I love coming here! The place is so clean and welcoming but my favorite part is the service. It’s one things to deliver quality work but the best thing is how they treat their customers. They even offer you a drink and check up on you throughout. Angel did my nails twice now and she is amazing. I’m picky but she is so patient with me. They also sang me happy birthday which made my day!!! Never a bad experience with Best Nail Salon! I highly recommend them!

What an absolutely amazing experience from the minute you walk in, until you leave. Jennifer offers you such great customer service and helps you interpret exactly what you want. Kelly is my girl. I showed her the picture I wanted my birthday nails to resemble and she did her thing. On top of that which I find so sweet. They sang me happy Birthday 🎂. It those attention to detail that made my experience memorable. Can i also sat the the place is beautiful. I felt like royalty and the prices are fair. I will be back. Thank you for everything ❤️

This has got to be the absolute best nail salon in central florida! Ive been here 2x and the customer service is SUPERB! Both Angel and Kelly are awesome techs! My nails are sensitive and small so they made sure to be gentle with me. The manager Tony is such a nice man, he came over and chatted with me a bit. And I cannot forget the complimentary wine with your sevice! They will refill you if you like, i had 2-3 glasses 🥂. This is first class experience and I will be back every month for my fills!

Definitely have the best set of acrylics after leaving here! Very happy with my manicure & pedicure they’re perfect! Prices very on nail length,color,shape & if you get gel. $70 for my acrylic gel nails & $35 for a regular polish pedicure. The atmosphere was calming and CLEAN. The chairs were comfy, clean & worked well. I highly recommend this nail salon.

The name does not do it any justice. Should definitely be called the most fabulous nail salon. What a wonderful experience all around. I had been going to the same nail salon and tech for over 5 years getting pink and whites. She closed her salon and relocated to Texas. I waited 7 weeks to try a new salon. The Best Nail Salon has surpassed my expectations. Kim did a fabulous job on my pink and whites and my French gel pedicure. Tony was a bright star to my day with his smile and genuine concern for every customers comfort. He and all the employees were so kind. Such friendly and inviting atmosphere to really relax in. I have found my new nail family and home. Thank you Kim 😊

Absolutely above and beyond! The service here is like no other. We were offered water or soda for a beverage and the employees and owner are extremely sweet and caring. I didn’t even get a service done but everything about the whole salon is perfection. My cousin got her nails done and they were so pretty they looked like her inspo pic.

I will be coming back here and probably only here for my nails from now on. I showed up an hour before closing on Christmas Eve and not only were they incredibly kind and accommodating but it’s the best set of acrylics I’ve ever had done. Henry did my ombré almond shaped acrylics with a gel top coat and I’ll be coming back to see him.I really can’t speak highly enough about this salon - you get what you pay for and I’ll always spend a little more for quality work. Thank you all for the amazing work!!!

I found this gem about 6 months ago. It is, hands down, the best salon I’ve found in Altamonte (I’m very particular). It’s clean, everyone is friendly— they’re consist, great customer service.Tony, at the front, is an absolute delight. I have been here about 5 times now and every time I’m here, I get the absolute best service. They offer you a drink as soon as you walk in. They are so gentle with my hands and feet, and the salon manager walks around to check on every client throughout your appointment. I will never go anywhere else since I found this place! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! From the moment you walk in you’re welcomed nicely by either the owner or the receptionist, and seated with someone promptly. I had the pleasure of being seated with Madison for a full set, gel pedicure and eyebrow wax. When I say she is the bomb, she is THAT girl!! I told her what I wanted and she was able to execute it flawlessly and I didn’t have to tell her anything further. And she was so sweet! Refreshment we’re offered generously. Very very sweet staff! There was a complication with my cat eye nails - but the staff worked back and forth to try and match the example on the shelf. 5 star establishment, but 3 star experience as I felt my nail technician was frustrated with me/my nail choice and I ultimately settled with the nails I received (which still look good, just not what I wanted). I had requested gel on natural nail, was told I needed to lengthen my nails for the effect to work - resulting in an added cost for tips and dip - and then when the magnetic effect did not work, I was told my nails were still too short AFTER the tips had been applied (I also asked for coffin and recieved square shape). The issue was the technicians knowledge of the product, and after some frustration and assistance from, I believe the manager, I received the nails attached. The rest of my party had FABULOUS service, and for that I will be back... but I wont request these nails or that technician again.

