I have been loyal to Cristina for about 3 years. She is an AMAZING hair stylist. She is an expert in color (especially red copper how I do mine) she is extremely knowledgeable about products and how to bring health back to your hair. She also does amazing cuts and styles- she knows I love my hair long. She only cuts mine to the point where it’s healthy and doesn’t take much off the length. I don’t trust anyone else except her to do my hair. Salon Dulay is very accommodating for me and my Service Dog and we always receive excellent service. 10/10

The salon is super professional, and from the moment I walked in, they made me feel so cozy and welcome. Sarah’s talent is unmatched—my hair turned out better than I could have imagined. And the pricing? Let’s just say, as a New Yorker, I was shocked in the best way possible. The professionalism, care, and overall experience were incredible. If you’re in the area, don’t think twice—book with Sarah!

Such a wonderful salon! Warm and inviting atmosphere. Grace, who checked us in, is the sweetest. She made sure that we were taken care of. And our amazing stylist Lisette is a master of her craft! She really knows how to take care of her clients needs and how to make them look their best. We also loved the little extras such as beverages & snacks, the décor such as the walls of greenery and the hand massages!

I brought my mom in to help her get a nice cut and color post brain surgery and radiation treatments. The salon owner greeted us and worked with the staff to find the perfect options. You all made her feel so special! She looks amazing and now is confident in being able to take what will be our last family photos as her cancer is terminal. Thank you for making her day so special. Every person in your salon was wonderful from check in to check out.

I had color and cut with Nicole recently. She nailed the color and I was very happy with it. Very sweet and personable to chat with.The cut did not turn out as I would have liked it, as I expressed that I need to be able to put my front pieces in a ponytail. Whenever I put my hair up in a ponytail they slip out, which is not the best for when I am teaching Fitness. There is also a bit of layering that she did does not work well with my curly hair. I did not notice this during the cut itself because I got my hair blown out straight. I only wear my hair curly for the most part so once I went back to my curly hair, the cut just didn’t work as well as I would have liked it.I do love Salon Dulay I think they are the best in the area!

I’ve never been one to write reviews, but this place has changed that. If I could give 10 stars I would. I just moved to Orlando and I was looking for a new hair salon. I’ve never had a set stylist in the past, I kind of just went wherever, when I felt like getting my hair done again. Well now I have picked my people. Not only are they good at what they do, but they care about their clients. I had a mishap, where my extensions didn’t quite match my hair color.. I wasn’t upset at all, I just wanted to try to get it fixed. Hair is a hard thing to perfect and everyone’s hair is different, it was just a simple mistake. I was willing to pay for the fixes no problem but Tabitha insisted she order me new extensions and fix my color complimentary. I was shocked. Most hair salons just want the most money for the least amount of work, so I didn’t even think for a second about getting anything for free, I was just ready to accept the extra charges. This place proved they care about the clients more than anything and I will never ever change hair salons because of this. Ashley did my extensions, and will continue doing them. she’s wonderful. Very easy to talk to and nice to be around, considering you want to be able to chat with your stylist since you’re sitting with them for a long time while they do your hair. She helped me actually enjoy sitting in the chair and getting my hair done. I’m so excited to continue my hair journey with Tabitha and Ashley. They are just simply wonderful! I can’t believe there is even a hair salon like this that exists! Not only that, but I LOVE my new hair!!

Michelle was wonderful! I hadn’t gotten my hair cut in forever and desperately needed a chop. I told her what I was thinking and she went above and beyond! We also did a mask on my hair which has really improved the feel and overall look to my hair! Can’t wait to come back in a few weeks for another cut! The salon itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly! :)

I came in last week for a cut and style. I chose Charles as my stylist, because of his wonderful reviews. He did not disappoint!I was nervous because I was growing my hair out from having a buzz cut for four years. So it had been that long since I’ve gone to a salon. After 11 months of growth I was ready to finally have it cut and styled. And I wasn’t sure what could be done with it.Charles was very professional and knowledgeable. I was amazed at what he was able to do with my hair! And my husband’s jaw dropped when he saw me after my appointment, which made me feel great!Charles, you made me fall in love with my hair again and you have yourself a loyal client.

