!!

    Went in for a Brazilian wax at 8 months pregnant I was taken care of by Lauren who was fantastic and Shay who is a veteran. I would highly recommend as they put me at ease since I do not get regularly waxed. Shay’s experience completely shone through and she made the session as painless as possible. They were knowledgeable, informative sweet, calming and professional. The entire establishment was clean and they were following Covid safety precautions. Gooo visit them!

    1st time going was a week ago & I was pleasantly surprised! Everything I thought was going to happen didn’t! You hear so many crazy stories but the Brazilian wax is NOT as bad as everyone thinks! The tech was very comforting! The front desk was friendly. I purchased the serum & it kept the bumps away. If my 2nd visit is as smooth, I’ll get the package for a year!

    I was nervous to try EWC, but my experience was AMAZING! I got my brows and lip done by Shay and she made my brows look SOOO GOOD!! Natural, but cleaned up and shaped. Exactly what I wanted. 1000% recommend Shay!! I also was pleasantly surprised by all the deals that EWC gives you. My brows were free since it was my first time at an EWC, and students give a buy 3 get one free deal! Highly recommend EWC, and Shay in particular!
