    First time coming to this salon and I had a great experience. The salon is clean and quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere. I love that they have chill music playing instead of loud tv shows blasting like some other salons. The nail tech I had was fast and efficient but not rushed and did a great job on my gel manicure. I called ahead same day and they were able to fit me in before close on a Sunday. Will definitely be back.

    My most fave nail salon in Yulee!! :) every single professional that has provided mani or pedi service has paid attention to detail, is meticulous, & doesn’t get offended if I speak my preferences. They are so sweet and professional and are very accommodating.

    I was vacationing over Christmas & New Years and decided to treat myself to a gel refill and pedicure. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to take me right back. I chose the Volcano pedicure and it was fantastic! The facilty is very clean & hygienic. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

    First time here and it was a great experience. The place is decorated well, clean and refreshing it doesn’t feel too cramped. My technician was Mimi, and she was great with my pedicure and gel manicure. They offer beverages and took their time. They weren’t too preoccupied on their own phones or conversations, they were all very attentive and professional.

    I hate having to only give 2 stars but after only 1 week my nails are chipping, breaking and loose to the point they are coming off, I spent $140 on a pedicure and a full in and these are not the results you want after 1 week. As far as the tech she was sweet but this is definitely not a return for me....Update.... I am very pleased, the owner contacted me and asked me to come in so they could fix my nails and they did an amazing job, I believe the young mans name was Ricky and I will definitely be back to see him again. Thank you again for correcting the problem.

    My favorite local nail salon. They are up to date with the latest fashions and consistently do the best job. I typically get ombré cotton candy gel nail with a bit of design on my ring finger. For Christmas I asked they change it up and the design was even better then the picture I showed them. Definitely recommend!

    Amber is top notch with my pedicures. She’s so gentle and it’s an awesome job each time so far.Kevin was amazing on my last visit, my nails were perfect.Went today and saw Amber and Louis which both did a superb job.It’s always super clean, quick, and really laid back here.I love coming here and bring my daughter on occasion too.

    Great experience! My two daughters and I walked in and though there were many customers we only waited a short time before they seated us in the pedicure stations all right next to each other. Lots of space at this salon. Great service and nails look great. My girls were very excited, especially my seven year old since it was her first mani pedi at a salon! No complaints.

    I had a great experience all around. Definitely recommend getting an appointment in the morning to avoid some of the busiest times. I like that you can select what pedicure you get when you get there. Also love how they have most of the dip powder and matching gels already paired together. Its almost been two weeks and my nails still look great! Definitely will be going again when Im in the area.

    Love, love, love this place. The staff is very personable. I see Jessica for my pedicures and Kathy for my manicures. I highly recommend calling ahead and making an appointment ❤️. In doing so, I’ve never had to wait and have received the best treatment. Ashley is also amazing!

    Tracy did an amazing job. I have been to a lot of nail salons and after a couple of visits I am not happy. I have been going to Tracy for a long time. When I first arrived I had dropped something on my toe and my other toe had fungus. They were a mess. I listened to what she told me and you can’t tell I had an issue with my toes. She does my nails perfect! If I could give her ten stars I would. The salon is really clean and cute too. With a lot of nail color selection.

    A day after I got my nails done two of them broke, and I wasn’t very happy with them to begin with. So I called to get them fixed. Not only did Ashley do an amazing job, but she did them without any charge!! I love this nail salon and absolutely recommend Ashley to do your nails! Thank you

    I always get my toes done here since they opened. However my nails I am super picky and already had a nail salon I was using until recently. I was told about Kathy through my neighbors who use her for the exact same thing I was getting done elsewhere. Tonight was the 2nd time I had used her and she was great. I think I found my new nail lady. She’s friendly and very helpful making sure I get the color I was looking for. My nails looks great and I am very happy with them.     Bliss has great talents and customer service! I’ve been coming here regularly since I moved to the area and I’ve got positive experience and beautiful nails every time I come. Although yesterday I was not satisfied with my nails and I went home without thinking they’re beautiful for the first time, I called them today and they fixed my nails with no charge. I really appreciate that service and I’d definitely come back again and again. Emily helped fixing my nails and she is amazing!

    I absolutely love bliss nails! I have been seeing Ashley for months now and she is a gem! She pays attention to how I like my nail shape and always makes sure I leave happy. Have also gotten a few pedicures by others employees and have been nothing but pleased. Highly recommend!!!

    I love Bliss! The staff are all very friendly. They confer with each other when they aren’t sure what would be the best way to do a design or whatever you’re asking for. They are all talented and aim to please. The pedicures are great! My nails always look awesome. Emily and Ashley have done mine and I love their work. Shop is always clean. Price is high but you get what you pay for!