Such a nice salon. The interior decor, vibes, snacks, and drinks come together and make it an experience. Part of your hair wash/ scalp massage prior to a cut, you are treated with aromatherapy and a lovely hand/arm massage. I had Lissette as my hairstylist and she was amazing! She listened and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. After a terrible haircut 6 months ago, she SAVED my hair without cutting off too much length. She wasn’t scissor-happy and made sure to cut off less first, and then more when I wanted it. She totally understood my vision for my hair and clearly communicated with me through the whole process! Definitely going back for my future hair appointments

I drive half an hour to this salon just so that I can have my highlights and cut done by Cristina. She is THE BEST for blonde highlights, and achieving the perfect tone/color. Her cuts are also spot on. I’ve been asked many times by other blondes who does my color. The salon itself has a wide variety of snacks and beverages, is a nice environment and always clean.

Let me start by saying I drive from Tampa to Orlando for my dynamic hair duo! Taby (colorist) and Ashley (stylist) are phenomenal and worth the I-4 drive (which I otherwise avoid)!Even though I’ve been seeing Taby for 7 years, every visit, she goes above and beyond to ensure my hair looks perfect. In the last couple years, I have been lucky enough to gain Ashley as my regular stylist. Combined, their attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.The ambiance at Salon Dulay itself is what anyone would desire for a day getting their hair done. Hair wash comes with aroma therapy and hand and arm massage (they ask first though so if it’s not you’re thing you don’t have to get it)!Highly recommend Salon Dulay!

She took the time to teach me how I can style it the same way at home! Both color and cut have been on point every time! Amanda has been coloring my hair, she really listens and does an amazing job! On the last visit, Marisol cut my hair, she really listened to what I wanted and took her time with me. Today I styled my hair at home and thanks to the cut and products she recommended, I was able to style my hair in half the time and with far less heat than usual. I am extremely happy with the haircut and will continue to be a customer at Salon Dulay. I highly recommend Salon Dulay to anyone considering going there. I strongly recommend both Amanda and Marisol!

My experience at Salon Dulay was an absolute pleasure and I could not have been more thrilled with the results!! I was pretty much a total novice at hair coloring so I did not know what to expect.My color technician (? not sure of the exact terminology) Amanda Nicole was terrific at explaining every step of the process, listening to what I wanted, and then executed it perfectly. She took me from my natural dark brown to this gorgeous lilac-mauve color that is so much more dimensional and luxe than I had dreamed it would be, and she offered great tips for maintenence between salon visits. She and everyone else I interacted with at Salon Dulay made my experience as comfortable as it could be and maintained excellent health and safety precautions the whole time. I am honestly so excited to go back for a refresh!

This is by far one of the best salon I’ve been to! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile from the lovely front desk girls! I came in for a simple wash and blow dry and the shampoo experienced is like no other, I was so relaxed and pampered the whole entire time. Luna was professional and welcoming when she first greeted me. She assessed my hair and discussed how I wanted my hair cut, clipper sides and trim on tip. The hair wash and hand massage were relaxing. Luna then cut my hair as discussed. She paid close attention to detail along my ears and neck when using the clippers and trimmer. She shapped the back into a nice V shape. Luna trimmed the top shapping my hair nicely. After the cut she blew dry my hair with a quick style so I could run errands afterwards. Luna is a friendly, talented stylist.

I have just relocated to Winter Garden from New York. I was referred to Salon Dulay. The Salon is Welcoming, clean and Beautiful. I was lucky enough to have Kelsey and Carole. Kelsey is knowledgeable and friendly and easy to talk to. I have some issues with my hair and scalp She chose great color for my hair and I am so pleased. Kelsey makes many helpful suggestions that I use. Carole is also Wonderful. Warm and welcoming and also very knowledgable. She has been helping me with my scalp issues and I get the best I have ever had, shampoos and conditioning massages and treatments. I look so forward to coming to my appointments. I also buy many of the products the salon offers. In fact, I am using the Scalp shampoo and conditioner and serum and its really helping. I cannot say enough about this Wonderful Salon.

