Bella nails and spa, specifically nail tech, Snow, was recommended to me by my friends and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing!I made my appointment through their website, which was a very seamless process. The nail salon was clean with a wide array of polishes to choose from. I specifically came in for cat eye nails and they did not disappoint. Snow was so kind and carefully listened to each of my requests on how I wanted my nails to look. She was detailed, yet efficient at her job. My nails turned out beautifully and definitely looked like the reference pictures I showed her! It was also nice to see her warmly welcome guests into the salon.I will for sure be coming back to this salon for my future nail appointments!

I have been going here for about 2 or more years. I am always pleased with the service received from Bella Nails. Tom is regularly my nail tech but if you need a design Snow is just incredible beyond words. Everyone is sweet. They are always accommodating with my schedule. I recommend them to people all the time who are also very pleased with the service.

I have been here a couple of times, and most recently since they remodeled. It is absolutely gorgeous and very tastefully done. It is obvious that they want their clients to feel good in there. The only request I have to improve it is if they would turn down the music a little for people with sensitive hearing and neurodiversity. People in the salon have to talk a little bit louder because of it. If they feel they can turn it down I will remove that portion of my review because I really want people to go there.Thank you, Bella!Angie

One of the better salons in the area. I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment as the salon can get busy. I recently had a visit with a nail tech named Snow. Her work is phenomenal. She is quick and efficient. I will definitely book with her again. This Valentines Day look is by her. I love it!

This is my favorite nail salon. Snow and Tom make my and my daughter’s nails look sensational every time. Everyone is great and super friendly! I get different person each time I go for my pedicure and they all are awesome! Even when they are busy, they are always accommodating everyone and the waits are super short! Highly recommended!

I moved from Connecticut 3 years ago. Getting my manicure & pedicure every 2 weeks is a very important part of my life and to me. I tried about 7 nail places. Altamonte, Winter park, Longwood many others ( they were all a fail) I finally walked in to Bella nails & found the WONDERFUL & AMAZING SNOW! She did my MANI & pedi just the way I like them. I am suoerPicky!! She knows it.. She also made me feel comfortable & welcomed!!! I have now been her client for 2.5 years. From the very first moment I walked in she was very sweet, welcoming and did my nails wonderfully!! I see her and her team for my mani & pedi every 2 weeks. I am very happy & thankful I found her. I am very pleased with her services & her as a person & her fair pricing. Her place is ALWAYS super busy because they provide a good experience. I always make an appointment with her, she makes the whole process very smooth!!I highly recommend her and her staff for your nail needs!! I have been a customer here for over a year now. They are amazing and they provide good service. I have had the pleasure of getting my nails done by pretty much by every Staff member there I haven’t had any bad experience. My favorite nail technician is Lee she does a wonderful job and she gets in you in and out in a good time . The prices are good . There are other nail places in altamonte that charge you way more and don’t do good work. You should definitely come here. You won’t regret it.

Snow was fantastic! From the outside it looks as dark inside but when you come in it’s usually full all the time. Better to make appointment ahead of time. Pedicure chairs are top tier one of the best I’ve ever had! My new go to salon!! **before & after pic!

Snow is fantastic and has helped me select or even create the perfect colors. This time I asked for gold for Christmas and she suggested adding the snowflake... Isnt it beautiful! This is the first time I come here and I really liked the service. I did mani-pedi on my natural nails with gel #137 Night Sky and loved the color. Prices increased so I paid $30 for mani & $27 for spa pedicure. Loved the pedi seats with massages! Good service, Mimi was good and nice. Would have liked offer for doing both though.

I highly recommend this nail salon! I have visited this salon for years on and off and have always been happy with the service. I started getting gel pedicures over a year ago and now come in routinely. I LOVE how great my gel pedicures always look!! The last time I came in for a gel pedicure, Le helped me and she was amazing! She really took her time with the massage and didn’t rush it. Le was kind and thoughtful and even helped me pick out a color! For the first time, when I left, I had an issue with my pedicure. I returned the next day to see if they could fix it and Le was so apologetic and immediately rectified the issue, along with Linda’s help. I was in awe with the excellent customer service I received - it’s rare to find it nowadays. I’ve told a lot of my local family and friends about this place over the years and would continue to recommend this salon!!!

I have been coming to Le at Bella Nails and Spa for over 10 years. She is amazing . Such a thorough and healing massage and a beautiful manicure and pedicure. She is absolutely the best! She asks about the family and always recognizes me and my daughter when we walk in. Linda also does great work on my daughter. It does get very busy, so always call ahead for an appointment, but definitely come check them out!

This has been my favorite and far most the best nail shop I been to since moved to this area 3 almost 4 years ago. I went to another nail shop because Bella was packed that day, and I told myself I will never cheat on Bella again. Friendly staff, fast but neat with their work. I recommend this nail shop over any other. Also with my personal life and work schedule I come in maybe twice a month and my nails never lift. Kim is also my go to.. she get me right every time while I get acrylic overlay on my natural nails and toes as well. ❤️

This is hands down the best nail salon around! I drive across town to get my mani/pedis here with my mom. Le and Linda are amazing with our nails and leg massages! Le makes my mom’s rough feet smooth and perfect by the time she is finished. Some places skimp on the leg massage, but this place relaxes us nearly into sleep! And the polish is always perfect and beautiful. They are all very kind here and the same employees have been here since we started coming many years ago! Le recognizes me every time and asks about my son and family, and they are so sincere and kind. Make sure to come check them out!!!