They had different types of pedicure as well as different prices and the prices weren’t bad just keep in mind if your doing gel or regular polish. They me gave me my cost of everything before hand that I appreciate instead of waiting last minute. Ms Helen did an amazing job on my pedicure as well as the atmosphere was very welcoming. Not only did my daughter and I have a wonderful nail experience, but the manager personally gave me tips on how to improve blood flow to my hand which has rheumatoid arthritis. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist to the nail technician to the management. We were offered refreshments, and most importantly, our nails were exactly what we wanted. First timer alert!! Was very nervous to try some where new. Old nail salon messed my nails up too many times and I wanted to try somewhere else. Came here and loved the experience! Beautiful environment, welcoming staff and very friendly. My pedicure came out amazing!! Loved it! Diane was my nail tech and she did amazing! Very beautiful and sweet!Only thing I would say I didn’t like was it was very quiet, I’m use to music playing and at least a movie on the screen and Wine serving very small haha.Overall loved the experience!!

Getting my hands and feet done here was a total game-changer! The staff? Friendlier than your grandma’s casserole at Thanksgiving. The salon? This is my second time here and I love it. They are so nice. It’s always clean and my nails always come out the way I like them. As a bonus you also get this arm massage once they’re done. I got my nails done by Kelly she was great and I had the gel dip French manicure. It was like 65 not including tip. I usually go to boca for my nails because I was new at getting my nails done and would go with my sister in law. Now I have a place to go to and I am so happy. The last time I got a gel polish white glow in the dark for Halloween.

LET ME TELL YALL ! I am highly impressed. Im a very picky person in general, but this salon exceeded my expectations . I just moved to the area and came to the salon with my 2 month old baby. As soon as I walked in the door, they were extremely accommodating and putting me in a chair away from other people where the stroller could fit right next to me. After I was done with my toes, a stylist in the name of B did my nails. I had different photos of ideas and his talent was able to bring my ideas to life. He was patient took his time while still being able to take care of my baby. I love it!!! The people there are so nice but you dont have to talk if you dont want to. I got the refresher pedicure and left feeling so soft. My was my nail tech and she was so sweet. Definitely coming here again.

Received a pedicure by (Kimberly) and a Gel Mani with Hanna and if I could give 10 stars I would! I have been searching for a good one stop nail shop for ever and so happy that I found one. Not to mentioned they have the cutes pedicure chairs for kids which will come in handy for my daughter.

Sean and staff was so friendly I love that he held conversation with me and spoke fluent English. Many times Ive felt uncomfortable while getting my nails done because of the workers and atmosphere but not here so i highly recommend any and all to visit this salon Sean you did an amazing job on my nails and ill forever come to visit you each time I visit! I really like this place. They always accommodate and do my nails and toes at the same time which I really appreciate because it saves me time. They are very kind, professional and I have been satisfied every time. The other reason I go back is they have the BEST gel topcoat. It stays on and never chips!

This is an incredible place, it’s so clean, they have good customer service, the staff is very patient, it’s a place where you can relax, and it is worth the money. They always do a good job when I do my nails and my daughter nails, I’ve been coming here for a year now and I will still be coming. I really want to appreciate Kim for all the good work she does she is a really good nail technician.

Even though i didn’t have an appointment, I walked-in with 2 other friends and it was a great experience. We had to wait a tiny bit to be seen, but the employees would check in on us and would ask if we needed any refreshments. Then once we were able to be seen our nail techs were so nice and did a very clean job on our nails! I highly recommended anyone in the area that needs their nails done to come here.

This was the best experience I have had at a nail salon. Thus far I recommend getting Nina, she is fast and efficient!!! She is very very sweet and she did not cut me nor burn me one time in the process of my manicure and pedicure. Very gentle. This is by far the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I live in Miami and was in Orlando visiting my daughter and well, my nails needed attention, so I Googled nail salons and boy, am I glad I chose this one! When I called for an appointment, I was already sold by how polite and courteous the manager was. Then, when I got there I couldnt believe how beautiful and spotlessly clean everything was. The manager offered me a choice of soda, bottled water or wine and Angel immediately started on my nails. I can honestly say that she is absolutely amazing and did the best job ever on both my nails and feet. Now, I dont want to go back to my regular place in Miami, lol. Its slightly higher in price than your average place but IMHO, completely worth it. I will definitely return whenever Im back in Orlando (which is fairly often), and cant recommend it highly enough. Its a shame there are only 5 stars!