I was traveling to Orlando for an event honoring my son and really needed my long silver hair to be trimmed and freshened up. I found this selon on google that was near my hotel. Lisa made my appointment over the phone. I had the option to book online but I prefer to call. She took all of my information and let me know what the price of my service was going to be which I appreciated! Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted a beverage. Such a nice touch!Jamilla was my stylist. She listened to what I wanted and asked the right questions so that we were perfectly clear on how I wanted my hair cut and styled. Her scalp massage during the shampoo service almost put me to sleep it was so relaxing! The atmosphere in the shampoo room was so soothing and relaxing as well with chill music in the background. The aromatherapy was excellent too. I opted out of the arm massage which was part of the service because I had long sleeves on and didn’t want to roll them up, too lazy after the scalp massage lol 😊During my entire experience Jamilla was so friendly! She also was very kind to compliment my natural silver hair color. I’m so happy with the cut and style!I recommend this salon for the quality of their products and the friendly and professional staff. Big shout out and thank you to Jamilla! I will certainly return here during my next visit to Orlando!

I’m from up north where the selection of salons is pretty broad and many are top quality. When I moved to Florida, I had a really hard time finding a place. Most of the salons I went to here were pretty terrible. Salon Dulay is great. They do an excellent job, plus they have great extras like complementary drinks and hand massages. I tried several different hair salons when I first moved to Orlando, and none of them were very impressive until I found Salon Dulay. I receive excellent service every time I come, both from the front desk staff and from the stylists. Christy is my stylist, and shes fantastic! Whether I want to cut my hair short or grow it out, she always knows how to cut and style my hair to make it look fantastic! Ive never gotten a bad haircut from her. She recommends products specifically for my hair type, but shes never pushy about getting me to buy them (Although I do buy the product she recommends, and Ive never found another product that works as great as this does!). And shes great to talk to, always very friendly and engaging. Amanda Nicole usually does my highlights, and shes also terrific. She offers great recommendations for my hair type and skin tone, and it always comes out looking better than I imagined no matter which color I choose. Although its a little pricier than other places I tried, you get what you pay for, and Salon Dulay is well worth it. Ill never go anywhere else!

For my cut I saw Brandon, and he listened to my concerns and gave me an awesome cut that makes my hair look so much fuller and healthy! Oh how I wished we lived here so that I could become a regular customer of Salon Dulay. We were here visiting on vacation from Nebraska and from booking with this salon to the actual appointment, the customer service was out of this world. I booked the princess package for my 2 daughters since Disney is not currently offering the princess salon package. When I booked we wanted to get in early so we wouldnt miss much of the parks. Brittany offered to come in early for our appointment so that we could get their up-dos and get glammed up and be ready to go. Every reminder call was very friendly and very much appreciated (I have 3 kids so mom brain is REAL). Once we were at the appointment we felt treated like honored guests. The girls really enjoyed their time with Brittany. She was friendly and made them feel like royalty. Not only did they get beautiful up-dos with crowns and all, they got their nails painted and makeup done as well. This is something my girls will have as a fond memory for years to come and I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond. If you are looking for a way to make your little princess feel special then look no farther than Salon Dulay. I cant wait to go back to Florida so I can set appointment for myself. Even moms like to feel like royalty once in awhile :)

Great experience when booking, very fast. The moment you walk in you get 5 star experience. Everyone is really nice and professional. I got a haircut with Charles. He was great and I loved the haircut. However, blow drying was handed to someone else and she did not do a great job with it. Though she was extremely nice. But theres this thing about most hair salons including this one, if I BOOK with someone and PAY for THEIR service, I except to have it from start to finish. I just hate how they do something and then hand it over to someone else. Next time salon should be clear and tell me he will ONLY do my hair cut. Some of us ladies do not have extremely soft and silky hair and does need more blow drying and ironing. I had to redo the ironing at home because there were still areas in my hair that werent ironed and frizzy.