    The price didn’t seem to be correct as I got a $40 pedicure and added 10 minutes of massage which would make it $50, my daughter got an acrylic full set for $35 with 2 designs at $5 a piece, that comes to $45. My total should have been $95 however when I went to check out they said it was $115. I asked why and they said it was because they used gel polish for her full set, but we never asked for gel polish. He changed the price to $100, took off the gel polish addt and then told the nail tech that she needs to ask if the client would like regular or gel polish in the future; then told me they would take off her gel polish to replace w regular, but I couldn’t wait I had another child I had to go pick up. I ended up having to leave one daughter at the salon, without an adult, so that I could go pick up the other daughter because they made the mistake with the polish and instead of admitting the mistake and giving it to us, he chose to completely remove the gel polish and repaint w regular. I still don’t understand why it was $100 instead of $95 (before tipping), So be sure to check your bill! Other than that the service was phenomenal and things were incredibly clean!

    Every time I come here it is a respite from all other distractions. Very clean and calm environment. Ashley is an amazing nail tech and very accommodating. I have had many different people give me a pedicure and they have all been great but today I had Emily and she is just the tiniest bit my favorite.     I went to Bliss for the first time recently. The atmosphere is very nice and calming and check in was easy. I like that they use liners in their pedicure tubs. I could tell that cleanliness is important. I also like that they provide a book with all of the colors of polish. It makes it easier to choose a color and compare them. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back.

    I love Bliss Nails! I have gone to a good amount of nail salons in the Yulee/Fernandina beach area and this is my favorite. They are always clean, quick, have great formulas for gel and dip, great color selection and most of all great service. As a working mom I appreciate that they are open on Sundays as this is one of my only free days to stop in!

    This was my first time visiting Bliss, and I will definitely be back! I had a wonderful experience. The salon was very clean, staff was friendly and my nails look AMAZING.I had lifted an acrylic a few days prior to my visit (OUCH) and it was still very tender. I let them know and they were extremely gentle with it.Also, I showed Ashley two photos of what I wanted on my nails and she was able to recreate it exactly. Cant wait to visit again!

    Update 4.8.2023 - Right after my review, the owner reached out to me. That was extremely thoughtful. It was a few months before I went back. Today, the pedicure was perfect. (I didnt tell them I was coming in.)Many in my neighborhood raved about Bliss, so I couldnt wait to try them.I was there on Saturday (11/5/22) for a pedicure. The person providing the service was a friendly, young man. I told him two or three times that there was polish on my toes around the nail. He said he would take care of that and then added more polish to one of the toes. Now the polish on my toe looks clumpy, and I still have paint around my toes. I let without getting it corrected as I felt there was a slight communication issue, and I can correct it when I get home.The place looks nice and clean. The music that was playing was relaxing. I appreciate the focus on the sterilization of tools.My visit wasnt that horrible, and I would revisit with the hopes of getting a better experience/result. When I do, I will adjust the level of stars accordingly.

    Update: The owner, Jennifer, reached out right away and offered to redo my nails. I went back this afternoon and Ricky redid them. He was very nice and helped me pick new colors. They are shaped well and look great.I went to try this salon yesterday because I saw great reviews and my regular salon is an hour away. First impression was that it was very bright and clean, and I was greeted right away. I had called ahead to make an appointment, hoping to get a nail tech who is good at sns, rather than just anyone who’s available. I immediately felt like the tech did not want to do my nails and he seemed in a bad mood. I had a reference photo for some colors I wanted to try, but couldn’t find matches. Rather than help me find some, he seemed annoyed or bothered by this. When he wrapped my nails, the acetone was dripping down my hands. He was rough with filing and buffing. And my fingers are very dry. The shape came out kind of weird and the nail surface is bumpy. The colors also did not come out how I was hoping and I don’t like them, but I didn’t feel like I could do anything about it because I picked them out and I didn’t want to “bother” the tech any more to change or fix them. As soon as he was done, he walked away, also ignoring my “thank you” even though I was unhappy. I’m not sure why I even left him a 20% tip because this was an uncomfortable experience and I feel like I wasted my money. I can’t afford to go get them redone somewhere. In the future I will be driving to my old salon in Jacksonville because it’s just too difficult to find good and affordable nail techs with genuinely kind staff.

    You have to get the volcano pedi. They give you drinks and a very nice heating pad for you neck & shoulders. The have awesome pedi chairs. I dont hurt sitting in the pedi chair for so long. Great clean place.
