Katelyn was awesome, I’ve come to this location many times and so far she’s my favorite. I shaved and my hair was thick again and usually it’s more painful after shaving but she was go gentle and got all my thick hairs!

I visited Sugaring NYC today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised the experience I had. Rashida took amazing care of my eyebrows, explaining the process as she went. She went above and beyond by consistently checking in with me and made sure my brows were exactly how I liked them. They look absolutely beautiful and are sisters again, instead of distant cousins.If you are on the fence about sugaring, the process is gentle (compared to traditional waxing), and the products are excellent. The location is gorgeous and everyone that works there is so nice and welcoming. They are incredible inclusive and work with everyone, regardless of gender identity or age. I recommend this location highly and will be back soon!!Thank you guys, for an awesome first-time sugaring experience!!

Meredith, did such a great job from beginning to end and it also help our conversation made me extremely comfortable. When Im in town, Ill definitely visit again.

Best experience ever! Rashida is THE absolute best! This was my first time getting sugared (even waxed for that matter) and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I did get a lot done so I was there for a few hours and I’m not going to lie, it does hurt but it was still a very pleasant experience. The place is super clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely will be coming back.

Sugaring NYC delivered a high quality experience and professional results in an ultra clean and chic setting. Seriously, the aesthetic was on point. Pink girlies, this place is for you!The staff was very patient and kind when explaining the procedures. The prices were very fair given the level of service. They were able to accommodate me as a walk in today but upon visiting the website it seems quick and easy to book online. Today was my first time visiting but will not be my last. The “sugar” substance was gentle and forgiving on my skin. It left zero irritation or redness. My skin is usually ON FIRE after waxing but this was a dream. Left with smooth skin and zero stinging or pain.Major thanks to Victoria for a job well done!

This place was so beautiful and everyone was so welcoming. MEREDITH was AMAZING!! She was laid back and professional, but also full of conversation. We talked about really important things like The Vampire Diaries, and then before I knew it we were done! I 100% recommend sugaring, specifically at this location! It was a wonderful experience, so you should definitely go check them out.

The results of my first sugaring lasted much longer than I had anticipated and I was surprised to see how much finer and thinner my hair grew back when it finally did! The first time Victoria did my service and this time Katelyn. Both girls were so kind, professional, and did an amazing job. She was so attentive, informative, and had such a wonderful fun energy that made the experience feel like we’d been friends for a while - not nervous at all!