I have gone to Salon Dulay for 4 years now, and they deliver consistently good service. The staff is friendly. They offer an assortment of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and treats while you wait. Ive never had a bad haircut there. I have wavy/curly hair. My stylist , Christie, cuts it dry before shampooing and styling it. She gives me a hand massage while she conditions my hair. The whole experience is wonderful! The only downside is that the salon is small, so there may not be a place to sit while you wait if they are really busy. However, this hasnt happened to me that often.

Searching for a salon and stylist can be pretty nerve-wracking for me. I care a lot about my hair, I have a difficult hair type to cut (ridiculously thick, wavy/curly, and with significantly tighter curls in the back/bottom layers), and I’ve had a lot of pretty bad haircut experiences. So when I decided to chop my waist length hair into a medium-length cut, I spent a couple weeks of researching and finally settled on Salon Dulay.I knew I made the right decision as soon as I went to book my appointment. Even though it was close to closing time, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind (they even complimented my natural hair, always a nice ego boost!). They immediately suggested Christy, a stylist I’d already liked from the bios on their website. Seeing how much hair I had, they had me briefly meet her to have her look at my hair, do a mini-consultation, and see how much time she needed to schedule for me. For someone like me who’s had many a stylist rush a haircut because of how much hair I have, this was a great sign.The actual experience on the day of was even better. Christy was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. She was receptive to what I wanted and my lifestyle, and she cut my hair dry to work with the natural texture, resulting in a haircut I’m completely in love with. And of course, everything I’d heard about Aveda salons was true: it’s a fun, relaxing experience. They offer beverages, they provide a massage and aromatherapy during the shampoo, and it’s just a great overall environment. Oh, and it was an amazing price for a cut from a Deva-certified stylist! I can’t get over how much I love this new cut and how great an experience this was!

I absolutely love love the hight quality and gentleness of their coloring products. I struggle with gray hair having to cover my roots more often then others. Salon Dulay is an exceptional salon that is a true pampering experience! The owner, Laura Dulay, goes above and beyond to make sure clients are happy with whatever service they have. Clients are offered various drinks in beautiful mugs, there’s always a variety of muffins, pretzels, etc as well in case you’re there for awhile and are hungry. Getting your hair washed is the best experience ever from the very comfortable recliner chair to the hot towel under your head, to the hot towel wrapped around your hair while the conditioner soaks in, to the relaxing hand/arm massage while you sit with the warm towel on. This all happens in a separate room that has low level lighting and is more peaceful ...setting a true relaxation tone.In 2020, I highly recommend you give this one of a kind salon a try!

I shared with her how disappointed I was with an Aveda salon nearby, and she was confident that Salon Dulay would deliver. Melanie has been my fabulous stylist since the get-go. She is skilled, cooperative and accommodating. Michael completely transformed my husbands hair; I couldnt be happier. I decided to get hair extensions for my wedding, and Cleo- hair extension specialist- was simply amazing. All my friends and family cannot believe how beautiful and natural my extensions turned out. The staff is super nice; huge shout-out to front desk. They knew that I was getting married, and offered me a styling/maintenance service as a gift. Salon Dulay is very nice. They operate a little differently than other salons Ive used. For example, if youre getting color done youd have a separate colorist and a separate stylist who cuts and styles your hair. So in theory you could book two separate appointments if you are short on time or back to back. There is separate pricing for both (which is explained very well on their website). They also serve complimentary beverages and snacks. I had a half head Highlight and a cut & blow dry. It took about 3 hours from start to finish. I didnt really know what I wanted outside vague terms but they really delivered. Sandy did a great job with the color, blending the desired color with the existing faded highlights and natural color. Cristalis was a great stylist, and basically understood I didnt know what I wanted other than long and pretty and took it from there. Overall, I had a great experience and I plan to return.

