I absolutely loved the professionalism of this place! Not just that, I was in and out in no time of my appointment. There was nearly no wait and the lady who waxed me? Goodness Ive never had a quicker more painless Brazilian done in years! I am in love with Absolute and they have for certain made a lifetime customer out of me, and you really cannot compete with the price! My eyebrows as well looked perfect, which is a lot to say since they are normally so thin and hard to work with, but she had no problem at all working with them. My favorite wax spa! I unfortunately had to report a wax burn for the first time ever in all my years getting a Brazilian. Sent them photos and only wanted to report that person for possible refresher training. Anastasia is my favorite and I will be having her do my waxing only moving forward. The price may be a little more than nearby salons but they really go the extra effort. They have my recommendation. I love getting a full body wax here!

This was my very first experience at Absolute, although I have been getting waxed for a few years now. Having just moved to the area, I miscalculated the amount of time it would take me to get there. I called to reschedule and they were very gracious and more than willing to work me in. Parking was a little tricky as I was unfamiliar with the area, but overall was not too difficult. I had a Brazilian wax and had forgotten to ask to have my eye brows and lip waxed as well. When my Brazilian was finished, I asked if I could get my eyebrows and lips waxed as well. After ensuring that the next client was not yet ready, they graciously obliged. I felt very comfortable and never felt that I was a burden even after my series of mistakes. I had a great time and will definitely be an Absolute customer for life! If youve never had a brazilian wax, take the plunge! Its the best thing I ever did and you will feel that way too!

I have been waxed many times before. For a quality wax I usually have to drive to Tampa. I gave Absolute a chance and had never heard of Hard Wax. I was skeptical and thought it was a bunch of nonsense. I have never been waxed by a female either, so that added to the uncomfortable feeling. When I arrived I was treated like a real person, offered water and such. Understanding my situation she talked me through it and there was very little pain compared to soft wax. I have now been here two times and recommend this location to all my friends.

They don’t talk to me during the session or try to sell you any extra service which is great for me because I don’t like to feel compromised to get something I don’t want or just uncomfortable and saying no to offers. I have not waited more than 5mins when I’m on time for my appointment (I always make an appointment) and I think prices are fair. Plenty of parking in the back and the area is nice and quiet. This place is in the second floor, towards the back of the building and I don’t remember if there is an elevator. I’ll update this review next time I visit them.Update:I have confirmed that they don’t have an elevator.I’ve been waxing here for a little over a year now and I love the service provided by all of their staff! Not a single complaint since I’ve been coming here.