I got a pedicure today and it was extremely relaxing and well done. The atmosphere in the salon was very relaxing as well. I walked in and was able to be seen right away. Also to watch the owner (I assume) interact with her son was the absolute cutest 😊 . The only thing I would suggest is a little clarity on the price of the pedicure. I picked a $37 package and was charged $52. I can only assume that the additional charge was for gel as opposed to regular nail polish. No worries though…it was a great experience!

I’ve been here a few times and each time, my nails look amazing. I never wait more than a few minutes to be helped. Today, Tom did my dip powder with tips. I was in and out in less than an hour, even after waiting 10 min or so. I’ve had other people do my nails as well, but unfortunately can’t recall their names. The salon is also clean and well maintained and everyone is friendly. Prices are reasonable. I’ve been to a ton of nail salons in the Orlando area, and this is by far my favorite one. I have a nail salon directly below my building but I’d rather make the 6 mile commute to go here instead.

I have been going here for about 4 visits now and I’ve had good experiences every time except today. I have had Nat and Tony do my nails and they did a really good job. Both take their time to make sure your dip nails look perfect. Snow is always busy with customers but I have had her on my first time and she did really really well on my nails. Today I went and the shape of my nails were uneven, different lengths, and were not the shape I had asked for. I normally don’t complain because I think it’s kind of rude, but I think I also had a new nail tech. I still plan on coming because it is my favorite nail salon to go to but I will now be asking for Snow, Tony or Nat.

I am fairly new in this area, I am originally from Pennsylvania. So it is a bit hectic finding a new nail tech that meets my perspectives. When I moved to my apartment complex, my leasing agent gave me a flyer from Bella Nails & Spa and recommended Snow to me; she said she can do anything just take a pic, show her and you will see; and she was totally right. I been there 3 times for gel liquid, pedicure & dipping powder and I can say that I always leave satisfied with how Snow does exactly what I want. It is my to-go Salón since I moved to FL. Great experience! A first timer, I walked in for a spa pedicure while they were very busy with families and kids were everywhere. They directed me to check in and within minutes sat me in a chair and started my service. I was really impressed how efficient they were! I’ve been going to Bella’s for the last couple of years. And I intend to continue to be a customer...providing better care is taken when it comes to trimming my toe nails!But, one thing I wasn’t too pleased with, was when the technician who was giving me a pedicure. She was using an instrument that resembled a “nipping pliers”.I can understand that a cuticle scissors or a nail clipper may not be suitable enough to cut through a stubborn, thick nail.But what the technician was performing, twice to each of my 10 toes, was gripping the corners of the nails and had literally twisted off those portions of my nails!I would had never expect for my nails to be twisted off the way they were!I usually have a “high tolerance” to pain. But for what she was doing, had inflicted a moderate amount of unnecessary pain!Furthermore, I had informed her that I’m a Diabetic. And I have nerve damage in my feet and lower legs.One thing that concerns me, if she or any other nail technician causes any bleeding anywhere around my toes nails, they can become vulnerable to infections; and can lead to amputations!I’m nearly 70 y/o. I’m also a Vietnam War Disabled Vet. Due to a severe back injury, I’m unable to trim my own toe nails. That is why, I need to have my nails trimmed at a nail spa.But should the above way I had been treated, it would leave me no other choice but to go to another nail spa.Should any other customers ever experience what I had gone through, they may want to notify the owner/management that their technician needs better training. Or simply seek out another nail spa!

She was asking whose the best only give me the best , telling the workers if they can’t do the design she wants then go get more training . I just appreciate business owners that keep their integrity not only in their work but in their business practices as well. With all that going on my nail tech did a good job with my mani and pedi !

Bella nails is a very clean salon. But I am not happy with the shape of my nails or how they started coming apart the next day after I paid a total of a 100 for a pedi and a full set with coffin shaped nails. My nails are not coffin shaped they are more squared if anything. Very disappointed in my full set for my first time ever having this shape. So I went back on 07/31/2020 and my nail guy that I got today knocked it out of the park with my nails ! Very satisfied with my nails today. Very very satisfied with my nails :) I will be back soon.

Coming from out of state and living in Florida for four years it’s been a hassle finding a great nail tech who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. Snow has been the only one to touch my nails and do them exactly how i want them picture or not. I’ve come with my baby and she’s been extremely patient even when I’ve had to switch hands to feed him or when I’ve even knocked down a few things in my mommy panic. The pedicures are amazing to the point that i knock out and just enjoy them and I’ve never once had a problem with how she arched my eyebrows. I recommended this place to ppl that live in deltona and ppl/family who have come down from New York. And i can tell u one thing we are extremely picking and verbal.

Oh my goodness, I am in love with Bella Nails & Spa. Went in for a pedicure and rather than get brutalized like at a lot of places I received a GREAT pedicure, a WONDERFUL honey sugar scrub and a FABULOUS hot towel massage. I cant wait until I get to go again!

This is the BEST place in Seminole County for Nail and Spa services. It’s in the Publix Shopping Center right across from Seminole State College in Altamonte. They give you almost a full upper body massage when just getting a manicure. Very clean and professional! Go and check them out. Lea is my favorite technician.