I also felt very safe in regards to Covid precautions. There was spacing between each client chairs at the cutting and hair washing stations with a glass barrier in between. All employees wore masks (I also chose to wear mine but is optional for guests I believe) the salon was very clean as well. Overall wonderful experience!

I am IN LOVE WITH ASHLEY AND NONNA!!! They took my hot mess of hair on my head and did Christmas miracles in November. Ashley is amazing with cutting hair, and mines curly. Nonna took a bad color job from a different salon and worked magic! On top of that they are both extremely sweet ladies who explain everything theyre doing and genuinely care how you love your hair. I hadnt gotten a professional haircut in almost ten years and for the past two years I had grown my hair out in order to donate to Locks of Love. Couple this with the fact that I really hadnt been taking great care of my hair, and I can tell you my hair was a mess and in really poor condition, falling out and even leaving bald patches (or so it felt like)! I live in South Florida and for anyone whos been here knows, there is a hair salon about every 10 steps away (at least where I live)! Even though there are so many hair salons by me, I really didnt feel comfortable at any of the ones I knew of and heard about. I have gone to very nice salons before, but I just didnt feel comfortable when I would visit these places, even after getting very nice offers from stylists who offered to cut my hair for free the first time!It was on a trip to Orlando that I happened to walk past Salon Dulay with my boyfriend one morning. It looked very nice and for some reason I felt compelled to go inside and see how it was. I decided to Google the place and check out all the reviews while I walked around the shopping center with my boyfriend. I couldnt find one bad or even shaky review about this place! Every single review was positive and I was pleasantly shocked when I couldnt find anything questionable online.Of course, I was a little shy because it had been so long since Ive had a real haircut and my hair was not in good shape...but after a little push from my boyfriend, we walked inside. There I met a woman named Amanda who was extremely friendly and made me feel VERY comfortable. She told me about the salon, showed me around, and even described the different stylists and their personalities. She helped me to learn about all the different people who worked there and what their personalities are like. In my mind, this helped me match myself with the perfect stylist for me (someone who pays attention to my needs, is an expert with long hair, and is really friendly, but not overly talkative). That happened to be Jason! I was excited when she described someone who sounded like I would feel very comfortable around!I wanted to start right away, but he happened to be in very high demand :) .... so call me crazy, but I traveled back home 3 hours away, looked at my schedule, made an appointment for a haircut with Jason several weeks later, and made a trip 3 hours away from home just to get my haircut with Jason! When I went in for my haircut, there was no single experience where I didnt feel completely catered to. Every single person went above and beyond out of their way to make me feel not only comfortable, but pampered! The green tea, shampooing, massaging of the arms.... Im telling you, I could have stayed the rest of my life there and been happy! Everyone was so friendly and I felt like we were best friends by the time I left! Jason was awesome and I couldnt believe how awesome my hair was! We cut off almost half my hair and it wasnt even a shock to me because of how beautiful Jason made my hair look! Probably around 13 inches were cut and I was so afraid my hair was going to be so short I wouldnt be happy....but I absolutely love the style he created for me! Its been about 2-3 weeks since my haircut, and everyone I know has given me so many compliments on not only the style and cut, but the texture too! Whatever my hair was shampooed or conditioned with, or whatever has left it with such a soft and silky texture, made it look like from a hair commercial! I love my new hair! More importantly, I love my new salon! Thank you so much to every single person at Salon Dulay for making my experience one I will not forget!

I cannot tell you how many people I have recommend this place to. Every staff member is friendly and professional, and the stylists are always excellent. The complimentary wine and whiskey are a huge perk, and the head and arms massages are delightful. I have always walked away satisfied, and continue to use Aveda products at home. The cast-member discount is a big perk, too!

Very nice salon, I was shocked that they offered a complimentary hand massage, hot towel, eye cream and lip balm plus beverage. Also received a gift for being a new customer. Christy was awesome and tailored the cut I wanted to meet what I needed my hair to do. You would never get this type of treatment in Atlanta for this price. I feel like I should have tipped more than 20%.

