EXCEPTIONAL CARE! I can not speak highly enough about Dr. Mckenzie and the team at Coastal Concierge. Dr. Mckenzie is incredibly knowledgable and an expert at managing complex medical conditions. Where do I begin...I decided to try a concierge physician because I want to make my health a priority and needed a Dr. who would partner with me on this journey. From the moment I walked into her office, I knew I was in the right place. Her office manager, Maria, is immediately your friend. She is attentive, kind, and efficient. Dr. McKenzie spent 2 hours discussing my health history and current concerns. I consider myself a very healthy woman in her 50s. I have had chronic back pain and have been to many different doctors for treatment. Dr. McKenzie was the first to order a MRI. This was game changing ... She takes a holistic view to treatment and is truly focused on making her patients feel like their overall well being is her priority. If you are looking for a Dr. that will take to the time to listen to you and treat you with the highest level of care, I highly recommend Dr. McKenzie as your primary physician.

Dr. Jana McKenzie has been a lifesaver since I’ve moved to West Palm Beach and started seeing her in early March. Her expertise in managing my complex medical issues, including five fractured vertebrae, is truly commendable. In a matter of months, Dr. Jana has made significant progress in my recovery, making this the first time Ive felt genuinely healthy in three years. Her empathetic and attentive approach is exceptional, and I cant recommend her highly enough for anyone seeking top-notch medical care.

Dr. Jana McKkenzie is a wonderful doctor. I have been going to her now for over a year and she has helped me with a myriad of medical problems. My husband and I are both patients of Dr McKenzie. During our four months stay in Florida, we have been very pleased with her care. She is responsive to her patients, and is an effective communicator, always providing clear explanations. Dr McKenzie is a warm and friendly person, easy to talk with and is an attentive listener. Additionally, she has coordinated our treatment with our Cleveland physicians. We feel Dr McKenzie is an excellent physician and we highly recommend her.

Dr. McKenzie provides the best Concierge Primary Care Services in Palm Beach County. She is absolutely the best doctor around. She listens to you & takes her time with you. You never felt rushed out of the office. She has 27 yrs of experience and is always very professional. She has been my primary care physician for over 2 years. I went looking for Dr. McKenzie after a stroke in 2023. I had long term severe diabetes issues which I had treated with diet and exercise. All of that had stopped working, but I was extremely resistant to taking drugs. After the stroke, I knew I had to take a new look at everything, and would need help navigating all the potential routes forward. Dr. McKenzie prescribed a number of drugs to prevent future strokes, but also prescribed Mounjaro and Levemir. All of the new drugs worked well without side effects. I just received an A1C of 6.0, and for the first time in a decade, Im sleeping 8+ hours per night, thanks to the Quetiapine the Dr. prescribed. In short, I feel like I have a future, and am enjoying every day. I gave Dr. McKenzie a big hug today, thanking her. I strongly recommend her to anyone struggling with long term issues of declining health.

Dr. McKenzie and her assistant Maria, are absolutely amazing. The time and consideration that they take for each patient goes beyond the norm of today’s medical standards. Dr. McKenzie sat me down for our first appointment and we went through all of my medical needs, concerns and my family history with a fine tooth comb. She spent an upwards of 3.5hrs with me and Dr. McKenzie really took a deep dive into my care as a whole which is rare to see. I can finally take a breath knowing that I have a primary care doctor who actually cares about my well being and will be with me through every single issue or non issue and advocate for what is right to keep me healthy. As a 31 year old, it is hard to be open with doctors about worries and concerns with the fear of being pushed aside or made to feel irrational. Far from the case here- Dr. McKenzie and Maria really relate to their patients and make seeing the doctor a seamless and an enjoyable process.I will be Coastal Concierge’s patient for the rest of my life. If you are looking for an internal medicine physician that will 100% put you first, I highly recommend giving Coastal concierge’s a call.

I enjoyed every bit of this appointment, even if there were things I did not want to hear. Dr. McKenzie asks all the questions and really takes the time to know you. She is so knowledgeable in what she does and takes the time to figure out the best course of action to take for any issue you may have. This is probably the first I have ever felt seen and cared for by a doctor and I am so excited to continue working with her to get me all better.

I’m going to sing the praises of Dr. Jana McKenzie and Heather of Coastal Concierge Internal MedicineI’ve come to learn that while concierge medical care is comprehensive and personalized, more importantly it’s about access and advocacy. But the true test of a concierge doctor is when things go sideways.In my case it was two different, serious health matters that included extended hospital stays and surgeries. Not only was Dr. McKenzie immediately hands on, but she was also in constant contact with the hospital and doctors involved with my care,especially crucial during my stay at a hospital that Dr. McKenzie wasn’t affiliated with. Furthermore, she took every phone call, answered every text and email promptly from my three children.She even paid a house-call after having had surgery herself. Well above and beyond the call of duty.

In the end it was Dr. McKenzie that finally balanced the medicine to solve my blood pressure and BPS cardiac arrhythmia.