This place is awesome. Given that I am a male with short hair I used to get my haircut at places like Hair Cuttery and Super Cuts thinking why pay extra for something so simple. Well, firstly the cost difference was minimal ($5 for me). Secondly, my cut is MUCH better than anything else Ive ever received. The staff are all very friendly, they offer you a drink before hand, and you get a nice little massage when getting your hair washed. This salon prides itself on customer service and quality and it definitely delivers. Shout out to my stylist, Pilar, who is awesome!

Tabatha is an excellent colorist. I tried a couple other salons after moving to Winter Garden recently and I am so glad I found Tabatha. As far as hair cutting, I just switched to Cleo and she is excellent too. I have very fine hair and the cut she gave me is the best one I have had in over 5 years. My hairdresser Lauren, Literally gave me (in this case, literally is being used in the figurative sense) the best hair cut Ive ever received.Seriously though, holy hair cut. Shampooing? Check. Conditioning? Check Hot face towel? Unexpected and highly appreciatedHand massage? Literally the best (Literally here meaning the best if not only) Ive ever had as an adult male.Finally, after Seeing my hair in the mirror, I knew this master artisan who had sculpted my beautiful hair into manly perfection had done just that. Gazing into the mirror I could see the ghost of my father and his father standing behind my shoulder, nods of approval. With a hand on my shoulder, we raised our beers (which was complimentary, great stuff really) and toasted to the glory that was my mane. As their ghosts faded they whispered only one thing...I leaned in to hear more clearly, straining my attention to grasp the ever important knowledge my forefathers were about to bequeath upon me....Send your friends and family to Salon DulayNo but really. I went in with postpartum depression from having a baby a short while ago and I needed to do something for myself. AMAZING!! i went to the Mills Ave location today to get highlights for the first time and the whole experience was perfect. The entire staff was very friendly and Mikinzi who was my colorist was super patient and took the time to look at the pictures of what i wanted and oh did she deliver !!the highlights turned out so natural and sun kissed which is exactly what i wanted. 10/10 would come again!

The salon is kept spotlessly clean! My only complaint is they dont offer an additional selection menu like Aveda M Salon in Hunters Creek - that location has mini massages, aroma therapy, oils, etc. Might be due to COVID, but my one visit prior to COVID didnt include any of that.

I have been coming to this Salon for about three years now and really love the service Amanda Nicole and Pilar are providing. If you are looking for great color and someone who really listens to you, try Amanda Nicole. She takes the time to really find out what your color needs are, and has endless patience to make sure she gets it exactly the way you want it. For a great cut and fun conversation try Pilar. She makes getting a hair cut fun and gets your cut just right. Both Amanda Nicole and Pilar Work with my teenage son as well, who is probably even more demanding that I am. 😉 The salon is clean, the bathrooms are stocked with great products to try out and the staff at counter is extremely friendly and helpful when looking for he right products to take home. Salon Dulays Wedding Team (specifically Tabitha) ROCKS!! I wanted a no stress (if thats even possible) or low stress and convenient wedding hair/makeup prep morning for my 7.7.17 Cocoa Beach wedding. Tabithas calm demeanor and Aveda trained talent created an atmosphere of relaxation! I met with Tabitha, a month before, to go over hair/makeup (always make sure and do this!) and she created the style I dreamed of, while asking lots of questions and making sure everything was perfect for my special day. The day of, she traveled to Cocoa Beach and had to be there by 6am for the fun to begin! Everyone was impressed by her and professionalism, including my sister whos a stylist from WI. My hair was the talk of the wedding...absolutely stunning!! I never had to leave the condo!! Thanks Tabitha and Salon Dulay!!!!!

Im so happy I found this salon 💇 its only 2 minutes from my house n also its the most professional salon I ever been 2, the manger was very nice she made sure I found the right place since I requested that no male can see my hair due to religion reasons, she was very respectful n helpful!She setup the last 2 stations only for me n told the male stylist to not use the shampoo room that I was in!!
